The pizza, mojo potatoes and fried chicken here are always spot-on. Service is always great and prompt. There are not many Of these restaurants around and hope they don't close this one or I'm gonna riot. read more

Waited a long time in line. Bartender was rude. Salad Bar was terible. Pizza was raw. Will not be coming back.

Wow, this is not how I remembered Shakeys. I would LOVE coming here to eat as a child and decided to come and eat here again after a while without coming. I walked in and waited to be helped by a cashier but instead they just looked at me and didn't bother coming until like 3 minutes after I had gotten there . Once I put in my order we were given a " buzzer" that would let us know our food was ready. We got told the food was going to be taken to our table. I waited wayyy more than the estimated time they had told us. My brother had to get up and go see what was the hold up with our food. It had been sitting under the bulb for quite some time and the " buzzer" never went off. The pizza was soggy and cold, our mojo supreme were completely stuck together like if they've been glued and the chicken was still pink!! I came to enjoy a dinner with friends and family but instead had the worst experience. After seeing the pink in the chicken we took it to the employee to complain. She agreed to give us another fully cooked piece at no charge. I found it odd that she didn't want to touch the chicken instead kicked a can towards my brother so he can throw it out. After a couple minutes another worker came and with attitude and threw the chicken on the table. Besides the food not being good the cups were chipped, dirty floors and the booth was a complete mess. No wonder the place was dead!! Worst experience ever I'll just stick to Chuck E Cheese. read more

This place feels like home! Treat the staff with respect and they'll do the same. Everything here is really good, especially the Mojos Supreme, and when getting the pizza, upgrade to pan. read more

They open at 11am. I ordered for take-out a tossed garden salad and a half order of mojos at 11:32am. The cashier said it will be ready in about 5 minutes, which sounds about right given that the salad and mojos are already available behind the counter to be served. Approximately 15 people ordered after me, and they all got their pizzas, fried chickens, salads, mojos, sodas, etc. AND were already getting their second round of their All-you-can-eat brunch, before I got my little salad and mojos - which did not have to be prepared. They were all ready to be served at their counter. I had to ask the cashier to see if my order is ready before they started putting the salad and mojos into take-out containers. I didn't get my order until 12:03pm - more than 30 minutes. All they needed to do was simply put food into take-out containers for me. Took them that long and no apologies. Furthermore, their little dressing containers were less than a quarter filled with dressing. Also, you would expect their salads to be fresh since they had just opened at 11am. However, some of their salad greens were wilted and black. Never coming back to this location. read more

Came here today and the service and food were horrible. Cashier was very obviously distracted from her job, she told us there were no tables apart from reserved and there clearly were, she sat other people after us and still didn't give us a table. The pizza and mojo fries were cold and tasted stale. Worst experience of my life. read more

I go here on occasion with coworkers. The pizza is ok, but they have a decent salad bar. My coworkers go for the fried chicken and mojos. I go mostly because it reminds me of going when I was a kid. read more

I always end up here for fundraisers. It's just your typical, run-of-the-mill Shakey's. Good pizza and mojos but nothin' special...

My experience at this (carson) shakey's was horrible, I took my children to receive their free pan pizza with a coupon they received at school, as well as I ordered a lunch buffet this all occurred around 1:45....by the time I made my drink and sat down I was told the buffet was closing when I don't understand why I wasn't told this while purchasing these items. The service here was beyond unacceptable. read more

Love the pizza. we also love the ambiance and the staff and crew is kind. Love also the mojos and chicken. It was delish! Chicken was crunchy and tender inside. Came with a gravy but we ate it as it was. Well, mojos are popular and lived up to its fame. Overall a satisfying meal!!! read more

Came down to shakeys order 2 pizza large and medium mojos chicken and was told 45 minutes before its done that is extremely way to long no family should have to wait that long for food. Great place! Decided to stop by before the USWNT game. Nancy, the manager, was very helpful in accommodating our team and parents of 50 people. Service was very speedy and our servicer Breana was very attentative. Food was out quick and delicious. Will be coming back for sure. read more

I had been going to Shakey's pizza ever since I was a Kid, that is until they closed the one where I used to go to, and I hadn't went to a Shakey's since, it was until my Brother's 12th or 13th birthday that my dad and I Thought it'd be a good idea to take him there, at first he was a little mad he wanted to go to his favorite burger place, but we convinced him and he went along with it, it's safe to say he liked it. the staff there are really friendly especially the manager, I can see why he's the manager, he's very friend;y and always has a smile on his face. not only that but the food is great, Pizza's of all types, Mojo Potatoes (Which are a seasoned potato), spaghetti, and not to forget the Fried and grilled chicken, they also have a salad bar if you want a salad, I usually go for the lunch buffet which is a great deal, and I usually spend a lot of money on the arcade machines, read more

