Prices are very reasonable! My only complaint is some of the outdoor plants weren't in great shape. Also another plant I bought home had slugs upon further inspection.

It is a sight to be seen during rose season. A little slice of color and joy in between Fremont and Union city. I never knew roses could smell as good as they do until coming here. Particularly love the rose arches that greet you in the front. As an intermediate gardener I have shifted to buying more seeds than plants. The Regan offers a great selection of rare seeds you can't find at big box stores. When I do splurge on plants I like to do so at the Regan because they will last year after year. The workers are very helpful and knowledgeable and are always happy to give advice. Amazing selection of native plants and fruit trees. I love the strawberry plants with pink flowers :)

If I could give this place zero stars, I would!!! The…read morecustomer service and lack of urgency were beyond disappointing. We came in at 10am to purchase a Father's Day gift,a grill. We already knew exactly which one we wanted, so this should have been a simple purchase. It took four calls to the Garden Center and one employee physically walking over there to try to find someone to help us, all with no success. After waiting 40 minutes, my husband went to the customer service/returns desk for assistance. There were 4-5 employees standing there chatting, and not a single one acknowledged us during the entire time we waited. We were told someone needed to either bring the grill down from the rack or retrieve it from a pallet in the back. What was particularly frustrating was that there were several employees available yet they chose to send the woman to handle the task alone. This isn't about questioning her capability it's about common sense and teamwork. We then spoke with another employee who repeatedly tried to convince us to purchase the floor model that was already assembled. I'm sorry, but if I'm spending $700 on a grill, I want a brand-new product straight out of the box. The fact that my purchase seemed like an inconvenience to the employees doing the job they're paid to do is not acceptable. After nearly an hour of waiting with no resolution, we decided to leave. We drove to Lowe's instead and received outstanding customer service. Not only were the employees helpful and attentive, but they even offered us a complimentary gift. We were in and out within 25 minutes. Ironically, at Home Depot, one of the first things they asked for was our ID so they could sign us up for a credit card. How about helping customers complete the purchase they came in for before pushing credit card applications? Extremely disappointing experience. We won't be returning.

I highly recommend you go and look around at the Plant and Pottery Outlet! You won't be disappointed, even my Honeyman enjoys going there, seriously. Also, we are older seniors, so we appreciate them loading our purchases in our SUV. And, when we buy HUGE pieces of pottery, we ask them about a delivery man that delivers. The guy delivery guy doesn't work for them, but they call him if you ask; and he's delivered to our home for a fee about four times through the years, which was well worth his price.
