It was lunch time for some but dinner time for me on a Thursday afternoon. I won't tie you down with a lot of descriptors and just let my photos do the explaining. I ordered the "Cue Bacon Cheeseburger", all beef burger, American white cheese, pepper bacon, crispy onions and BBQ sauce. We've been to quite a few Miller's now in a few different states. This is a relatively new location in Parsippany, NJ. On a Saturday night around dinner time, the restaurant was crowded but we didn't have a wait for a table. The food at Miller's is usually always pretty solid. There's a decent beer selection, I went with Yuengling. For entrees, I had the Philly cheesesteak which was pretty tasty and my wife had the salad with chicken zingers. I think of Miller's as the Bennigans, Houlihans, TGI Fridays of the 2020's. If you go there with that expectation, it's pretty good. read more

Nothing bad to say. Was out of town on business and needed a late night eat when everything else stops serving around 10pm. This place was close to my hotel (about 12 minutes) and the parking lot was spacious. The food was delicious and reasonably priced, and our service was wonderful. Just passing thru town, we needed some zaps for the Tesla. While we're waiting, I did a quick search on Yelp and found Miller's Ale House. I read the group the menu and everyone gave a thumbs up so off we went. First off, the restaurant is massive. There are multiple dining areas and the restaurant seems to be pretty full. We are shown to our table and are given menus. Nothing too much of a stretch, typical burgers and beers spot. I chose the small steak with homemade potato chips. I thought the food was pretty good. My only issue was the wait staff, we didn't see them once the plates were given to us. read more

We finally got a chance to give this place a try. We were seated promptly by the hostess. The waiter cane over and took our drinks and Apps order. Inside is nicely decorated for a bar type atmosphere and the bathrooms were clean. We got the pork dumplings and pretzel both good. My main was the ribs which weren't bad I just wished they gave me sauce on the side or I should have asked for more as they were a little dry. Drinks were all good. There are two different types of espresso martini so just make sure you specify the one you want. read more

First time to this location . Was in parsippany area and saw this on the way . Always a fan of millers ale with their food and beer varieties . Nice space inside to sit and eat . Bar was spacious and had lots of seats . Parking was good . Lots of space to park outside . Nice location too. Close to Hilton and lots of other hotels . Service was really good . The waitress was so quick and took great care of us . She suggested some sauces and it was so goooood . Big fan of blue moons and it was superbbbbbb .. very tasty and fresh . They also have so many other IPAs . Love the snoop brewery. We ordered some wings and surprisingly it was really good . Waitress suggested garlic buffalo sauce and it was amazing . Chicken was well made . We also ordered spinach artichoke dip and it was good . Dip tasted so good . We later ordered the zingers and it was average :(. Didn't taste as good as the wings . Sports bar close to my hotel made it a convenient stop throughout my 5 days in town. Tons of TVs made it a great spot to watch football while having food/drinks. The staff wasn't overly friendly but they took care of me. I sat at the bar both nights I visited but none of the staff truly seemed happy to be working. The food is just average. This is basically a slightly better Applebees/Chilis. The steak and potato were fine but the vegetable medley wasn't great. I enjoyed the Caesar salad. The wings weren't too bad and the fried jalepenos were something I've never seen, so that was cool to try, but hot! Overall, your typical chain restaurant with lots of TVs, average food, and a lot of beer. read more

This is the first time I ordered takeout from Miller's Ale House, and it is probably the last time as well. We placed the order via a phone and was connected with a woman who took our entire order and told us it would be about 25 minutes for the food to be ready. With my wife and four year-old daughter in the car, I went inside, figuring it would be a few minutes wait and was astonished to find out that the order wasn't even processed. It was almost like I called my aunt in California to place the order. They had absolutely nothing. The gentleman there told me he would retake my order, and I almost lost it. I asked to speak to the manager and a woman named Melanie came out and almost saved the day. She had a very pleasant demeanor and told me she would expedite the order with a 10% discount. Six dollars off was something but this was a major error. While I appreciate everything Melanie did, this is an issue with management. As it turns out they outsource their food order calls, rather than have someone inside the restaurant take the order (Melanie told me I should have waited on the line to speak to someone in the restaurant even though it says "to go press number 2." The food was OK, but the communication was shoddy. Saving a little money may have just cost them a customer. read more

