The food is what you'd expect from here - all American corn dogs and chili dogs, and they're offering a lot of fun summer drinks. The service is poor and not customer-friendly. I placed my order and stated that I have a coupon for a free corn dog. When I came up to the window, I was given the total and blindly handed my credit card. I realized that I was charged for the corn dog, and the worker at the window would not reimburse me or give me another corn dog for free. The employees need to listen better and when told that the customer has a coupon, that should be entered on the computer and later when the customer pulls up to the window, the employee should ask to see the coupon. Let me start by saying I grew up coming to this place, so it's disappointing to have to write this. I recently stopped by with my sisters while in the area, and the experience was really off-putting. The woman who took our order did not wear gloves or use tongs when preparing the food. We watched as she placed an all-beef hot dog in the microwave with her bare hands, and on a very hot day, she grabbed my fries by cupping the bag--again, with her bare palm directly touching my food. The lack of gloves or utensils was honestly gross. On top of that, the chili on the hot dogs was almost nonexistent. Are they trying to save money by skimping on the toppings? I grew up eating Wienerschnitzel as a kid. I have fond memories of scarfing down their chili cheese fries, chili cheese burgers, chili cheese dogs and corn dogs well into my 20's. I don't frequent Wienerschnitzel as much these days, but there are days when the craving hits...and when it does, I hit up this location. The South Bay has quite a few stores, but this location tops them all. It's an older store, and the building is showing its age. But man, these guys deliver some of the most consistent and freshly prepared Wienerschnitzel food. The fries and corn dogs are usually fresh and hot. The dining area is opened till 10pm and Drive thru is till 12am so those are some good points for this location. It is a small place with about 5 parking slots on the side but I've always found them to be empty as most customers order via the drive through. I generally get the chili dog ($1.99), chill burger ($1.99) and chili cheese fries combo ($2.49). The chili dogs and chili burger is excellent but you could skip the chili cheese fries if you plan to order a-la-carte as they are below average. They also have a daily special desert menu from which I end up getting the freeze which is $1.99 on Saturdays. They accept cards without minimums which is another plus. Fast service, reasonable prices and good location keep me coming back periodically to satisfy my hot dog cravings. read more

I have been coming here for a very long time and each time I use my student ID for a discount. Today however I was unable to use my STUDENT ID because it had a 2018 sticker.
