He even programmed my wife's car to open the garage door with the push of a button. He actually tried to get the old opener to work in order to save us the cost of the new one and the installation. The old one turned out to be shot, so Rick installed the new one. We were very satisfied with Rick's services and are very happy to recommend him to anyone with garage door issues. When the problem persisted after our original service call, Dave came at no extra charge with Jeremy to re-wire my entire garage. Ultimately this didn't work either meaning our garage motor was shot (which we wouldn't have known if Dave didn't have the patience to try all the methods of fixing it and seeing if the problem persisted). She said her husband, Kenneth and her will come by the same evening and look at the door. After the inspection, we decided to get a new door. They said we could order the door of our choice from Amazon and they would be happy to install it for a reasonable price. We ordered the door and in a few days Kenneth installed it. We noticed a gap in the side of the door that was letting air in. They suggested vinyl molding all around the doors. We agreed to their recommendation and they came back and installed vinyl molding around both garage doors. The door is operating nicely and we appreciate the work done by Easy Access.
