Usually when you see the word factory in any restaurant, I tend to shy away from it, but glad we didn't this time. There's not many places that are offering up good pizza in Three Rivers, but the Pizza Factory is one of them doing just fine. We got our pizza to go, it was a busy dining room. You can order at the counter and stay there, it's a busy place with plenty of picnic tables inside and out to dine at. Nice overall atmosphere, a tad loud and busy, but still nice. The pizza was delicious and we enjoyed it very much. The pasta was decent, but not as good as their pizza. Good experience overall.

Pizza Factory was very nice and clean. The food was good and especially my buffalo wings cause the were baked not deep fried. The pizza was excellent. The reason im giving a 4 star is the table tops need a re-do cause the look very old and sticky. Prices are normal paid 61.00 for 4 people.

Medium Pepperoni Pizza - Really good overall! Loaded with pepp, cheesy and awesome airy crust too. Would get again.

After a few days in the area....Sequoia Coffee and here were definitely our favorite places to eat in town. Maybe a touch on the pricey side but considering location and the available options in general, it is what it is and you move on. Small pepperoni (pic is medium), 10 wings and a dinner salad (no pics) was almost $50 for reference. We got take out 2 times and both nights we ordered, the service was quick, considering how busy they were. All the staff I talked to were super polite and helpful from ordering over the phone, to the cashier and take out people too. The vibes when dining in seemed great and lively, but after a day in the park we opted to eat at our Airbnb instead. The pizza was surprisingly good! Way better than we expected and liked it enough eat it twice in a few days. Loaded with pepperoni which we totally appreciate and bits of it got crispy too. There was a good amount of cheese and it had a nice airy crust. We also got the wings and salad bar. My wife loved that you are able to make your own dinner salad and choose the toppings you want. Lastly we got the wings and they were also good for oven baked and not fried. They were actually crispy and both the garlic parm/mango habanero sauces were tasty. We'd definitely recommend this place to anyone coming to the area!

Service was excellent especially with the manager Jonathan who answered all my questions regarding prices and food. The pizza had great taste and flavors. Wings were also great. Some of the locals might tell you it's mediocre pizza but others said it was great. So a mixed reviews but I'm an outsider from LA and the family and I love it. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Honestly loved it. Perfect chill spot after a day exploring the parks. The mini pizza is a great size and filling with a soft and crispy crust. The spaghetti and meatballs was huge! The folks were nice too

This is a close 1st for the best pizza I've ever eaten. Seriously. Ordered a Factory Special- basically a supreme. LOADED with toppings!! Just the right amount of sauce. The crust. Oh my. Slightly dense so as to hold everything on, yet airy, fluffy, and crispy all at the same time. I cannot stress enough how perfect the crust was The 2 girls at the counter were so welcoming and friendly. Gave us time to look over the menu and offered suggestions... which we took :) Medium pizza and 2 drinks was $35...so reasonable! Nice casual place with picnic type table seating. Overall great place and great value for the money!!

The pizza is very good here lots of toppings, kid, friendly video games for the kids outside seating and indoors relaxed atmosphere

Food so good we came here twice during our stay in Three Rivers... We were visiting Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks and were staying at a local BnB... We were driving home from the long drive and hikes in Kings Canyon NP and thought carbs were in order... We had seen the Pizza Factory on our stop at the market and decided to try it out... wow... I always say that I judge pizza and Italian restaurants by their sauce, and I really enjoyed this sauce: tomatoes thick, seasoning just right, not too runny... yum. On the first day we got a vegetarian calzone, spaghetti and meatballs, cheese sticks plus a pitcher of mango cart beer... thoroughly enjoyed everything and had plenty of leftovers for the next day... when we stopped back into the Pizza Factory for a veggie sandwich, another pitcher of beer and some sauce and bread sticks to take home to finish off the leftovers from the day before... Bread sticks were so cheesy and good dipped in the sauce. Spaghetti cooked perfectly, and the meatball appropriately seasoned and moist. My friend said her vegetarian calzone and sandwich were flavorful and packed with fresh vegetables. Staff was friendly, restaurant was clean with plenty of big screens to catch every game while you wait or eat in... You have a choice of indoor or outdoor seating, and like someone else said, I don't know about the low rating because this place was PACKED! We lucked out on both days and made it just before the dinner rush, but the phone was ringing off the hook and tons of pick up orders were going out the door... they must be doing a lot right, and I know we'll definitely be back if/when we're back in the area...

Mozzarella stick cheese pull from Pizza Factory to General Sherman. Surprisingly this place was great. Pizzas were great. Atmosphere is great. Wonderful family place with excellent service.

I would recommend sizing up when ordering. I wish I got a large vs a medium. The chicken wings were good. The to go salad I got was one they gave you a container for the salad bar. There was a food selection of options.

