    Bravo Philly
    Muriel T.

The cashier recommended the Bravo Philly, so I decided to give it a try -- and it exceeded my expectations. The smoked tri-tip was juicy, smoky, flavorful, and incredibly tender. The melted cheese paired perfectly with the meat, and the bun was nicely toasted on the griddle, soaking up all the delicious flavors. The setup is simple: you order and pay at the counter, grab a pager, and find a seat while your food is prepared. It's not full table service, but the experience is still excellent. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated with a cozy farmhouse vibe. There's a nice bar area and even a coffee counter with baristas, which adds to the atmosphere. This is a fantastic spot to grab lunch and meet up with friends. Every time I come here, I have a great meal and a great experience.

We were in town for the weekend and wanted to grab a quick lunch before checking in our hotel. A quick Yelp search landed us at Bravo Farms Restaurant. This is such a cute spot. Not only it's a restaurant but they sell cheese, honey, whole separate meat section, gifts, jewelry and so much more. You can shop and dine at the same time. Pretty cool. It's a counter order and sit down type of restaurant. I got the create your own salad with 5 toppings and grilled chicken. The portion is HUGE! Check out my photos! There were more toppings than greens. The only thing they fall short is the grilled chicken. It was dry with chewy texture. We also got the Pesto Chicken Sandwich and fries. The sandwich can use more pesto sauce. The fries was very good, fried with a light seasoning. Good service. Great location in the Tulare outlet.

We loved coming to bravo farms when we want to get a quick bite. The service is so quick we get in and out. The staff is very friendly. My favorite is the asian chicken salad with a side of cheese curds. The bar area is pretty neat. The location is very calm.

I'm not even exaggerating, this is my favorite salad ever. It's the perfect mix of fresh, sweet, and a little savory with the chicken and cheese. And the strawberry vinaigrette?? Literally the best thing ever. I could eat this every single day and not get tired of it. They usually give me a little extra container of it which is nice to take home!! Everything tastes super fresh since it's more of a farm to table style, which makes it feel like a healthier option too. The kitchen is open, so you see everything being freshly made! The inside has such a fun, unique vibe and the location is perfect since it's right by the outlets. It does get pretty busy on weekends, but honestly it's worth the wait. Service is usually pretty fast, but since a lot of the employees are younger, it can be a little hit or miss at times. Nothing terrible, just something to note.

Berry Chicken, Ribeye Sandwich, Sweet Potato Fries

The first time I tried their Berry Chicken Salad, I was amazed. There was so much protein and just a huge serving in general. I've been coming back, and I feel like the quality hasn't been quite the same, or it's just inconsistent. I picked up the same salad one time, they forgot to add the chicken (the main reason I get this dish), and I was on a long road trip, so I didn't have time to come back. This time, I just don't think it tasted as fresh. The sandwiches always get really soggy, so you either eat it quickly or get messy. The fries were okay - could use a little salt. I would still stop by and hope for a better meal next time lol. The place gets pretty busy especially in the evenings, but the workers are always nice.

Love the layout with all the different options from hot food to the meat counter to the ice cream shop. They tons of cheese n goodies to purchase and Knick knacks. Staff was nice enough nothing overly friendly though. Different seating options inside and out and the bar is always a plus.

5 Topping Salad with Tri-Tip as the protein!! So good!!!

Back again with the delicious salad I got last time! It's the perfect spot when you're on the road to stop by and get a bite to eat when you're on the freeway going south!! It's super chill in here air conditioned on these hot days and I'm all for it!! Always making a pit stop here and checking out the cheese! Lol The service is the best!!! They are so nice with your order and quick and the efficiency is AMAZING I absolutely love the positivity here!! There's something about the steak with this salad and the vinaigrette that's just pairs MOUTH watering, if I can find some good steak cooked very well I'm all for it and with the sweetness and freshness of the salad it pairs together very nicely!!! Will absolutely return yet again!!

Shout out to Alyssa, the Bartender that day, thank you for making this Bravo Farm's visit a good one. Bravo farms you are a business I enjoy visiting when I come through, but at the Traver location when heading to fresno, at least one a month. So i'm used to a specific quality when I eat here. This was the outlet location, looked very impressive when first walking in looks like a safe haven, foliage great gift shop and a change inside of the normally bland outlets. This is the first time I visited this location, and in fact, I passed the traver location because this location was nestled within the outlets, which would allow me to eat and then finish my christmas shopping THE ORDER:. . . Simple two tri tip sandwiches, a side of cheese curds and a side of fries, two waters. They then hand you a buzzer for your order pickup at the preparation area. My buzzer never went off, but the young lady hand delivered our sandwiches.I thanked her. When The sandwiches, the cheese curds, and the fries came out they all looked good initially. I tend to eat my cheese curds first so I never looked at my sandwich, as my coworker was eating his fries, he stated your sandwich looks a little light from what were used to. I looked at my sandwich and confirmed.Yeah, it was a little light. Two slices of tritip on a thick hogie roll, actually, the lightest tritip sandwich I'd ever had here in the many years I would come to visit "Bravo Farms" I went to the bar and talked the young lady named Alyssa. She then took my sandwich to the preparation area and shortly returned with a better looking sandwich and stated they have remade your sandwich because they agreed it is not typical of what it should look like. I thanked her and proceeded to eat my sandwich. Alyssa thank you for being an All-Star. The GRUB : The trip tip sandwiches were tasty and there wasn't much fat. These were as good as expected, the cheese curds were different and had a different coating of what I am used to at other establishments. The fries were crispy and had soft centers.Overall 5-STAR THE PROBLEM: the sandwich should have never had to go back.Because it should have made right? The first time the establishment wasn't busy and someone in the kitchen should have stopped it before we left, even better. The person who made it should have never put it together. And sent that to a customer -1 STAR Basically, a 4 star experience that could have been a 5 Star from the get-go. I'm not sure if they measured the weights on their sandwiches but this is a good measure to make everyones tri-tip sandwich The exact same. If you've read this far, thank you. I also want to thank the Waiter, server, host who found my phone on my table and returned it to me, as I was browsing the gift shop.