Service was pretty good but the chicken and mojos were too greasy to enjoy

I'd give it 0 stars if I could I r write this review as I've been waiting over 20 mins in line because the cashier decides to give a order of 4 pizzas instead of charging me for my buffet as she waits for the food to be ready read more

Shakey's has some great food, but with surrounding competition, the pricing should really be competitive especially for family meal packages. Really Pricey! What I will pay at Shakey's for a family meal, I could pay less and get more food at surrounding resturants. (olive Garden, Pizza Hut, Buffalo Wild WIngs, Chili's) at least offer coupons that would make the location a consideration? read more

Small parking lot with cars swarming out of all area.s. Be careful driving and walking in this parking lot. Go slow and stay aware. In addition, if you are picking up food there, remember to ask for Ketchup if needed for your food and Napkins. Expect very little so that way you won't be disappointed. read more

I'm actually giving them a ZERO stars. This was the absolute WORSE pizza and chicken I have EVER had from this place! I guess I'm stupid for thinking their food would have improved from the last time I ate there which was actually better than this visit! The girl told 30 minutes I gave them at least 45 minutes and I still had to wait at least 30 more minutes! The chicken was overcooked dry and cold. You could literally count the number of pepperonis on 2 hands! It was all sauce and dough! While waiting, in my car for curbside pick up, I observed one of the girls chopping the veggies with no gloves on and when she was done, she did NOT wash the board she used! She simply scraped it off with her hand and put back on the shelf the others! I hope management look at the reviews here on Yelp but the is probably a child himself! Words can't describe how upset I am and how terrible this food was! Kids probably don't care, but I as an adult do! I wouldn't even recommend taking your kids to this Shakey's! I will be calling their corporate office on Monday! read more

So today was my first time here. My boyfriend and I were in the mood for pizza and chicken and this place had both. Everything we ordered was absolutely spectacular. We had a large pepperoni and sausage pizza, salads, and a four piece chicken with a pitcher of Heineken to wash it all down. The chicken was fried to perfection. It was golden and juicy which is hard for some people to do with chicken breasts. The service was amazing. We had 3 different people come and check on us and the place was busy. Its a wonderful family atmosphere and has beer for the adults to enjoy. We were thoroughly pleased and will most definitely be back. read more

This place is a remnant if my childhood pizza and chicken that is really delicious. However a dinner for a family of four without adult beverages was almost 60. Seems way too much money for pizza and chicken read more

Great food and great fun. Best spot to catch sport games and enjoy a great bite to eat.

The manager on duty on Mondays at 4 is rude. When asked questions about the menu she rolled her eyes. She mixed up my order and when I pointed out her error she wouldn't fix it. No smile the entire time and totally unprofessional. read more

Slow service, no pitchers of drinks for large groups. $2.49 for a drink is the only offer. Food is just ok.

Came tonight for the first time in about 10 years pizza was good ..Mojo's and chicken was pretty tasty ..but the salad bar was terrible I had to search thru the salad because so many pieces were wilted and brown the selection was small..only thing I enjoyed was the jalapeños and dressing ..defiantly need to upgrade the salad bar cause I was disapointed read more

Worse place ever never going to this shakes again .. Customer service was ready bad not kid friendly.

Employees weren't welcoming and food was terrible. The mash potatoes tasted as if it came from a box, as if powdery. The mac & cheese tasted watered down & the spaghetti was horrendous. Lettuce was ugly and brown. The only thing that tasted as it should, was the water. read more

We got a meal and salad bar. Salad bar was not stocked, no problem I have no problem going and letting them know. I let them know at the register...girl was in blue...pretty sure she was the manager. Took a little time for her to come out (they were busy), but when she brought out the salad she called over a worker and then was berating him about not doing his job and that a customer had to ask for salad. That could have been done in the back (unproffessional) and still the salad bar was not restocked. If you are not good to your employees they will not be good to us customers. J/S read more

I would like to start by saying that i come with my family once a week here and everyday they have signs that say RESERVED on the far tables but no one ever sits there, i guess because they dont want to clean them up. So i come in around 1pm to eat with my family and all the front tables are taken and the few that were not they had dirty plates still sitting there, we decide to sit on the RESERVED tables. The young lady comes and tells us that we cant sit there and say she will let me just sit here cause i already started to eat, i felt really embarrased cause the families that were sitting next to us just kept looking at us right after she said that. It was very uncomfortable eating there, guess after coming here for 4 years i have to find another place to enjoy with my family. WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS PLACE AGAIN!!! read more
