While I receive refunds, there is clearly no human element understanding how to escalate issues or actually solve problems. Well this is the future of AI services, folks. Lower prices by eliminating human employees, then provide garbage services that don't work and fake support that does the absolute bare minimum of refunding charges after complete failures. There is no one behind the curtain to understand when an issue has reached the point of unreasonable failure; they don't care about ruining their reputation with customers for a lifetime because there is no one there to care. Raul, their store manager has always been extremely friendly while also setting a high standard of generosity with the food portions.
