After calling about 5 other storage companies I called Security Public Storage and was immediately impressed by their superb customer service. Charles, the manager, walked me through everything step by step and was extremely accommodating and helpful. I even called back twice to make changes to my reservation and was not met with any resistance. Although my plans completely changed and I did not need a storage after all. Had an amazing amazing experience at Security Public Storage. The facility is clean, bright, and secure-feeling, but the staff are what makes SPS the best. I came by to check out some units and inquire about prices. The woman at the front desk was super friendly and helped us properly estimate the unit size I would need. She was super straightforward and didn't try to sell me a larger unit than I needed. On move in day, I was running behind schedule and ended up arriving just 15 minutes before close with a truck's worth of items to move in (super bad form, I know). Charles, the manager, couldn't have been kinder or more helpful. We didn't have movers, and Charles went above and beyond by helping us bring our items to the unit and figure out the best way to store them, which was helpful since I had a lot of stuff. Initially we wanted a larger unit but it was not available for two weeks. Charles worked with us to obtain one sufficient space during the interim until we were able to get the preferred unit when it became available. I work a 9-5 and was able to get there after work when I needed to, and in on the weekends as well. Finally, I felt completely safe there at all times.
