Well worth the stop and the wait in line for this coffee and kitchen spot. Parking can be a little tricky as it is only available on the side of the road but stay patient and a spot will open up. The line can be long but again wait because it goes by fast and the views are well worth it. They have pastries, burgers with fries, waffles, bagel with veggie sandwich, coffee (hot and cold), donuts, muffins. We enjoyed the blueberry muffin, a side of fries, vegetarian bagel, and waffle which were all delicious. You can walk down to see the view but they have plenty of seating outside and some inside as well. Staff was friendly and patient.

We had such a lovely experience! We ordered the avocado toast with eggs and a muffin, and everything tasted fresh and delicious. The coffee was excellent and high quality. On top of that, the view was absolutely gorgeous, which made the whole visit even more enjoyable. Definitely a spot worth coming back to!

Delicious coffee, we love that the coffee is non-acidic and delicious. Their breakfast burritos were bomb and 10000% recommended. If you have a sweet tooth they have some amazing freshly baked treats. The service is excellent and you can't beat the ambiance of enjoying your meal watching the river roll by.

Get here early on weekends, because the place is bustling with tourists and locals alike. Seating is available inside for dine-in, and there is a patio outdoors for dine-in or takeout pick-up. Their coffee is very yummy, and while I have not yet had a chance to try their lunch menu, I had a special veggie schmear on an everything bagel, and it was delicious! I was stopping by on a break this time, but I hope to come up on a day off to try their fine cuisine! Highly recommend, and the staff is very kind.

Veggie bagel with eggs and bacon, it was amazing.

We had the veggie bagel with eggs and bacon, the breakfast burrito and the mocha frappe and everything was delicious!! We came back the next day and ordered the exact same thing. The service was excellent with a stunning view of the river on the property if you choose to eat outdoors. We'll definitely be back next time we visit the sequoias!

Very small place but excellent customer service, coffee and breakfast. Had a maple oat scone, sky mountain bowl and pistachio latte. All were top notch. We sat outside and having breakfast and watching the river was fantastic.

There's not a whole lot on the way up the mountain to Sequoia National Park, but this coffee shop is a gem and a godsend. They are open seven days a week and serve good coffee drinks, teas, and a variety of breakfast sandwiches (on a bagel). While the inside has a cool, retro feel, the best part of it all is being able to sit outside next to the river. Breakfast with a view? Yes, please. Stop by and you won't be disappointed.

We used to go to the old location, but honestly so glad they moved! The new location is so much more spacious and the outdoor seating is lovely. I got the coffee cake muffin which was divine, and service was great. Even went the extra step to check for allergies when it was a bit rushed. L

The food and the view was the best part of this place. For being a coffee shop the beans were very over roasted and had a very burnt bitter taste that was not good. The service was great, especially since it was very busy. It took around 30 minutes to get our food.

Such a cute spot next to the Kaweah River the food was BOMB and the coffee was strong and flavorful! I Loved coming here to enjoy a slow morning and just relax and enjoy the nature! I am definitely coming back!

I found this place on yelp & the reviews didn't disappoint! OMGeeee!! Amazing is an understatement! The gentleman that rang us up was so sweet & told us about the patio which- he was so right!!! The view was stunning!!! The food came out so fast & was delicious! My coffee was perfect! 10/10 recommend. I don't live anywhere near here. My husband & I stayed at paradise ranch for the weekend so we stopped here on our way home& I'm so glad we did. I also had to grab one of their coffee mugs because they're so cute.

The view in the back patio is amazing as well as the food! The breakfast croissant, breakfast burrito, and the Sky bowl were delicious. The waffles were good but may be too sweet for some. Great place to stop before heading into the park.

Whether you're seated inside or out on the patio, the peaceful scenery--rolling greens, distant hills, and open sky--creates the perfect backdrop for a relaxing meal. The menu is just as impressive as the setting. Every dish feels thoughtfully prepared, with fresh ingredients and well-balanced flavors that elevate classic favorites. From perfectly cooked entrées to satisfying, well-crafted sides, it's clear there's real care behind every plate. What truly makes this place special is the atmosphere. It's calm, welcoming, and just the right mix of casual and refined--ideal for everything from a laid-back lunch after a round of golf to a quiet dinner at sunset. If you're looking for great food paired with one of the most scenic dining experiences around, this spot is absolutely worth the visit.

