Everyone i spoke to there was very nice and thoroughly listened to me, while also providing me information on what needed to be done. They quoted me a price and that was what I paid, they didn't try to get me to do anything more. On my first visit they also noticed a nail in my tire and put some air in it as it was extremely low and i didn't realize. Thankfully a discount tire is just down the street. If you need to drop your car off they also have a great shopping plaza nearby to kill some time while you wait. If you are looking for a new shop, id recommend giving them a try. Then came the service. I dropped my wife's minivan off to have the front brakes replaced. There was excellent communication throughout the whole process, including a very thorough written assessment of the whole vehicle, which included color photos and a write-up of not only the issues I knew I had, but other areas of concern that were identified during the the initial inspection. The quoted price was fair, I approved the work and the brake service was completed the same day, because they had the parts in stock. When my wife came to pick up, she was thrilled to find that Eric (the owner) had not only completed the work quickly, but also solved a curious situation that we had been dealing with: when making left hand turns, the van would alert us that the sliding door was not closed, even though it clearly was. As it turned out, the little rubber boot that covered the sensor/switch for that door had become worn enough to keep it from being pressed completely which caused the car to think that the door was open. In closing, I now understand why this shop came so highly recommended. I can't think of a single reason why I'd take my car anywhere else.
