Chips are included! What did I get I got 1 of each taco they had: Carnitas, Beef Tongue, Carne Asada, Chicken, Chorizo. They all come with onion cilantro and hot salsa unless you specify. I got them on corn tortilla. It was really good, nice and spicy. I also got a Pina Colada.... which did.not.have.any.alcohol.taste! It was very sweet. The best part is that there is chips and salsa to keep you occupied! Only think I didn't like was there was no salsa bar that I can top my taco with but I guess the original way is for them to decide for you Environment This restaurant is in a plaza where Aldi is. The inside is divided into 2. There is a bar section as soon as you walk in and there is seating area. It gets very busy. I went on Friday evening around 6pm. There was live music! Cheese, cheese, and more cheese! We ordered the chicken quesadilla and enchiladas on the lunch menu. I couldn't believe how much cheese was in each of these items. They were both so tasty! We found this place by accident, it is tucked in the back of the shopping center plaza. Dine In and To Go are both offered. Also the staff is phenomenal, everyone is so friendly and welcoming. First order of chips and salsa are included, however refills are $1.85. Also the salsa is extremely chunky, which is not my preference. Customer Warning: check your receipt! I left a 25% tip and they still added more as gratuity to my credit card. That is theft and has been reported to my bank. Wait staff was friendly, food was anything to write home about. My initial stop was to get food to go. However when I noticed queso fundido on the menu, I decided to eat in. Bad decision. Queso was swimming in grease. Chips and salsa were virtually tasteless, no seasoning. Salsa was watery. Very disappointing visit. Our first time here and darn it, we can't believe we took so long to try it. I ordered the Servando's combo with a tostada, sope and taco with rice and my husband ordered the burro magnifico and a nice cold beer. Both dishes were excellent and tasty. Our server was pleasant and kept the drinks replenished. They are taking safety measures in having the tables socially distanced, wearing masks and gloves. The staff are wiping down menus and all touched areas. Kudos to them for the excellent job. We will be back and recommend giving this place a try. read more

I really like Servandos Chille Rellenos, I think they are the best in town. The Sangria is also great and the service is good too. I've taken off a star because of the lack of flexibility for vegetarians. My husband wanted a bean burrito with added sautéed onion and peppers in it, and he offered to pay extra for that...in other words burrito with no meat but with beans, onions, and pepper, the same veggies that would come with fajitas. The waitress said she would ask but came back and said she was told "Absolutely not" . It's very disappointing that they are not vegetarian friendly because it is a great restaurant. Although I would like to eat at Servandos more often I can't because I need to eat at a place where they will serve My husband who is a vegetarian. All the other mexican restaurants seem happy to mix and match ingredients, and many have vegetarian selections on their menus. I really don't understand why Servandos refuses to do it. read more

We started with queso fundido, which our server prepared for us tableside. It was delicious and disappeared quickly. Their salsa was also very tasty & fresh. All of our dinners were fantastic! We are still very big fans of Servando's. We usually stop in for dinner a couple of times a month for a fast dinner. Our meal is always served quick and freshly made. Service is exceptional with Servando keeping a close eye on everything and never failing to speak his appreciation that we decided to dine here. Recently I discovered Bestik con Queso Gratinado. It is tenderloin topped with tomatoes, onions and melted cheese. It's absolutely delicious and a must order. On my last two visits I ordered the Puntas al Albanil. It is beef tips cooked in green salsa, onions, cilantro and topped with sliced jalapeños. On the side there is lettuce, tortillas, rice & beans. read more

I know it sounds strange, but I rate Mexican Restaurants by the enchilada sauce, and in the way they make the refried beans. Both here were excellent, and I just could not be happier with seeing a restaurant in this area using authentic white Mexican Queso Blanco and making the refried beans in the way they have been traditionally made, so I can't recommend this place any higher! read more

Affordable and authentic Mexican food in the Winter Garden area. My husband and I dined with friends and wanted a non-chain Mexican place. We got here around 7:30 p.m. on a Friday night, and boy, the place was packed. FOOD & DRINKS: Like I mentioned, the food tastes good, and it is cheap. We ordered the house margaritas. Decent tequila pour and cheap ($5.50 per margarita). They serve you chips and salsa. The salsa... It was a perfect mild. They also have hot salsa, but you have to ask for it. I got the Tapatio combo, which comes with a mini cheese quesadilla, beef taco, and enchilada. The tortillas are really soft and tastes fresh. I really enjoyed the enchilada sauce. My husband got the steak burrito magnifico. What what a burrito it was! (See the picture.) The food came out pretty quickly for what a busy night it was, and they brought out extra chips without having to pay for them. My friend got the tortilla soup and chicken quesadilla, and she had no complaints. Also, the food is VERY reasonably priced. Overall, I really enjoyed the food. The food is always yummy here and they have decent lunch specials. I've been coming here for years and introduced other people to this place. Most Mexican food places fill your plate with dry rice and flavorless beans, but this place has quite tasty rice and beans that I actually eat. I really enjoy their complimentary salsa and chips, but since they changed their policy to one tiny cup per table (per table guys, doesn't matter how many people are at it) and any extra salsa costs as much as an appetizer. So although I enjoyed my chip and salsa, I wish they would go back to free refills. I went with the nachos this visit and wish I could have eaten the whole thing because it was just so scrumptious. The meat was well seasoned and the melted cheese was way better than the cheap can garbage most places use because it was actually real melted cheese! This place is delicious, home-made Mexican food made by amazingly kind people. I get food from here maybe once or twice a month, and they can recognize me from my voice and order over the phone, always welcome everyone who comes in and make you feel at home. When my friends come to town, here's where we go, never disappoints. Quesadilla charra is my go-to (the lunch version, not dinner, they're different), but the chile relleno, burros and nachos are yummy. Flan is always perfect. read more