We stopped into Pizza Factory after a hike in the trees and enjoyed the warm, family-friendly vibe--cute, kitschy decor (lots of motorcycle-themed pieces) and a lively, busy night. We ordered a cheese pizza, salad bar access, and a Greek salad. The pizza was the highlight: the cheese was baked to perfection--golden brown, a little crispy at the edges but not dry--really delicious. The salad bar was adequate with a choice of iceberg or spinach and a selection of toppings. My main issue was the Greek salad: it was advertised with romaine but arrived with iceberg. When I politely pointed this out to a server, I was told they never have romaine. There was no offer to replace the salad, refund, or even a real apology. That lack of effort to correct a mistake was disappointing. Overall, great pizza and a just what you expect from a pizza place, but customer service could use improvement when things go wrong. I'd still come back for the pizza, but hope staff handle mistakes more proactively next time.

Calzon: it was very nice and fluffy with a lot of toppings stuffed. Very with the purchase

I would god back again. Great service and the wait time was very short. The food is very delicious. I love how fluffy everything was. The place itself has a very 90's aesthetic which I love.

I'm not sure why the rating is so low here but I was very satisfied with a fresh, out of the oven pizza after a long day of driving and walking through the park. The dough was excellent and came out piping hot. The sauce was tasty and the ingredients were fresh. The Greek salad was also fresh and crisp. The Italian dressing was on point. Solid meal for being 20 minutes outside the Sequoia national park! Good selection of bottled beers. Super busy on Saturday night but the food came out in a timely fashion.

The arancini were perfectly crispy on the outside with a warm, creamy center. They were topped generously with fresh parmesan and paired with a rich pink sauce that really elevated the flavor--definitely a standout appetizer. The rigatoni with chicken cutlet was just as impressive. The pasta tasted fresh and perfectly cooked, and the chicken cutlet was tender, crispy, and full of flavor. The pink sauce (labeled as spicy vodka) was absolutely delicious--more savory and creamy than spicy, which made it super enjoyable and well-balanced. If a restaurant is going to add that kind of charge, it should be clearly disclosed upfront before customers order or make reservations. Unfortunately, the experience did not come close to justifying the extra cost. The steaks were badly overcooked, the food was mediocre at best, and there were large flies throughout the restaurant, which made the meal even more unpleasant. I understand that Mother's Day is a busy day for restaurants, but being busy does not give a business a free pass to surprise customers with excessive charges or deliver poor food and service. The 20% surcharge felt unfair and left a very bad impression. I willnot return, and I would strongly recommend that customers check their bill carefully before paying. So having a massive jar of soda already right in front of me? Huge win. Now, moving on to the slightly traumatizing part: they did not bring out bread to the table. Excuse me? I'm sorry, but if I am sitting down for Italian, table bread is not an optional courtesy--it is a fundamental human right. And it became an even bigger issue when my fettuccine arrived, because the portion size was... let's just say aggressively small for a dinner entree. I was expecting a meal, not a decorative sample. However... it was infuriatingly good. They make their own pasta fresh in-house, and the texture was honestly undeniable. My husband ordered the Margherita pizza, and he literally declared--with complete, uncharacteristic enthusiasm--that it was hands-down the best Margherita pizza he has ever gotten. So, massive points there. What was not a massive point, however, was the subterranean seating situation. We were escorted downstairs into the basement, which was pitch black. But more importantly: the stairs are completely unlit. I'm sorry, but they are actively asking to get sued. It is a litigious nightmare waiting to happen. Someone is going to take one wrong step in the dark, tumble down that staircase, and own the entire restaurant by next Tuesday. They are practically begging for a lawsuit. That being said... despite the pitch-black staircase of death and the tragic lack of dinner rolls, overall? I really liked it. The food completely won me over, and I would definitely go back. The shrimp were fresh & sweet, pairing perfectly with the cocktail sauce. The escargot bourguignon was also enjoyable ~ the snails were fresh and not mushy like those I've had at some other restaurants, although I've tasted better versions elsewhere. The colossal snails were imported from France and prepared in the chef's special butter sauce. Next, we shared the Chinese chicken salad, which came in a generous portion. To finish, we shared a 12-oz New York steak with our daughter, and it was cooked perfectly medium-rare. She also added a cup of clam chowder soup, while my son ordered his own filet mignon steak, which he thoroughly enjoyed. But everyone is super attentive and welcoming, and the atmosphere feels classy but still comfortable. Definitely a solid spot for a nicer brunch or dinner, I'll for sure keep coming back.

