In January 2024 I sized down to an 8x6 ft. unit, pic attached. It was a simple process that reduced my fee to $121 a month. The facility is very secure and well maintained. Mary the manager lives on site, and has picked up on a Friday night when I was going to leave a voicemail. Mary is very organized and made it very easy to downsize to a smaller unit. During office hours 9-6pm, every day except holidays there's a maintenance person on site as well. I had an excellent experience during the 38 months my belongings were stored there and was completely confident that they were safe. I highly recommend this storage facility.

She was there with a male helper and was so obnoxious. Definitely a self-entitled one. She was saying how she was an important figure, but didn't act like it. Was asking for the guys behind the window to move mountains to cater to her. They maintained professionalism and composure for sure. Give them so much credit for that. Anyhow onto my review of this business, They are very friendy and professional. They were very helpful and answered all of my questions. I'm not one for many words, so I'll simply say that the owners are wonderful and connect in a wonderfully human way, and they went above and beyond in providing the storage service that I needed for a few months. I rarely make unqualified recommendations, but it's easy to do so in this case. I'm truly grateful to have been able to rent at this place for a while and for its owners, and I recommend them without reservation.

The convenience of having them pick up my boxes and offer delivery was not worth the stress in my case unfortunately. The annual cost with the new provider + TaskRabbit delivery and pickup= $733 ($62/mo with insurance with initial one time fee of $19.99 for lock and $29 non-refundable admin fee) + TaskRabbit delivery and pickup $110-$130 =$843. Access to items - no additional charge, unlimited. The annual cost of Boombox for smaller storage $119x12 =$1,428.00 or ~ $600 more annually. The access to items has an additional charge for each delivery. For all items stored it's at least $25-$95 per delivery. Boombox math may work for people with large furniture items who keep rearranging furniture items every season? I have books and clothing stored therefore it does not work for me personally. The boombox overall review: The good: 1. They allowed me to reschedule pickup when I needed extra time to pack. The bad: 1. I was quoted $119 rate and billed $159 every month. I had to send multiple emails and texts to ask them to adjust their billing 2. They don't answer calls or respond to texts. Emails take days to respond 3. I never received a copy of my agreement so it is not clear to me how delivery is scheduled, what is included in their rate and what is excluded. Very disappointed and changing provider obviously.
