As we walked in around 3p.m it was full not one table available it was so stuffy in their this place is way to small. the arcade is tiny. Waited for about 20 min and still no table so we just left. read more

I loved Shakeys as a kid, but this place is an embarrassment...the help wad rude and lazy...every table was a mess...the help were on breaks while the place filthy...there was 1 guy trying to clean up while no one else helped....the food wad over priced and tasteless....never coming here again! read more

Shakey Pizza Parlor has been a disappointment for my family and I we order one personal pan peperoni pizza and one medium peperoni pizza 4 pcs of chicken and mojos ...1 had to send back my pan pizza that I was charged and extra dollar for two reasons burnt crust and 4 slices of pizza had absolutely no cheese..2...Chicken was so salty we couldn't eat the flaky skin that we enjoy... and the mojos were barely warm if that and been waiting for more than 30 min to make this disappointing order and just ask for my money back for the pizza because i was waiting another 30 min for them to redo it wen they said it will be out in 10 min. I will not be returning to this establishment till things change. .. read more

Let me just start by saying every time I come here (mainly for the lunch buffet) the service is top notch! They always deliver smiles and a great atmosphere! I frequent this spot so they always get me my requested side buffalo sauce without being asked. Timee in particular knows me the minute I walk in. The other girls also are very attentive, they always greet, check upon the customers to make sure they are satisfied throughout the duration of their meal. A++ !! read more

I'm not going to beat up on Shakey's for the parking situation -- this is a popular shopping center. That's the only criticism I have for this place. The food is always comforting. I almost want to slip into my pajamas before I come here and chow down on pizza, fried chicken, mac n' cheese, spaghetti w/ meat sauce, garlic bread, mashed potatoes and gravy, the salad bar that also has vanilla and chocolate pudding. The pizza is tasty from tip to crust. Mmmmm... read more

The team is great! 100% customer service and the service was incredibly awesome. Nollie is a great employee and the company can use a lot people like her. Also the manager is respectful and has done a great job with her team! Thank you! read more

They burned my pizza so I sent it back and they gave us a whole new one and let us keep the other because it wasn't severely I was just being picky. A cook came back out to apologize as well and we had a nice little discussion it was comforting. 5 stars to all the employees! read more

Well where do I start off. I been coming to shakeys every Friday and sit in the bar. I love the staff how they always make sure I am having a great time. The buffet is alway hot and fresh especially the chicken is bomb.com. Great job team Carson and Nensi the Manager. read more

This place is wonderful I haven't been to a Shakey's since I was a child and let me tell you Nensi took me and my family back to memory lane. We received exceptional customer service and she was very attentive to our needs. The staff was very friendly and the place is vey clean. The Shakey's definitely superb my expectations and the food was delicious. Thank you Nensi and the rest of the staff for my making my experience and my family one of a kind. read more

seen these all over the city and as a pizza connoisseur i was so excited to try it thinking if they're everywhere, they must be good... WRONG. the pizza was mediocre at best i didn't even want to finish it but i bought it so i'm not gonna waste my hard earned buckaroos. actually i'm lying i had a few pieces left that i was going to take for lunch but it was so trash that that's where i put it. the chicken strips were great though read more

I went the other day with a few friends and their little sisters. First, I came 20 minutes after they ordered and got my food 30 minutes before they did! Second, they ordered some special that's came with garlic bead, pizza, mojos, drinks. Everything came but the mojos we asked where they were and the waitress said it will be right up. After we all finished eating we still didn't have the mojos. We went up to the counter and the manager ! Just looked around for them. There they were under the heat lamp for over a hour.. She tried to give us the old over heated mojos and we said it was ok we don't want them anymore. Third the service was rude as I was walking out 4 of the workers where just standing around taking one man said "man I can't wait to get the fuck out of here." I mean really ? I already watched you and a coworker eat your meal of the restaurant floor I think you have it pretty easy. Needless to say I won't be back. read more

This a star only because you have to choose a star. This place was seriously disgusting. All the tables were dirty except one that was reserved. The food is way over priced for poorly made food. When we told an employee the tables were dirty they said they would clean up but just stare at us and went back to talking with another employee. The others were either on lunch together, eating at one of the only tables available and giving each other kisses.... Of you're going to date a coworker, do NOT show it at a work place and infront of guests. When someone finally started to clean, it was only one person. Half way through cleaning he stops and goes on his lunch and no one else picked up where he left off. Do NOT go here. It's so not worth the money and time. read more

i gave it 4 stars out of 5 because most of the time i go there its always packed and takes anywhere from 10-30 mins for a table but althought it is worth the wait! the food is always good :) the salad bar is not the best but my wife likes it and i like the fact that its all you can drink and my kids love the game room... its small but it does the job. btw you cant pay cash for any of there toys.. you actually need to play and win tickets lol but we usually win over 100 tickets just with a couple bucks :) shakeys we will be seeing you next week. read more

This review is only for the food. Customer service was great. However the shrimp garlic pizza was awful . Do yourself a favor. Don't do it. It's not the resturant fault. I think the shrimp garlic pizza is not a good idea. It lacked flavor. read more

As soon as i walked in i was greeted with a smile and bubbly personality they also had my order really. I was in and out in less than 3 mins! had to burn a few hours between my sons basketball games. this place is ok. it was clean, the food was what i expected. my son a two of his teammates had a blast eating then playing in the arcade. the issues that made me give a three rating is the service was slow, the tables were too close to each other and i saw the manger walking around asking the tables how everything was, but walked right by ours. everybody else? not good. read more

5 stars for the great pizza and the lovely lady for free mojos. Great place for dinner. Definitely coming back.

