The level of unprofessionalism is unbelievable. They finally promised me a refund for 2/3 of what I paid from corporate, saying it would be posted 5-7 business days later. Absolutely nothing for over three weeks, and they would not respond to calls, emails or chats. Finally they refund me $400 less than what they *explicitly* told me, without an explanation (I rejected the first amount they mentioned as an unsuitable solution). Absolutely a scam. By the way, this is not me, but clearly shows a sustained pattern on cancellations and lack of response. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM.
