    JT Club
    Muriel T.

Stopped in here after wrapping up a camping trip in Sequoia National Park. After packing up camp on a hot morning, I had worked up quite an appetite. I ordered the JT Club from their small sandwich selection, though it's clear this is more of a coffee shop than a sandwich spot. The sandwich was well made, with generous portions of turkey and ham, fresh veggies, and cheese. I would have preferred a little more mustard and mayo, but what was there was enough to complement the ingredients. The ordering process is simple: order at the counter, grab a number, and have a seat while they prepare your food. We sat in the back patio area with picnic tables and misters, which made for a relaxing place to eat. The view of the river and the sound of the flowing water were definitely the highlight of the visit. The staff was friendly, and my food came out quickly. Overall, it was a pleasant stop with a good sandwich and a peaceful atmosphere. Nothing particularly memorable, but a solid place to grab a bite if you're in the area.

    Mean Green Breakfast bagel--so good!

What a beautiful coffee and breakfast spot! Even though it was a Saturday morning and they were busy, the line moved quickly and service was great. All the employees were cheerful and kind. We ordered an iced latte, watermelon refresher, and mocha frappes to drink, and the biscuits and gravy and the mean green breakfast bagel to eat. All were delicious!! We sat on the back patio overlooking the river. What could be more peaceful?!

Sequoia Coffee and Kitchen is a total gem! We came here two mornings in a row and had a great experience each time. First off, the space was adorable. Everything about the interior was cute - the green checkerboard floors, flower lighting fixtures, embroidery wall art, etc. The also had the cutest merch! I couldn't resist buying a keychain and sticker, and my friend got a hat. For drinks, I chose the Queen Bee Latte with an extra shot of espresso, which was delicious and got the job done. The first day, I ordered the Avocado Toast. The portion size was super generous, and I ended up only eating half. My friends' breakfast burritos were also enormous! All the food items were excellent, including the Lemon Pistachio Croissant. The second morning, I went with the Sky Bowl, which was arguably even better than the toast. The portion size was perfect and the flavors went together so well. Service was friendly and quick. Would recommend showing up early to beat the rush!

We took a drive once again to this coffee place just because its that good!!! Worth the 1 hour drive for the Frappuccino Mocha flavor coffee , not too sweet. And breakfast bagel sandwiches are very good and loaded!! Their service is awesome , they have a very beautiful outdoor seating area that is very spacious , and a beautiful river flowing just steps away !! They bring your food out to you. The interior space is a bit small but cute setup. The outdoor space is just my preference!! Its in the way to going up to the Sequioa national park and plenty other things in the area.

A quaint, cute coffee shop in Three Rivers. They have a consistent menu of coffee choices with breakfast items. They also have seasonal menus with specialty drinks for a fun palate experience. I had their Queen Bee (honey vanilla latte) off their Summer Seasonal Menu and it was lightly sweet and refreshing 10/10. A great way to start my morning! They also sell an array of merchandise too. Come grab a drink and snack and enjoy your day!

We really enjoyed the atmosphere. Everything was delicious that we came both mornings we were in town. There is not that much parking fyi. We loved the coffee and their food. I built my own sandwich and had one of the best chocolate chip cookies ever! A must visit when staying in Three Rivers. They have outdoor seating right next to the river which you can listen to while you eat! Super relaxing and enjoyable Multi grain bread, Pesto mayo, turkey, mozzarella, lettuce, tomato

Cutest Cafe with the most adorable vibe and decor. Loved every single item that I saw on the menu from drinks to foods. I wish we were staying in the area longer but we're only able to stop by twice. I ordered a dot cake latte along with the mean green breakfast sandwich and the breakfast croissant the first day. The second day I ordered the coconut cloud drink and the mountain bowl with bacon and a couple of muffins. Everything was delicious. The person who took my order was very nice and friendly. I'd absolutely recommend this place to all.

I loved the vibe of this place! Lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Extensive drink and food menu. And lots of additional merch and goodies for sale. I stopped in right before they closed so I took my drink to go, but I'd love to come back and enjoy an outdoor table!

We stopped by here for breakfast before heading up to the national park. Parking was limited but we got lucky and snagged a spot in front of the cafe. I want to say that there are maybe 4-5 parking spots in front of the cafe but I'm not 100% sure. The best part about this spot is the view and atmosphere. There is a patio area and plenty of seats outside with a gorgeous view of the river! A really nice place to start the day off. I really wanted to like the food/drink but I was disappointed. The matcha was especially disappointing-it tasted very milky and bland. I had to throw it out. The avocado toast was okay but the pieces of avocado stuck together and tasted slightly unripe. I will say that this spot gets very busy and there was quite the line to order here. We waited for about 20 minutes to order. I am sure all the workers are working hard getting everyone's orders ready. I wonder if this may have impacted the quality of the matcha especially. Despite how busy the place was, we got our food/drinks fairly quickly and all the workers we interacted with were very kind. Overall, I would be open to trying something else on the menu and returning because of the ambiance. However, I would be a bit hesitant to return considering the parking situation and just how busy it gets.

We had such a lovely experience! We ordered the avocado toast with eggs and a muffin, and everything tasted fresh and delicious. The coffee was excellent and high quality. On top of that, the view was absolutely gorgeous, which made the whole visit even more enjoyable. Definitely a spot worth coming back to!

Their fall menu item, oatmeal pie (iced). So delicious!
    Jonathan C.

