The bathrooms are impeccable and I really like how they keep their restaurant clean. There's great choices for everyone the menu but the menu itself isn't overwhelming. The Baja shrimp wrap, cherry cola ribs and the wings were delicious. Our waitress was beyond nice and attentive.

The girl at the front (blond hair, tattoo's ) and the other kid there were rude and obnoxious . I asked how long because we only had 2 hours And she said 20-30 mins we decided to wait. People kept coming in and they Sat them within 10 mins, at one point a group of 7 came in and were seated,, finally my wife went up and complained to The host (blond girl with tatto's) said she didn't remember putting our name down!!! I saw it on the tablet and so did my wife, we were their for 45 mins , the manager came and was no help at all It was a terrible experience , we finally LEFT and drove to Millers Ale house, where we were seated in 10 mins and had a great experience!! I've written plenty of reviews and give honest opinions but this one was the worst, 6 people probably a $4-$500 tab and they blew it big time. You got to get people in and out faster and thats on the managers, drinks and food has got to get out faster thats the way to run an establishment , Never again here, sad to say,

What a fabulous restaurant. First and foremost, I would like to begin by saying the staff that I…read morehave met during my two visits were exceptional and just so kind. I love to see the American flag outside before walking up the stairs and just all the details of the decor and the warm and professional staff to welcome you is very special. The presentation is also very special. I went to a rehearsal dinner for our friends wedding on Friday, July 24, 2026. I do wish we knew the name of the waitress the evening of the rehearsal dinner because she was so calm, caring, efficient. The wooden decor here is so cozy and the food was made very well and it was fresh. During this particular visit, I enjoyed the salmon and others really raved about the beef dish they ordered. We loved it so much we went back after the rehearsal dinner for another evening. I can now proudly say that I know what it is like to dine here for a special occasion and for a date night. My favorite so far is the clam chowder. It is so delicious and one of the best I have had in a long time. The lobster rolls are very beautiful as well - lobster cooked perfectly and a great amount of seasoning for the fries and the lobster roll. One suggestion I would have is to have the lobster roll to be served with a tiny side salad with the french fries. I feel this would elevate the experience. They have an extensive drink menu and some beautiful craft cocktails. During the event, I was able to see all the different craft cocktails they ordered and they appeared to be exquisite. I enjoyed a nice glass of white wine and felt this paired with my dinner well. The banana bread is also very delicious and served with a lovely custard (I am not usually a fan of all custards). The banana bread, custard and vanilla ice cream was definitely a must try. If you go to Tabor Tavern, ask for Rolyn! Pure hospitality, wonderful energy, and took such good care of us. He kept checking in and provided a five star service but also feeling like a cozy family member checking in on you - quietly and calmly. Thank you so much. I am looking forward to returning with family, friends and date night. I wish the restaurant was a little closer and I am also excited to try the sister restaurants. God bless you all!

I will go there for a more upper end dinner. I ordered the chicken and it was extremely delicious. It was seasoned and grilled very well along with a side salad that was fresh with different greens. I had also ordered the Pinot Grigio they had. Overall, very nice dinner. And the menu had a list of so many different options for you to choose from pastas to entrées and more. Service was fast and extremely polite. No complaints there!

I was looking for a bit of variety, so we started with a cheese steak flat bread. It was really tasty, but it did seem a bit under-cooked. It would have been great with a bit more crunch on it, as it was a bit floppy. When our entrees came, my steak was cooked to perfection. It was a nice cut of filet, and wonderfully medium-rare. The sauce was just thick enough, and had a great flavor for the steak and potatoes. The asparagus was cooked well too! No complaints at all.

It is pricey, but you pay for what you get. They apparently have lockers, if you want to pay for one, bar area, and main dining hall. We had the Oysters on the Half Shell, Nueske's Cherrywood Smoked Bacon w/Korean BBQ, Lobster Bisque, Au Gratin Potatoes, Lamb Chops, & Twin Lobster Tails (Special). We drank the Sangria & the Double Oaked & Rye Manhattan. It is worth noting that the complimentary bread was very good, in particular the onion bread, which we asked for more of on the side. Everything was excellent over all, definitely some weak spots (see the grades), but a wonderful experience overall. The Capital Grille (Parsippany, NJ) - A Deficit-Healing, High-End Haven…read more After a brutal afternoon at the Wind Creek Casino tables in Bethlehem where the cards refused to cooperate, my girlfriend and I fled east, ditching our original steakhouse reservations for a local gamble: The Capital Grille in Parsippany. Arriving around 5:00 PM, I was acutely aware that my attire screamed "gambling casualty" rather than "fine dining enthusiast." Mercifully, the staff showed elite restraint, ignoring my casual wardrobe with absolute grace. The hostess greeted us warmly, guiding us into an upscale, immaculate dining room. Looking around, you could see the floor staff moving with the quiet, focused intensity of an orchestra tuning up for the Saturday night rush. Our server, Carl, was an absolute professional. He navigated the menu with the kind of photographic memory that makes you wonder if he moonlights as a memory champion. We kicked off with appetizers: a rich, comforting clam chowder for her and the glazed thick-cut bacon for me. Both were exceptional. For the main event, I ordered the 22oz bone-in ribeye with porcini rub. It was prepared to absolute perfection, hitting that elusive, beautifully seared sweet spot right between rare and medium-rare (a precise temperature the culinary world calls Pittsburgh rare, or simply a perfect Kona sear). It easily tracks as one of the top three steaks I have ever had in the area. Because my girlfriend doesn't eat meat, she pivoted to a spread of sides, ordering the creamed spinach and the Sam's mashed potatoes (a decadent potato casserole). While the presentation was flawless, the flavor profiles didn't quite sweep her off her feet--a minor blemish on an otherwise stellar culinary run. The ambiance is fantastic, though you might want to pack a light jacket, as the indoor climate control was set to "meat locker. Yes, the bill requires deep pockets, but fine dining is a realm where you truly get what you pay for. The house always wins at the casino, but The Capital Grille felt like a massive victory. We will absolutely be back.