The girl at the front was very sweet and helpful. We got there around 9:15, they closed at ten. We ordered and waited until about 9:30 for our food. At about 9:50 one of the workers comes to our table and tells us they close at ten and we would like a box. I found this very rude we were paying customers that had 20 mins to eat our food before they try kicking us out. So much for customer service. read more

love there thin crust pizza and the enviroment is great.

Wish I could give this location zero stars. I do not recommend! This Shakey's has definetly gone down hill! Not only is it understaffed making it a 20 minute wait just to place a order but food is also awful both pizza and chicken which I ordered extra crispy were soggy! Do not intend to be coming back since the price is definetly not worth the hassle or disappointment! read more

I placed a Phone order on July 25 and when I went to pick up my order none of the employees egg knowledge me after standing at the counter for four minutes. Furthermore the manager comes up and greets me with his warm welcome and proceeds to cash out my order once he handed me the receipt my ticket the name on my ticket says HATE! my name is far from HATE. I took a bit of offense to it but said nothing about it I recognize the young lady who took my order over the phone voice and I was inclined to ask her her purpose for doing so but left it alone if you're going to ask me for my name I expect my name to be on the ticket and not the name of hate read more

What a horrible experience. We wait twenty min. They told my wife they were waiting on the chicken. Ten minutes later, I went over. The bump bar had my order in red. I asked for it. They then brought us our cold pizza and apologized for the wait. Our plates finally arrived when we were almost done, so what's the point. Just had a bad experience. read more

I was recently there, and the customer service was horrible . The employees look as if they hate their job and the manager did not give any good customer service . read more

Went here last Friday with my family to grab a bite before heading off the to movies. I asked about specials frist she (lady at the register) pointed rudely to a cardboard. Then I showed her a coupon $5 off...she pointed at the menu on the wall. She then greeted the next person behind me. Its a cool place for hanging out with friends and has TV'S everywhere! Its a little pricey for me... $30 to start off without drinks, and being greeted with rudeness...no thanks. Olive Garden is across the street!!!! . Prior to this time a few months back we went there on a lunch date with my hubby and it was great and that is why I returned with my family. .I guess this time not so lucky. The manager (young guy), and staff was great!!! So was the food (Grade A). Cant say this time because I was really turned away/off because of the cashier's attitude and nastiness that night (Grade F). read more

We always have an amazing time at Shakey's in Carson. We love coming here with the kids. Tonight we had especially wonderful customer service, thanks to Albert. We will keep coming back weekly for a great time and delicious food. read more

Worse place ever ,really bad customer service ,all employees are rude disrespectful there was only one employee that was nice name derick . The manager was also verry rude. I dont mind paying a high price for my food but the least we deserve is to be treated with some respect especially if your giving them respect . read more

my wife Brought me for the first time at this location. We came to try out the new garlic shrimp pizza and mojos which where tasty regrettably it did not have a lot of shrimp . The rest of the meal was good except , considering how pricey it was you think that it would had have more shrimps. read more

If I could give this place a zero star on their customer service etiquette. I would absolutely. Instead of letting the employee yell at me because they got the order incorrect. The manager sat their watching from afar stuffing her face with someone else's incorrect order. Then because someone else complained about their order taking 40 minutes as long as our order took they said they will bring another pizza to the table. Almost an hour later the employee who yelled at me. Just happened to forget that they offered to correct the issue. Absolutely horrible customer service. read more

I came in on a Sunday evening and the place was pretty dead. We ordered a salad bar, pizza, chicken, and mojos supreme. To start, most of the items in the salad bar were all gone or mixed up with other items. Then, they said that they would bring the food out for us and after a while we got up to see what the hold up was and they had it sitting there under a bulb. The pizza was soggy and tasted like it was reheated. The mojos supreme were a big mess. We had to use a fork to eat them because they were all stuck together like it needed to be sliced like a pizza. When I bit into the the fried chicken, I spit it right out because it was raw! It was so pink and dripping blood. We took it back and they didn't even apologize, they threw it away and brought us a new piece. When the worker brought it out, she threw it on the table and walked away. It was the worst experience ever and I will never come here ever again. read more

This worst service ever. I have been trying to give this location the benefit of the doubt for a while now, and they just suck. Went for lunch today around 11:50am. Ordered the Lunch Buffet, requested 2 wings for my lunch as I do not eat dark meat chicken which is all that's on the buffet. I have never had a problem with that request prior. So this time Tearah the cashier says that I will have to pay an additional $5.25 for 2 wings. I explained this has always been honored before for free based on customer requests. She said ok and placed the order. My co-worker behind me requests the same and she honored that. Towards the end of our lunch, around 35 mins later, the onsite Manager Tyleen Zuniga tells Tearah to come to our table and advise that they will not be able to honor our request. I am done with this ghetto locations. And in addition when I asked another worker, Nicole for the Manager's name she lied to us and said Nancy (probably wasn't even there yet) My only advise is visit at your own discretion, don't expect anything great including the food... read more

This is by far the worse Shakey's Pizza in town! My husband and I stopped in for lunch. We decided with the buffet lunch!! After looking for a breast or a wing, I was told by an employee that white meat is not added in the buffet. The employee went on to say as a courtesy each person is allowed one breast or two wings which will take an additional 20 minutes to cook. While waiting for my white meat to cook, I decided to make a salad; however the salad was a mixture of yellow and white leaves. Not a single green leaf insight. The six or seven slices of pizza was dry and cold appearing. The pasta for the spaghetti was dry and discolored. Although I love mojo potatoes and fried chicken, I added an extra $3 to the nearly $20 refund from shakey's and enjoyed a fresh lunch at the newly remodel sizzler's in Carson. If you our planning on visiting shakey's pizza I would suggest you take the extra time and dine with Inglewood's and Downey shakey's; they have far better service!! read more