There were TVs on every wall so you would not miss the action and a nice sized bar with more TVs. Our server Ryan was helpful in his suggestions on what to order as it was our first time at Miller's Ale House. We ordered the chicken nachos which were delicious as well as a pineapple mango mojito and a prickly pear margarita (this one provides two cups worth). When it came time to order food, Ryan again was able to provide insight on which one of our choices was best to order. I was between the chicken zingers (chicken tenders) or a Mimi's Fiesta Bowl and he highly recommended the fiesta bowl.... and he was right, it was delicious! My husband asked about the burgers and we were told as long as Jason in the back cooking, the burger would be delicious and he was on point as well. The brunch burger was delicious and the fries were hot and crispy. We closed out our meal with the doughnut holes which came out piping hot with chocolate and caramel sauce! I came here with a gentleman friend who lives nearby since we needed food after seeing one another. It's a decent sports bar and the menu is pretty good. I had their chicken tenders and a burger here before. My fella also liked his food but this is definitely more a place you might go for sports games and rooting for your team. It's wasn't too loud or obnoxious and the bathroom was clean (essential for me) so if I'm seeing my friend it's definitely an option we consider since the hours are also better than many other places. read more

My family and I had such a nice dinner at this Miller's Ale House. One of those nameless days during the week between Christmas and New Year's we stopped by around 5:30pm and were able to get a seat for 5 right away. Our server was awesome and very helpful. I ordered the Toasted Marshmallow Martini from the holiday special menu and it was delicious. For $9.99, it was also quite a deal...I'm used to $20 cocktails. We also ordered the mozzarella sticks for our appetizer and everyone loved them! For dinner, my sister ordered the prime rib which was on special that night for $19.99 and she said it was the best she's ever had. I had the chicken and shrimp pasta also from the holiday special menu...portions were so big! I ate all the protein and broccoli, but had a ton of pasta leftover...perfect for a second meal the next day. Plenty of TVs around to watch the games. Probably the closest spot for folks staying at the hotels near by and need to get out. Miller's just didn't do it for me. My expectations weren't too high, but at the very least I was hoping for solid bar and grill food. Unfortunately the food was really lacking. The chicken tenders and the burger were both bland and flavorless. The chicken fajitas were rubbery and the tortillas were cold and hard. Even the beer tasted funky. My husband and I ordered different beers and we agreed that both had an off taste. Maybe it's because they are new and the taps are new, but either way it was unenjoyable. When we told the host we had a stroller they also tried to sit us at a table in the very dark corner of the bar side instead of the well lit restaurant side. That side is very clearly a bar (loud, dark, etc) so it was a weird move to try and put us there with two small children. Luckily I asked to move and they were able to accommodate that. The service was really great and made up for the lackluster food. But unfortunately that is not enough to bring me back in. Tiff's and Tommy's both have much higher quality eats, so I'll probably stick to those options when I'm craving something similar. read more

This Miller's Ale House just opened the day after Christmas and they seem to be doing great so far. Four of us needed to get out for a couple drinks and ended up staying for about three hours. Lots of TVs around the bar area and people seemed to be enjoying themselves. Place was packed when we got there (45 minute wait for a table), but we just needed some space at the bar. They do have two separate bars here and they don't have the same beers so sometimes they need a runner to grab your beer at the other bar. Anyway, our server tonight, Katy, was fun and engaging and her bar manager was also helping out and was just as engaging. A couple of the pours were a little light, but I'll chalk it up to a learning curve. We mostly ordered beer (they have a decent selection, but at least 50% of the beers on the menu are IPAs...which I hate), but also grabbed some dinner appetizers. I had two different types of wings (a chili lime dry rub and the Korean bbq), but they were just ok...a little small, but the flavors were decent. Food came out fairly quickly so no complaints there. Overall, we had a good time and the prices weren't too bad either. Now, if they'd just replace some of the IPAs with some porters and stouts I'd be a little happier... read more

