I went in for an oil change, it took a very long time even though they started as soon as I got there. When it was time to leave my car wouldn't start. It was so alarming. There was absolutely nothing wrong with my car before going there. Then they jump my car, test my battery, and try to sell me on a $300 battery. I just went to auto zone, they tested my battery and it tested "good". I will never go back to this shop. Also, they are offering a discount to anyone who will leave a good review on Yelp and Google. I can't say enough nice things about these folks. They are super honest and responsive. Our old 2009 Prius needed a low beam bulb replaced. Bc of the out of reach location the bulb is located, we needed help extracting the bulb and reinstall the new bulb. i showed up at 8 and was promptly processed and taken care of. Lambert and Christ were professional, helpful, and efficient in their service. Despite the difficult to get to location of the bulb, I was in and out in no time flat, and they only charge $20 for labor !!!! Wow!!! Today was the third time I came to this mechanic. The first time was to get a starter replaced, I went to them because the gave me the best quote in town. Everything went smoothly, but the next day the starter failed. Not their fault, just a random bad part. I got my car towed back to their place and they swiftly replaced the failed part. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! The second time I took my car there, they flushed my radiator and suggested I put in a new temperature gauge. I wasn't sure I needed a new temperature gauge, but the gentleman behind the counter explained to me clearly why I needed it and he was right. KNOWLEDGEABLE! The third time I had car issues, I decided to try out another place in town. The second I walked in, I knew this place was a step below Advanced Auto Repair, but I thought I'd give them a chance anyways. When they quoted me $790, I quickly called Advanced Auto Repair to quote the same job- they quoted $480! BEST PRICES IN TOWN! All in all, I've finally found 'my mechanic'! Horrible place. If I could rate no stars, I would! They ruined my 2012 Honda CRV that only had 94K miles. Do yourself a favor and pay a little more $ for qualified mechanics. They took my engine apart and did not seal it properly...twice! They replaced the starter motor twice and it was going out again. They put in a front Axle not compatible with my car. Everything they did caused more problems and more $. I had to call the Bureau of Automotive Repair and open an investigation to get some of my $ back. This is the condensed version of what happened.