    Cookies look good!

Yummm!!! Their Berry Chicken Salad yummy despite the dried chicken. I wouldn't mind coming back for more

Bravo Farms really surprised us. Although it is apart of the outlets, the restaurant feels secluded with all the greenery surrounding the building and patio. There's a lot of seating on the patio and it gives the feel of a beer garden. We ordered at the counter and got our food when the buzzer went off. We got the tri-tip sandwich, pulled pork sandwich, sweet potato fries and a kids chicken strips. My husband enjoyed his tri-tip and commented on how good the bbq sauce was. I loved the pulled pork sandwich, it had so much flavor. The sweet potato fries were good as well. The kids chicken tenders were just 3 tenders, no sides come with it, my son said they were good too. They serve beer, wine and cocktails. There's a section of the shop that has ice cream too. Bravo Farms also has a gift shop with honey, sauces, and home goods. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area.

We stopped by Bravo on our way to Fresno on a Saturday in March. What an adorable place to stop! The shop we browsed (and purchased way too much from) was crowded and kitschy but clean and fun to browse. The little petting zoo out back was a pleasant surprise. The animals and environment were all clean and fresh. No odors, no filth. We didn't have a chance to try the restaurant or fudge this trip, but we'll definitely be back next time we're in the area.

I like milk and its by-products, especially ice cream so this place seemed like a natural place to visit. And, even though it was small, and even though it is not in anyone's map of California places to see before one dies, this place was a tourist attraction that I will remember till the day I can no longer enjoy milk and the mustache it leaves behind. When we arrived to the spot there was a sole attendant, his name was Anthony and he was endearing to the max. I explained to him an abridge story of our road trip and why we made it a spot to visit. He was like really, like he could not believe that this was an intentional stop on a multi hour road trip. I was like, in my mind, this is not a Thrifty ice cream run bro, this is like a milk experience, of course it is a spot on a road trip. What I did say was like--- you are wearing a uniform, (like one of those that (I Love) Lucy waited for in the 1950's), and there was a window into a factory with workers producing milk, and you have souvenirs, thus the joint is a stop to engage with, a stop to plan for, a stop that naturally fits in someone's road trip's tour. After I said a version of all of this, his smile and eyes became wide, like he really was understanding that his presence and this joint was not just a local milk joint but could be a pit stop that can go white with fame. My intention was to get a milkshake but Anthony explained that they did not sell any. I mean I accepted it quickly, but with some lament as a milkshake is my favorite ice-cream by-product, but I made due with what I could. First, I got a chocolate milk in a bottle. Anthony was kind enough to open it for me. I used to be a big fan of chocolate milk, cause it was a staple in the school's free lunch program and I always found it refreshing and sweet and cooling. Which makes me want to define the difference between refreshing and cooling in terms of taste. I guess refreshing makes one go ahhh like after taking a sip of cold cola, and something cooling makes someone feel the crisp of cold within the body, like eating a chilled lemon paleta/popsicle. And on this day, I drank a bottle of milk and found it to be a nostalgic snack down to the last sip. It is important to note that Denise noticed that they had flavors like Orange Blossom milk, and banana ice cream flavors. So this places dares enough to think outside the box or should I say milk carton? Anthony was also lovely enough to bring out samples of their packaged ice cream. I will be honest I cannot remember all the flavors I tried but I think there was cookie and cream. And the ice cream tasted rich, deep, and fresh, like it been churned recently for pure enjoyment. Like it was meant to be good first, then sold next. And thus at its core it was artisan, not mass produced. I guess that is why they explain their products to be "farm direct." Since I could not get a shake or a cone, I decided to get one of their ice cream sandwiches. I went with what I tasted and knew to be good---- the cookies and cream. This decision was also based on the cookies they used. I reviewed the picture but the cookie was not listed. I ate the sandwich outside in the car, and every bite was a morsel of smooth crunch and velvety ice cream. It was familiar and new, it was reason enough to want to visit the place again. In fact I tried too, on the way back from the road trip but it was closed on that day. Too bad, I have put it on my return spots, I found it to be that wonderful, but again milk, ice cream, and all that it stems from it, I am a fan of, so it makes sense for me. But until then, I got the sweatshirt I got from this place to remember it!

I went in there and the location of where the fruit was grown was not listed for any of the fruit. So you don't know what's local or what may have been picked in Mexico and shipped over the border, for instance. I took a picture of a sticker on an apple that said it's from Superfreshgrowers.com. If you have access to the web you could tell that's from Washington state. But there's nothing in the store to help you. Newcastle Produce off I-80 solves this by labeling the origins of all its fruit. The fruit has a problem because it has to buy fruit it can sell and not everything is available locally. But we know nothing of the origins of what is available there. Another gripe is that they advertise themselves as being a cheese warehouse outlet. Their cheese selection si small and the price is about what you'd pay in a supermarket. I bought one chunk of cheese and it was pretty routine cheese, like you'd find in a supermarket. Much of the rest of the stuff are things like all natural honey and expensive popcorn. So I write this review so others are forewarned.
