They did a nice job, came on time. When I realized we were installing new locks still keyed to the old key of the previous owner I asked to have a new key made up. Even though he'd already installed locks and made more work having to re do them, the installer did it without complaining or trying to charge extra. I'd recommend, they did good work for me. We had a pane of glass break in our garage door. George walked me through finding the model number and other details about the door so he could order the glass from his supplier. When the glass arrived George realized it did not match the other panes, but was good enough to leave it in the door until the supplier corrected the issue (so we didn't have to live with cardboard where the glass had been any longer). When he received the right pane he quickly swapped out the glass and the door looks like new! I highly recommend Sevan - such great personal service at a fair price. I recently purchased a used 2013 Mazda. The original owner had lost or broken the original keyless fob. Called the Mazda dealer and was quoted a little over $200 for the key and an additional $200 to program it. Also they needed an appointment and about an hour and a half to program it. My experience with George of Sevan about a month ago was awesome. Him and his assistant were able to come to my house the same day I called. I had been having trouble installing a key lock on my sliding glass patio door which previously didn't have one. He immediately looked at the hardware and knew what to do. He also made some adjustments to the latch to make it lock perfectly. Its always a big relief when a true tradesman shows up and just knows what needs to be done. I searched everywhere for a lock smith that would come to my location and allow me to use my keys.
