Hands down- the fastest smog check ever! I checked in, chatted with the super nice employee, and walked into the waiting room. I barely had any time to aimlessly scroll on my phone when my car was ready. The employee quoted ten minutes...no way. He was done sooner. Grab a coupon from their website. It's ten dollars off. Credit cards and cash accepted. Easy to find, big waiting area, super fast. See you in two years! read more

Eli was very courteous, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. I came in on a Sunday with my wife's 2012 Toyota Venza and was the third vehicle in line, so I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly my turn came up. Initially, the vehicle failed because the Check Engine Light (CEL) wasn't physically visible where Eli was looking. I pointed out that the CEL indicator was actually located higher up on the dashboard. Eli apologized for the misunderstanding and promptly retested the vehicle, which then passed. Overall, I was completely satisfied with the service. The process was quick, professional, and offered at a competitive price. I really appreciate Eli taking the time to correct the issue and made sure everything was handled properly. Thank you, Eli, for the great service! Highly recommended! read more

My go-to place for smog testing. It's quick, easy and affordable. You will need to go to a garage that does the repair if necessary, but a good place to start. read more

Super fast service! I highly recommend! The team was very nice and took care of the paperwork. Thank you! read more

Rarely do I see this type of customer service and attention to details. What impressed me the most was Eli's honesty, during his inspection, he brought to my attention a legitimate issue. It did not affect the smog test (which the car passed) but if he had not pointed out that my radiator had a small leak, I would probably be broken down on the side of the road and even worse a blown engine. By bringing it to my attention I was able to bring it to the mechanics before a major problem accord. I highly recommend these guys! read more

Super fast service with a friendly team. They have a coupon on their website which brings the smog test to $40 (vs $80+). Absolutely will be using them again for our future smog testing needs! read more

He saw me very quickly, and the facility was clean. I was very pleased with the service.

I had a great experience at So Cal Smog. The night before my appointment, I requested a Yelp quote, and within 30 minutes I received a friendly response along with a coupon code, which was a nice surprise. The STAR smog check was quick and straightforward. The shop was clean and well organized, the employees were friendly and professional, and they even offered complimentary coffee and bottled water while I waited. The entire process was easy from start to finish. I would definitely recommend So Cal Smog to anyone looking for fast, courteous, and efficient service. read more

I am extremely happy with the fast, professional, and outstanding service performed on my car the other day. The owner, Eli, greeted me warmly, communicated clearly throughout the process, and completed the work efficiently. The shop is exceptionally clean, including the restroom, and has a comfortable waiting area. They even offer customers a complimentary chilled bottle of water while they wait. The pricing is very reasonable, and they also provide a $10-off coupon. What impressed me most was Eli's honesty and attention to detail. During his inspection, he brought to my attention a legitimate issue with one of my engine torque mounts. I truly appreciated this because even the dealership failed to mention the problem when my car was serviced just a week earlier. What touched me even more was Eli's genuine kindness and generosity. He took the time to explain the issue and even offered to help address the deteriorated part. He truly went above and beyond to provide the best customer service I have ever experienced. Thank you, Eli, for your professionalism, kindness, and generosity. I am incredibly grateful for the excellent service and care you provided. I will definitely be returning for my next smog check. I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for honest, reliable, fast, and exceptional service. This place deserves 10 stars instead of 5! read more

I've been to 4 or so Smog Check providers over the years and this was the best one so far! First, the people who work here are very helpful, knowledgeable, personable, and flexible. I wasn't sure how busy they would be at the time I could bring the car in, so I made an appointment. A meeting came up that conflicted with my appointment the day of and they were very nice and accommodating about changing my appointment. Secondly, they specialize in Smog Checks so they aren't trying to fit you into their schedule of auto repair, routine maintenance, bodywork, etc. The test for my particular vehicle only took 10 minutes and there was no one else waiting, so I was in and out very quickly. When going to an auto repair shop that does Smog Checks, I'm usually there at least 30 minutes and up to an hour, even with an appointment. So, I really appreciated how expedient this was. I also liked that I didn't have to spend time looking for a parking space or park on the street like I've had to do at auto maintenance shops. It may seem like a small thing, but convenience takes the hassle out of having to get a Smog Check every 2 years. Finally, I appreciate that they are open 7 days a week and that they take walk-ins. So if you happen to be in the area, you can drop in and get it done. I also liked being able to see them do the Smog Check since I've never been able to watch one being done. Usually, the car is in some back bay and I have no access to see what a Smog Check is. I found it interesting. They also explained the process to me for electronically submitting the Smog Check into to the DMV and letting me know when I can process my DMV registration (next day). They will be my go-to Smog Test provider from now on. I highly recommend them! read more

Very fast and very friendly, and helpful service, I can see why they have so many 5 stars. Here's one more! Totally recommend.

Good value, quick smog check. I always trust them with my smog for my 2004 Toyota. They always get me in and out in no time