Sat at the main bar (there are two) with friends where we shared a large Bavarian Pretzel and their signature Zingers for appetizers. Followed with a Brunch Burger with fries for an entree. Review based on visit on 4/17/26 around 10pm, came here with my family there was a total of 3 of us. We were immediately seated which was great but that's the last we experienced great customer service. We sat at our table for 20 minutes and were never greeted, no drink orders were taken, in fact a few servers walked past us a couple times and said/did nothing. Very disappointing, so we decided to leave. I brought our menus up to the hostess and informed her that we were leaving because we were never served. Took my dad and son to Miller's on a Saturday night. Justin took care of us. Let me say - Justin is an outstanding ambassador of this restaurant. This was our first time here and he did an outstanding job taking care of us. It makes us want to return - and soon. This is a nice place. Large. Lots of TVs. But not too loud. You can hear others talk. Food was solid. Wings were tasty and crispy. The nachos were plentiful. My dad had a Cobb salad that was huge. Son had the Zingers and really liked them. My French dip was fine - nice flavor. The prices here aren't crazy high. Zero issue with pricing for what you get. I will return soon. Five stars well earned. read more

I'll just mention one thing first the establishment to take under consideration: the prime rib is way over peppered. It's like they took the prime rib and rolled it in a bowl of pepper, covering every square inch. The slab that comes for dinner is fiery pepper hot and hard to eat around the edges. I'm someone who eats very spicy food, so I could eat it but I can say that two other people I was with will probably never go there again after tasting that dish. The meat is actually very tasty how it was marinated, just use half the pepper. However, if you love love love pepper, then this is your dish! read more

The bar made room for us, actually set some tables aside in our name where we ended up stacking our orders for easy use. Gave us plenty of tableware for sampling those orders. Food arrived in batches fairly quickly. Beer: Nice selection, though mostly IPAs with only a couple for my palate. I tried the two of interest - Breckenridge vanilla porter wasn't that great IMO, which I've had before and liked, so I don't know what to make of that. First order they didn't ask if I want a tall or a regular - usually places ask when there's a choice! I discovered this and caught them in time, so they poured mine into a tall and filled it out. My friend's was a 16oz poured into a 23oz glass... That said, they did offer to bring me a second pint free, and I said no, I'd rather get the order I want this time instead of putting you out $$ for no good reason, but it was a kind gesture. Food: Average quality. We didn't get spicy wings, but wings in general are on the small side and, well, I'm a wing snob so I let others have those. Definitely went heavy on the calamari, tried a mozz stick, all stock standard prefrozen fare made by the batch. Ambiance: Slightly loud, slightly cramped for a group, but we did well there. Overall, solid choice and worth a visit if you're in the area. Typical bar scene with large television screens broadcasting a variety of major sports games, so it does tend to get rather loud inside. But also decently family friendly assuming you're ok with the large tv's around. Decent selection of drinks, and the happy hour specials are well worth the bang for your buck. I personally enjoy the LIT (Long Island), but the House Margarita Special is probably a better deal. Food is pretty much what you'd expect to find at a bar. Large menu so chances are you'll be able to find something that works for everyone. I'm a huge fan of the mozzarella sticks which was the star of the show for me. It is nice that they let you add onto sides for an extra charge. I've tried several of the entrees but nothing stands out. Overall quality is average across the board. Have not ventured into the dessert options here but they looked good for what it's worth, I'll have to give them a shot one time. My experience with service here has been mixed. On my most recent visit, they did very well apart from taking a long time to bring refills/check, but given how busy it gets on weekends it was understandable. However, I have had other times where my order has been messed up without an apology and were visibly upset that I asked for it to be fixed.