We love the Rosa's in Bakersfield, so we took it as a sign this restaurant would be just as good. Come to find out, the owners are related and they all thought it would be a good idea to name their restaurants after their grandmother, Rosa. They are also related to the Rosa's in Pismo. Luigi is the owner in Visalia and he takes great pride in his Rosa's. We came on a night where some things were not working as expected; however, Luigi was all over taking care of everything. He was honest about what was going on. As a diner, that allows me to have more grace than if I were sitting there trying to figure out what was happening. There is nothing that should keep you from having a great meal at Rosa's because the owner and staff will be tending to every detail to make it a great night out. I really like the layout of the restaurant. There is a lot of seating. You can come on your own or with a large group. There is a bar with individual seating in the back. The food was what we expected. We shared a plate of veal and chose the pasta with Alfredo sauce. It was very good and I am glad we chose to split the meal. The bread they bring to the table was perfect and I loved it. We overdid it a little by also ordering the cheesy bread, but it was just too good. We had a nice conversation with the owner as we were leaving and look forward to visiting again.

Didn't realize that Pizza Factory is part of a 100+ store franchise with locations in 5 states. I love supporting local businesses but the pricing here was offensive. I checked another Pizza Factory location (Redding, CA) and they only charge $18.50 for the same pizza. I'm sorry to say that this is a clear example of price gouging tourists. Sorry/Not sorry.

Old menus inside restaurant are showing old…read moreprices. :-( My husband and I travel A LOT throughout California for both business and pleasure (several times a month), and I'm seeing a disturbing trend growing where many restaurants/eateries are charging more than their posted prices. Now I don't know if this is intentional or just an, "Oopsie doodle! We forgot to update the prices across the board!" But I'm seeing it at both independent and corporate owned places, and frankly, I'm growing tired of the increasing lack of integrity and no longer being able to trust a business. In this particular instance yesterday (Sunday, June 14th), after a lovely day up at the Whitney Portal, hubs and I wanted to grab some dinner before our long drive home. He went to high school in LP 30+ years ago, and Lone Pine's Pizza Factory holds a special, nostalgic place in his heart. We often grab some grub here on every visit. This time we ordered a medium fountain drink and a large "Custom Calzone" with onions, artichokes, meatballs, and sausage, along with a medium soda. The menu, next to the cash register, advertises it for $20.55 "with your choice of 4 toppings" to-go. The total came to $29.48, including a $2 tip, and I didn't think much of it after an exhausting day of high-altitude hiking. The young male employee, appearing to be of high school age, asked if I would like the receipt, and out of reflex I said, "yes, please." He was polite, friendly, and attentive. He even spelled my name correctly on the receipt (bonus points)! Employee #1: 5 stars While waiting for our order, I decided to add-on the salad bar (we love a salad bar where we can prepare it ourself!). The veggies all appeared fresh, the ones we ate tasted fresh, and the salad bar area was clean and tidy despite the busy restaurant and lots of kids running around. Salad bar: 5 stars As I was standing in line behind the customer in front of me placing her order, I glanced at the receipt and noticed the $23.00 charge for the large calzone. This caught my attention, because before our first order, we planned to order a pizza. But their pizza prices seemed exorbitant to us. Now, we do understand that Lone Pine is in a remote area, and it's not a chain restaurant, so cost of doing business is more than the average cost for a corporate chain. We expect the prices to be higher than the city, but $30 for a medium pizza is too steep. So we opted for the calzone instead ($20.55), which offered more than enough food for us and enough for today's lunch. We don't mind spending money if the value is there, and while their pizza has always turned out tasty for us, the price seems way too high for a medium pizza...in our humble opinion. Pricing/value: 3 stars It was my turn to order, and this time I was assisted by another young man, but appearing to be a few years older than the last. I let him know that I already had an order in for a calzone, and that I wanted to add on a salad to-go, but I noticed a price discrepancy on my receipt. He took a look at it for a moment, and then responded that because I ordered beef (meatball) and sausage, that it costs a little more. I pointed out that nowhere on the menu does it state there is a premium price on any of the items, and that the "Custom Calzone" allows up to "4 items," without any exceptions or premium prices advertised. He acknowledged my concerns, but ultimately said that $23.00 is the correct price for the large calzone. I let him know that this is deceptive and false advertising, and I was not satisfied about this experience. In an attempt to make things right, he offered me the salad bar at no cost. I appreciated the gesture and accepted it, and I let him know that the menus need to be updated to reflect accurate pricing. He agreed and apologized for the mix up. He was polite, though a little misinformed (by stating that the calzone cost more "because of the meat"), and he did attempt to right this wrong. However, I wasn't looking for a free item. I would've gladly paid for the salad; I just wanted transparent pricing. Employee #2: 4 stars (could've been 5 stars if not for the wrong reason over "premium topping charge") Overall, the customer service was good, the employees were professional and friendly, the restaurant & restroom was clean (considering how busy it was and compared to many other previous visits)...they were doing the best they could. Our food also came out promptly and just as we ordered, so no complaints there. Let me be clear: this was NOT an employee problem. This IS a management problem that needs to be corrected promptly! If replacing the old menus is too costly, then put a big sign up at the cash register or something equivalent. Don't scam & deceive the customer in hopes that they don't catch it! BE TRANSPARENT! Calzone (presentation/taste): 5 stars Inaccurate menu price vs actual charge: 1 star :-(