The service was fine, we were greeted and seated right away ,the food came out quick and piping hot and that's where it ended for us. We ordered the Chile Relleno, Enchilada and Chicken Quesadilla lunch specials and the Burrito Loco. The chips and salsa was a joke. If you can imagine a bowl of pico de gallo with a can of tomato sauce dumped over it. That's what the salsa was like. The chips tasted like nothing. The food lacked any seasoning, no flavor at all. The chicken quesadilla was greasy and the cilantro inside was overpowering. The refried beans were burnt, like we got the bottom of the pan. We had to ask a for real hot salsa to make the food somewhat enjoyable. I asked for some sour cream for the Quesadilla, got a dollop on a plate and was charged $1.25 for it. When I questioned the charge, I was told they charge extra for everything that does not come with the dish originally....SMH. Imo, sour cream should have come with the dish. Don't believe the hype. This place was bland and boring. Yeah the food is cheap and the portions are generous, but you get what you pay for. Come here if you can't stand to eat anything spicy with original flavor. You will be guaranteed that experience here. We will continue to look elsewhere for our go to Mexican spot. read more

If you were a fan of Taquitos Jalisco when they had three locations, you will love Servando's. It's run by the original owner, and has all the same dishes, prepared just the way you remember. As an added bonus, it's much cleaner than the remaining Taquitos, and the space is light and airy. Service is friendly, and Servando is there to make sure everything is just right. Personal favorites include Servando's Nachos (without any meat or beans is the way I like them), and either tacos or gorditas with their amazing Pastor. The Plato Botanas appetizer is a nice way to sample many things. Margaritas are also quite good. If you're looking for REAL Mexican food on the west side of town, this is the place. read more

My ABSOLUTE favorite Mexican restaurant in the Orlando area! Taquitos Jalisco used to hold that title- until they changed owners, so when Servando's opened my family and friends were thrilled! Their AL Pastor, Carne Asada and Chorizo tacos are just like street tacos you find in L.A.-my California husband is a connoisseur and says so. The dish I always, always, always get is the Platos Botanos which includes a chicken flauta, 2 Taquitos, 2 corn tacos and guacamole- it is a perfect meal for me. We also make a point to request their hot salsa which is mui caliente so if you like heat- ask for this one because it is their very best! We've had their chicken mole' and chili relleno dishes, too and these are both excellent. I've never had anything but great food here and am so happy Servando's is doing business in a new place! My husband and I have been eating at Servando's restaurants (the owner) for close to 20 years. First at Taquitos Jalisco and now at Servando's. I would say his food is fairly authentic. So if you are expecting food to taste like one of the Americanized "Mexican" chains, you may be a bit surprised at the differences. If you are looking for tradition and authenticity, then you will love the flavors. We have tasted several dishes here, but frankly we stopped messing around. Now, we don't even look at the menu. We order one dish... every time, and it is freaking delicious. My husband gets the Burro Magnifico (steak) with the molcajete (brown sauce), spicy! I order the same burrito with the green tomatillo sauce (not spicy). Both are very traditional sauces. The steak is so well marinated. I wish I could steal the recipe. The filling has rice, beans, caramelized onions, and poblano peppers. All is smothered with a healthy amount of Monterey Jack cheese and one of the sauces. It is huge. So if you order it, go easy on the one basket of free chips and salsa, and skip appetizers and dessert. The price is very reasonable. The staff is friendly and professional. The other dishes are good. But I think Burro Magnifico is outstanding! So, if you haven't already been there, definitely head over and try it! read more

The lunch menu is the best. The prices begin at $4.99. It's inexpensive and the portions are massive. Their menu is very similar to Taquitos Jalisco, later on; I learned that they were from the same owner or maybe the owner sold it and move on. I get the chicken tacos with rice and beans. The chicken was so juicy, succulent and tender. That's actually how I like my tacos just a little bit of cilantro and onions. The rice and beans were flawless. I've been wanting to try Servando's for quite a while based on the buzz I see on a local Facebook page and finally took the plunge tonight. Upon walking in, you are immediately greeted at the door (by the owner I think?) as he and his team welcome you inside. The place is pretty small, but we got a table for 4 on a Friday night in almost no time. We started with a round of house margaritas and they were pretty... horrible. Obviously when ordering a house margarita you don't expect much, but they definitely used a cheap mix and I am fairly certain there was no tequila in it. If there was it was probably the equivalent of an eye dropper. Thankfully, this was the only disappointing part of my meal. They provide the first round of chips and salsa on the house. I've seen some complains about this, but I was actually okay with it because I usually fill up on too many chips. This also probably helps them to keep their menu prices down which is great! I had the burrito loco which was very good and filling. My husband had the tacos rancheros which he thoroughly enjoyed. They had a girl playing guitar and singing. She was really great and I definitely enjoyed listening to her while we ate. I look forward to my next visit, but will probably stick to beer next time. read more
