I called Mr. Kim two days ago needing a rekey for a new home with Schlage keyless entry locks. From the start, he was incredibly flexible with scheduling and gave me several options to fit my availability. He came out today and was still patient and accommodating even though I was running late from work. Mr. Kim is not only friendly and professional, but clearly experienced, he was in and out in about 15 minutes, all while keeping a light, casual conversation going. Mr Kim is very responsive to customers calling his advertised phone number. He answers the phone, unlike some other Locksmiths nearby--that's why he continually gets my business. I call, I tell him my problem, He says when can I come and fix for you? We make appointment, Mr Kim fixes issue, I pay him. SO EASY! Thank you Mr Kim for TWICE getting me back into my basement. I called, described my lock out issue, and asked for an estimate, also if he couldn't fix? Estimate seemed fair & he said he would not charge if couldn't fix (not sure if this is true as he solved it). He was very quick to arrive (before I could even get there), quickly figured out how to solve it and had the tools. Even confirmed what I thought couldn't be done and why. Seems very experienced and fair. You get what you need at a fair price and no nonsense professional customer service. The other place I called is a call center which would not give me any estimate or what would happen if it couldn't be solved; When I declined, then wouldn't let me hang up - wanting my zipcode and phone number. Mr. Kim was aware of how those businesses operate - as he gets alot of misdirected irate calls as the other company has a very similar name. read more

My wife and I purchased a new home with an existing digital lock without any keys. We purchased the newest LOCKLY with additional knob assembly. I call Mr. Kim and was delightful to get an appointment the next day in the early afternoon. Mr. Kim call and arrived over an hour early. You don't get that kinda service Anywhere anymore! I showed him the parts and he went to work. He is a true master locksmith and throughly enjoyed watching his craft. I had my keys cut four months ago , and they haven't worked properly since then . I reached out twice that month to get them to take care of the problem , and they keep giving me the runaround and no one reaches out to me . They didn't cut my keys when they programmed them , and had I known they weren't going to do that I wouldn't have paid $700 for two keys . Now my keyless start key fob is not a keyless start key fob because I have to pull it out and use it to start my car and unlock the doors . I paid way too much for crappy service and a crappy product and I need someone to take care of this . The last time I just called in I was hung up on so maybe check with your customer service Representatives as well . read more

Called this place the next day after dealing with another company at 1am (See my review for Locksmith Plus) who tried to scam me by telling me one price over the phone then suddenly changing that price to over $55 more than the original later! Don't deal with that company, mentioned above! However, when I called Evergreen Lock & Key the following day, I was promptly answered and told the exact price of $65 for unlocking my car and no extra fees. He showed up in 20 minutes and opened my car within 10. I have a newer car and he had to jimmy the door switch through the window to get the door unlocked. Didn't cause any damage.