Amazing idea. As for the golf course it seems quite affordable and fun to play as there will be different courses you can choose from. Haven't tried yet, but looks very promising with the amount of work that they are putting in.

Sobif they can remove signs before closing that would be great. We had our fun in the sun and my boys and I stopped here to have something to eat. They offer free Wi-Fi. The restroom had giant mosquitoes and looked dirty. Customer service wasn't the best either. After ordering my food I didn't know because this was my first time here, but the chips that come with a meal will be located to your left, and if you order a drink you pick up your own cup on the left side of the soda machine. I say this to you because it wasn't told to me and after receiving my food I had to get up and grab it myself. The food was not good good but it wasn't horrible, with that being said I wouldn't recommend this place at all. I ordered a chicken quesadilla and asked for EASY CHEESE and got so much cheese. The chicken was like shredded and cooked in something because it wasn't just basic plain shredded chicken. The blt was ordered for my son who said the bread tasted gross and sandwich had no flavor. Now how the heck can anyone mess up a basic blt‍. I ordered basic hamburger. Lettuce and tomato were great, it had too much special sauce and the meat was just meat. Their potato salad is actually some of the best I've ever had but the macaroni salad now if you like food that you can chew with no flavor then I highly suggest ordering the mac salad lol. There's a first for everything and also a last and this location was definitely that for us. Why did we eat the food? Well we used a lot of energy and needed to refuel our body, plus I hate wasting money so I was not about to throw the food away.

There was a lot going on in town, which was shocking but we also came out of the park earlier than we normally do, but amazing enough Casa Mendoza wasn't very busy and we got seated immediately, and we just had the best server that we've ever had there, she was so polite and friendly and crazy efficient with our orders and getting them back to us asap. I didn't wanna fill up on beans and rice so I just went with an à la carte of three crispy tacos, and a tamale. I told her to put them all on one plate when they came out looking like the best à la carte plate I've ever seen; almost as if it was a menu item unto itself. Everything just had so much flavor, and the tamale is definitely in the top two of best tamales I've ever had. We will continue to come here after our Sequoia adventures for hopefully many more years to come

The first red flag should have been when we arrived at 10 a.m. and the front door was still locked, despite there being two groups on the patio and a couple of cars in the lot. We brushed it off, thinking maybe we'd just missed the breakfast rush. The service was slow, but that wasn't the real issue. The food quality was absolutely bottom of the barrel. Our orders were incorrect, they were out of basic items like milk, and the French toast tasted like it had been made with toilet water. It was completely inedible. After the French toast meals were removed, we still walked out paying over $70 for just drinks and two kids' meals. Completely unacceptable. Never again--we should've trusted our gut and left the moment we started questioning it. Save yourself the disappointment and go literally anywhere else. I hate when people give a one star when they still ate the food. Anyways I called to see how late I could order. Come to find out I can order to go all the way until 9:30pm. I ordered my food around 8:30 pm tonight. Lady on phone said it would be ready in 15min. I got there about 8:50 and the food had just come out. Now about the food.. first off I have never been to a place that you can order steak with refried beans and Mexican rice. Lol..So I knew I had to order it! I ordered the rib eye steak, beans and veggies. I wasn't expecting anything great but let me tell you..the food was very good. I first took a bite of the medium rare steak and it was cooked perfect! Then I had to try those beans! And they were really good and the veggies were perfectly soft but not too soft. Usually when I eat at Texas Roadhouse their veggies are always too crunchy. So this was a big surprise. I will be here one more day and more than likely I will be coming back to eat in their outdoor dining area. Sometimes you just have to give something a chance.

We ordered a cheese pizza, salad bar access, and a Greek salad. The pizza was the highlight: the cheese was baked to perfection--golden brown, a little crispy at the edges but not dry--really delicious. The salad bar was adequate with a choice of iceberg or spinach and a selection of toppings. My main issue was the Greek salad: it was advertised with romaine but arrived with iceberg. When I politely pointed this out to a server, I was told they never have romaine. There was no offer to replace the salad, refund, or even a real apology. That lack of effort to correct a mistake was disappointing. Overall, great pizza and a just what you expect from a pizza place, but customer service could use improvement when things go wrong.
