The only reason for the stars is the taste. Restaurant was clean. Staff was super nice. But the burgers were low quality meat. Lots of fat. No good taste. It was super blah. I ate this when they first opened up as a burger place and it wasn't that bad. I don't care for this burger. This is the second time I've ever eaten at Five Guys. Wish this was a Yelp specifically for the company as a whole and not just the location because the location is cool. The fries are delicious. But yeah... the burgers BLAH!

The Cajun fries are the best meal I have ever feasted upon. Ive been to other five guys, but this one takes the cake. Food cooked perfectly and the staff was so kind. Shout out Richard and Tailan, they were so fun. Definitely wil come back again.

Five guys in Carson customer service is trash Came here for my mom and tried calling ahead they weren't answering the phone I asked if the number had changed and she said no one called I showed my call log and she said oh idk. The floors are dirty to the point my shoes were sticking to the floor. People are just standing around with frowns on their face like they hate life in general and for this level of service and restaurant quality the prices are outrageous Update So you guys just don't take phone orders and you ignore them really! How much money are you losing as a company or as a store ignoring phone calls and potential orders! Just terrible

The food was a 7/10 but the price is a bit steep because everything is à la cart no combos. My first batch of fries were a bit on the salty side but I told the fries guy and he hooked me up with another batch thank you;) . But let's talk about the free peanuts:) I grew up eating roast peanuts with my grandfather and that was unique and totally different in a burger joint. However, if you have allergies to peanuts I highly suggest not coming in because it's a huge box by the front door. Now the service was quick and pretty decent. The Ambiance is basic not a lot of razzle dazzle but it's your typical burger joint in-out you know lol. Thanks Five Guys

Had to make a quick trip to the mall. Parked and after exiting my car, a hint of smoke and char, beckoned me. There it was. Five fn Guys! Well, they just call it Five Guys but that's what I call it in my head. Was so excited! This spot has been on my burger list for the longest... Here we go baby! The place was empty and looked somewhat run down. Definitely needs to be updated and deep cleaned. But, so what! I came for that sizzle and drool. Ordered a double patty burger, no combo. $15 bucks. Threw on some extras at no charge and after receiving the burger I saw why. Seriously, the burger could have fit in my niece's palm... and she is 7. Any adult burger that can be completely wrapped in 11 by 10 inch foil is laughable. Very disappointed in the amount of veggies as well. Nothing special about the meat either. What else can I say? This location blows humongous chunks. The ladies were nice. The guys looked like they had either just finished conversing with maryjane or were sad about a lost opportunity. I won't be back. BTW, the drive through for In N Out.... bumper to bumper! Typical.

Good Burgers and delicious fries (w/cajun seasoning). It wasn't busy when I walked in. Cashier and the workers behind the counter were friendly and welcomed me as I walked in. Condiments station was fully stocked. Love that they have the coke digital fountain w/plenty of drink options.

I've had at some point a patty melt and chili fries which were good also. But I'm a creature of habit. There's dine in and drive through options. If you dine in, however, there's a great salsa bar.

Almost every time I go through the drive-thru, something is missing -- sauces, drinks, or even food items. What makes it worse is that the staff often tries to rush customers out of the drive-thru, which makes it difficult to properly check the order before leaving. One experience that especially stood out happened a couple months ago when I ordered a pistachio milkshake at night. I had seen advertisements for a pistachio shake on the building and ordered it expecting a regular milkshake. After I got home, I realized it was made with coffee, which was frustrating since I work early mornings and specifically would not have ordered a coffee-based drink that late at night. When I drove back to ask about it, the employee responded with attitude and asked whether I had specified that I didn't want coffee in it. I pointed out that the advertising never made it clear that the pistachio shake was defaulted to coffee-based, so I had no reason to think I needed to clarify that in the first place. The interaction continued to feel unnecessarily rude and dismissive, and I eventually just asked for a refund. I've continued coming back since then because the food itself is good, but the repeated order mistakes and inconsistent customer service are becoming hard to overlook. I really hope management takes order accuracy, clearer communication, and customer experience more seriously.

This is probably why most people came in with online/phone orders for pickup and got the heck out of there in a hurry. Fries are okay at best but the onion rings are fantastic! I don't recommend the smash style burger because it's smaller and doesn't come with the fixings, but if that's your thing than by all means enjoy. I got the backyard bbq burger and it was very tasty. Not the best I've ever had but it definitely hits the spot and prices are not bad at all here. If I happen to be in the area again I would definitely be down to phone in my order and pickup for takeout to enjoy the tastiness somewhere I feel a little more comfortable. Staff was also very friendly - when they could be seen at least, but it was one cashier/server with two guys in the kitchen and although it's a small hole in the wall place there is still plenty to do if you're understaffed so I'm not even mad about it. Thanks ya'll!

I ordered the pastrami on rye (basically a Reuben) which was good. I wish it had more meat and it was half sliced, half chopped. Overall our meal was great and there were TVs visible from anywhere you sat, which is perfect for a sports bar. My big gripe is being charged $1 for pickles to go with a sandwich. Maybe you get more if they put them directly on the sandwich, but they forgot mine so the pickles came in a ramekin. 6 pickle slices for $1.
