The calm before the storm. Friday night 6pm

Funny and friendly staff! Fast pizza and wings. I can't really complain about it. Also the karaoke bar next door lets you bring in the food. Be sure to order some drinks there too.

Large pizza with sausage, pineapple, onion, and FOUR EXTRA TOPPING OF MUSHROOM. Where's FOUR topping of mushroom?

Ordered a Large pizza with sausage, pineapple, onion, and FOUR EXTRA TOPPING OF MUSHROOM. When I got home and look, Where's FOUR topping of mushroom? Looks like regular one topping! Paid extra almost $5 for it! Called Seniore's told them about this and the guy ask the one who made my pizza and he kept saying he did put extra/a lot of mushroom lol. Come on, just because I'm 25 mins away from u and I couldn't bring it back for u guys to check, doesn't mean I will not post a review. SMH.

I got a slice of pepperoni pizza. The pizza crust was a little cardboardy, but it was cheap. The cheese on the pizza wasn't that great either. Overall, the pizza is okay, but if you're looking for good quality, you prob won't get it here. It did satisfy my pizza cravings though! I also got the chicken strips and fries. They were both okay.

There's like 1 dude there at 2 o'clock. Use this.

You know when like you have dinner... but still kinda hungry?? You go to Seniore's. Classic late night spot. Even during COVID. Tbh what was awesome beyond the slice and the FRIED OREOS!!! Which I finished without taking a picture of.. is this QR code. This is a very popular spot. Even with everything going on all I had to do was scan this qr with my phone camera and be easy.

A lady works the register and calls out numbers loudly. A patron screams, "bingo" from the top of lungs as his number is called. These bar people are fun. Its 2:30 am Wednesday evening. Technically Thursday 5/12/16. Schools out for the summer for UC students. Inside this place I find a crowded lobby. Phone ringing off the hook. Two guys making pizza - one the dough one toppings and oven. Another guy working orders for take out. The restaurant has fancy fancy granite counters, good looking tile floors and the name of the restaurant artfully decorates the inside space. Yellow black and red walls all work well together. A self serve fountain where you can refill as much as you wish after a night of drinking to rehydrate. I get my pizza faster than expected given the lines. Its got some heft, its hot and delicious. A medium crust with a crunch. Tastes absolutely fresh even though i just ordered a slice. I love it and the buzzing vibe here. There goes the phone again. This is a well oiled machine. Hard to imagine any improvements.

Pineapple and sausage white sauce pizza && tomatoes and mushroom pizza

One of the best pizzas I ever ate. Went in for the lunch special; 2 slices with 1 topping per slice and 1 small soda. Totally worth it ! We added another topping so 2 toppings per slice and the total was $8 something . Really cheap. The crust was perfect. How they baked the bread was so crunchy. It was the perfect crunch when you bite into it. thinking about it makes me drool. For the first slice, it had pineapple and sasuage with white sauce . Omg. Delicious and cheesy. Didn't even need ranch or extra Parmesan cheese or chilli with it . For the second slice, it had tomatoes and mushrooms with red sauce . Again, delicious and cheesy. The guy who made our pizza ( also the cash register) was hella chill and funny . Very talkative. If all the workers are like him then this place has great service ! (Sorry forgot your name but u asked where you could buy the superdry jacket) I would def go here again !

Deep fried oreoes are delicious, but staff is rude. They gave me attitude as I was just trying to pick up my order.

The line does get pretty long on busy nights after big events like concerts, but it tends to move pretty fast. I've tried their Artichoke, Margherita, and Vodka slices which are all solid choices. Each of their slices are huge and great for the price of ~$8! Personally, I find their pizzas to be a bit on the heavier side with their generous amounts of sauce, but great if you're in the mood for some mouth-watering greasy saucy pizza. They operate on a grab n go service, but there are seats and a few standing tables outside. Overall, definitely a pizza spot worth going to when you're in Berkeley!

But Blondie's still knows how to crank out slices that are very satisfying for a quick bite. I got their classic pepperoni and it still plentifully loaded with beef pepperoni on a slice sizable enough to make you think twice before ordering two of them. I stuck with one. Something about the texture does not say dough prepared daily to my palate. Still, it's quick and delicious. The spicy tomato sauce and four cheese blend offer a nice balance to the doughy crust. Slices start as $6.99 for cheese. Vegetarian and a daily special are also available. Whole pies too -- $14 for a small cheese pie. 12 varieties to choose from and sizes ranging from 10' to the 22" Godzilla pizza. Not to mention wings or breadsticks. Order from a cashier or, when it's busy, a kiosk. For seating, there are only 3 small tables + 3 chairs at the window counter. Lot's of standing room or it's easy food to walk with. If you can't find street parking, the Telegraph-Channing lot is relatively inexpensive at $3/hour. Enter from Channing Way or Durant Ave.

Pizzeria da Laura in Berkeley is a fantastic spot for Italian food right in the heart of downtown,…read morejust steps from the university. The location gives it a lively downtown vibe with lots of energy from the surrounding area and nearby students. The reservation and check-in process was very smooth. The staff were incredibly courteous, welcoming, and helpful throughout the visit. I actually arrived about 30 minutes earlier than my reservation time, and they were kind enough to seat us early, which was a really nice touch. One thing I really like about this place is that they update their dishes a few times a year, so every visit can feel a little different and exciting. The menu has great variety, especially when it comes to pizza styles as you can choose from New York, Sicilian, Detroit, and Grandma-style pizzas, and the pricing is very straightforward for all the sizes they serve. The pizza was perfectly cooked and tasted great. They also allow you to customize your pizza by adding or removing ingredients, which makes it very convenient for everyone to choose based on their liking. And they add toppings with open-heart. The pasta was also excellent. We ordered the Peperoncino pasta, and it tasted amazing. The garlic flavor and breadcrumbs were really the highlight and brought out the authentic character of the spaghetti. Another big plus is that they have plenty of vegetarian options, making it easy for different dietary preferences. The portions are generous and the prices are very reasonable for what they serve. Food arrived quickly, and the service from the servers and staff was great throughout the visit. The restaurant also has plenty of space and handles reservations well. The atmosphere is lively with lots of people around and students from the nearby university, which adds to the downtown Berkeley energy. A little more upbeat music could add even more charm to the place. Overall, this is a place I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Berkeley. It's the kind of restaurant I'd happily come back to again and again.

The first time I came here many months ago, the pizza was better. After having a different Detroit style (Joyride) a few days later I realized that this one was not as good. My biggest issue is that I feel ripped off by this pizzeria. They charged me $3.99 for a takeout fee. I ordered directly on the website and it routed me to Toast. It wasn't even clear that they had a fee for taking out, they kinda slide it right past you. This is the first time I've ever experienced this level of robbery. Just for that, I wouldn't go back for takeout. The pizza is already $33 and what the hell is this fee even for? And they have the audacity to ask for tip on top of this while checking out. It's just insanity. You shouldn't do this to customers. Edit: I was scrolling reviews and saw the manager's response to someone who also complained about this fee, saying they don't control what Toast charges for takeout. Come on, really? You can control what platform you use. That's a poor excuse.