I was here for the weekend of 9/10 - 9/13. Got to try this coffee shop on my very last day before going back home. Their fall menu is a must try! I got the oatmeal cream pie iced latte and it was so good! I also ordered biscuits and gravy and that was probably the best I've had! All the workers were very helpful and actually went above and beyond with their service. My friend's phone slipped out of his pocket and during our drive back home (roughly 3 hours in) we realized that my friend left his phone behind. We called his phone constantly and a random customer handed my friend's phone to a worker and they answered and helped us get the phone back! The worker took it upon herself to mail out my friend's phone! I will update when I get her name but thank you so much for helping out a stranger when you really didn't have to! May all the blessings you wish for bestow upon you! also, the coffee shop interior was a VIBE! I love how the Sequoia sign that's on the front door window projects onto the floor because of the way the sun hits it, it's so cool!

cute little store definitely worth going to didn't get anything, but we took a look inside. It was very nice.

Fantastic food and experience!…read more Tried on a whim after a day at Sequoia, not expecting too much after seeing the Yelp stars, but all expectations were blown out of the water. Staff were immediately welcoming, personable to talk with, patient, and helpful not just to us but all other guests around! We sat at one of the many outdoor patio tables, which made for exactly the relaxing mood we needed. The complimentary fresh chips and salsa were finished before the waiter returned to take our order. Both are clearly made fresh, with the chips being very visibly cut, fried, and seasoned and the salsa being refreshing and slightly spicy. The wet burrito supreme was filled with tender, juicy beef shreds and topped with a red sauce packed with flavor. The chicken and mole was a delightful surprise to see on the menu, and it blew our minds! The thigh, leg, and breast chunk were wonderfully tender but still firm enough to not just become part of the sauce, which was packed with flavor, smokiness, and richness. The beef flautas were admittedly a little hard and the weakest plate on the table, but it was compensated by the rice and beans being nicely seasoned and cooked to the perfect texture/consistency.

Serving sizes on the burritos looked pretty hefty and they do have complimentary chips and salsa. Can get a little crowded on busy weekends, but they do have outdoor seating available as well. They have a shared parking lot with the small grocery store and pizza place next door. Camarones al Mojo de Ajo (2.75/5): The sides of rice and especially beans were actually quite good, but the shrimp themselves were blasted and just overcooked. Rubbery shrimp just isn't the vibe and it's a pretty expensive plate for how much protein you get. Fish Taco (3/5): Objectively, they aren't bad. The fish is flaky and not overcooked, but I was expecting fried fish tacos, not just slabs of tilapia on some corn tortillas. Caldo de Res (4.5/5): Unlike the other items, this soup was INCREDIBLE. Light and perfectly savory. The carrots are soft and the beef ribs are almost melt in your mouth fatty and tender. Would recommend this dish 10x over.

I hate when people give a one star when they still ate the food. Anyways I called to see how late I could order. Come to find out I can order to go all the way until 9:30pm. I ordered my food around 8:30 pm tonight. Lady on phone said it would be ready in 15min. I got there about 8:50 and the food had just come out. Now about the food.. first off I have never been to a place that you can order steak with refried beans and Mexican rice. Lol..So I knew I had to order it! I ordered the rib eye steak, beans and veggies. I wasn't expecting anything great but let me tell you..the food was very good. I first took a bite of the medium rare steak and it was cooked perfect! Then I had to try those beans! And they were really good and the veggies were perfectly soft but not too soft. Usually when I eat at Texas Roadhouse their veggies are always too crunchy. So this was a big surprise. I will be here one more day and more than likely I will be coming back to eat in their outdoor dining area. Sometimes you just have to give something a chance.

The first red flag should have been when we arrived at 10 a.m. and the front door was still locked, despite there being two groups on the patio and a couple of cars in the lot. We brushed it off, thinking maybe we'd just missed the breakfast rush. The service was slow, but that wasn't the real issue. The food quality was absolutely bottom of the barrel. Our orders were incorrect, they were out of basic items like milk, and the French toast tasted like it had been made with toilet water. It was completely inedible. After the French toast meals were removed, we still walked out paying over $70 for just drinks and two kids' meals. Completely unacceptable. Never again--we should've trusted our gut and left the moment we started questioning it. Save yourself the disappointment and go literally anywhere else. Would you like me to make a shorter, punchier version (more straight to the point for quick readers) as well, or keep it in this detailed style?

They have updated the interiors and there is plenty of seating both inside and outside the sandwich shop. We opted to sit outside so that we could see the river (even though it was 90+ degrees...but in the shade it was a cool 85 degrees) Gourmet Green 5/5 turkey, creamy almond cilantro jalapeno spread (not spicy to me) kind of reminded me of the green goddess sauce, red onion, roasted red pepper, havarti and spinach. Everything just worked beautifully and it basically felt like eating a salad. Blue Cheese Potato Salad 4/5 I wanted this to be more blue cheesy, but it was still pretty tasty. I didn't have high expectations going in but this place absolutely blew me out of the water. The service was excellent, the environment was great, the crowd was friendly, and the pizza was nothing short of phenomenal. I'm a foodie and I consider myself pretty dang picky. I've had a LOT of pizza that I just didn't care for, but this place nailed it. The dough was done beautifully. Nice little crunch on the bottom without being overdone, so the crust wasn't tough. As a nice bonus, the chicken wings are baked rather than deep-fried and they offer standard side salads (house and Greek) along with a few beers and a seltzer on tap. I tried a passion/guava seltzer and it was not sweet and refreshing. The atmosphere is lively, complete with a large TV playing sports. I noticed a few claw machines for the kids, though adding a couple of classic arcade games would be a great way to keep them entertained after eating.
