We appreciated the help we received from Elena and Darya who were kind and pleasant to work with. However, our interaction with Fanya was off putting and left us feeling uncomfortable. During our visit, she spoke very confidently about the history of mining diamonds in a way that did not align with well-documented historical information we are privy to. The conversation felt dismissive of a serious subject and it made it difficult for us to feel confident moving forward with such an important purchase. When choosing a jeweler for something as meaningful as an engagement ring, trust and transparency matter a lot. While we respect that others may have different experiences, this interaction ultimately led us to continue our search elsewhere. Especially after noticing many of their negative reviews revolved around the owners daughter, this was concerning to us. The guy over there told me it can be fixed, but first, they need to see it. He also told me it can be fixed either the same day or in 2 or 3 days depending upon the size of the damage. The man inspected my gold and claimed it was low quality, even though I knew exactly what I had. I stayed polite and let him continue, and he offered me $50, saying the gold wasn't great but that he'd still take it. I declined and said I wanted to check with another place. As I was leaving, he suddenly raised his offer to $80, which only confirmed my suspicions. I ended up going to the coin shop across the street and got $350 for the exact same gold. It just goes to show how dishonest some places can be. Always shop around and trust your instincts.

Parking lot was a little busy, but when you walk in all the jewelry was nicely displayed, and very clean and bright inside. The staff was approachable and Paul took the time to inspect our necklaces and gave us some detailed information about the gold content, the locks, and the hooks.
