I love See's and I love this location. It's nice to get your See's fix without having to deal with mall traffic. This store has a nice layout with plenty of pre-boxed options as well as plenty of choose your own candies behind the counter. Every time you come here, the customer service has been great. When I first saw they were putting a See's her I wasn't sure why as there's also a very good location on Jamboree, but now that I have patronized the See's, I'm quite happy this location is here. I have mostly done the very convenient online ordering and pick-up, and have to say that it was a great way to get See's Candy. As fun as it is to browse at everything, if you are getting a gift for someone, and know what you want to buy, this is a great way to shop. What's great is that you can mix and match your box online, basically playing a game of adding and subtracting candy to get your box at 100% capacity of the size box your want. Surprisingly there was only one worker behind the counter. This busy lady was a saint! Very efficient, friendly, and pleasant to do business with. I didn't' have to wait long and she managed to pack 4 handpicked boxes without losing Her cool! If I had been in her shoes I would have said, "Bye everyone! This store is located on the corner of Sand Canyon and Irvine Center Drive in the city of Irvine. Most of the other See's shops that I know of are in large malls and shopping centers. This one is located in a small shopping center, but it's still the same candy I know and love. The staff is very friendly and the store has a large floor space. Because it's located in a small shopping center, it usually makes it a little faster getting in and out of the store as opposed to the ones located inside a mall. Great customer service and always clean. You can get gift certificates for a discount at Costco and the come here and purchase your chocolates. I always do this to get a discount on the chocolate since it's like twenty-something dollars per pound. There's plenty of parking in this plaza and the chocolate is delicious! Customer service is great, and the additional sample chocolate piece just helps make purchasing from here so much easier. The associates are knowledgeable with the available selection, and the selection almost seems endless when you browse through the preview glass. I personally always opt for items with dark chocolate and found the table setup made it very easy to distinguish all the assorted items. It's also possible to purchase pre-packaged sweets where are spread out throughout the spacious store floor, but if you want to customize your own box then you would certainly head up to the counter to begin selecting the chocolates that catch your eye. They finally also have a dark chocolate variation of the peanut brittle, which was an awesome update! The chocolate pieces can range between $1-3 depending on the type and size, and there's a difference between per piece or per cup, as some "cups" will include 2 pieces of the same chocolate. I mostly appreciate the fact that the chocolates have a thick shell of chocolate coating and there's a feeling of nostalgia when you realize how consistent See's Candies has been throughout the years. Overall, clean store, easy parking, great associates, fair pricing, and delicious chocolate candies makes this store the perfect choice for occasions or fulfilling your sweet tooth! read more

Stopped by here just after 6 pm and they were already closed. Bummer. Exterior sign says "Holiday Shop" so I'm assuming this is a temporary location. Very conveniently located near lots of other stores I frequent, like CVS and Pavilions, however I'm surprised it's here, since the Marketplace location is so close. I peeked in the windows, and they have lots of gift boxes and holiday candies, but no individual candies. I'm glad they're here though, since I know how long lines have been in years past, as it gets nearer to Christmas. Will definitely be coming here for my mailman/coworker/hostess gifts. read more

Also it's quite chilly in there so be aware! LOL! Thee employees that work here are soo SWEET!! If I thought the service at the Marketplace location was great, these women take it above and beyond!! It was our first time here and they made us feel so welcomed! Super helpful and knew all of the current candies they had in season. Customer service is on point over here!! This location is a seasonal pop-up corporate and fundraising discount center. It is open to the public, however you cannot purchase open box or choose your own chocolates (that means no samples :-( ), just pre-assorted boxes and sets. They do not have the large selection of holiday options, but they did have what I came in looking for. If you have a corporate account with them you would receive a discount off 50 lbs or more. This location will be open November 4th, thru December 24th and will mostly likely be in the same location next year for the third time. read more

The customer service here is amazing. Salina went above and beyond to assist me when an online error allowed me to purchase $300 of candy to be picked up at the lake forest location. Turns out the lake forest location is closed for the rest of the season since it is a pop-up Shop. I called the irvine store to see if someone knew what I can do since the lake forest phone went to voicemail. Salina called the district manager and then called me right back to offer a full refund or to pull all my items at her location And bring it to my car. This helped me Tremendously as it is 2 days before Christmas, raining, and I had little ones in the car. She came Out in the rain with a smile on her face holding my two large bags of items. Because of Salina's help, I was able To give the gifts to my kids therapists before the clinic closed. I really appreciate her taking the time to make it easy for me. My kids appreciate the surprise candy samples The parking lot was a little nuts but it is so close to Christmas and also lunch time in a business area. However, there are many 10 minute pick-up parking spots and they free up Often. I do recommend this store and using the online ordering for pick-up, if you are pressed for time. In the future, I will call the store first before submitting online orders for Pick-up so that I know they are not closed. read more

Parking is difficult on a Saturday lunchtime because the lot is so small, but you may find success in parking at the medical center behind the plaza as they aren't open on weekends I believe! I came in and was immediately greeted. As I browsed, I was offered a scrumptious chocolate sample and after purchasing a $10 Fall set, I was given more samples in my bag.
