Rented a 20 foot truck from the U-Haul, left the dolly over night at the apartment I was moving out of and they charged me for another day with insurance and gas plus mileage. Original bill was 89$, second charge was 129$. Beware people they are out to get you, currently disputing charges. They said they couldn't rent the 20 foot out again until I returned the dolly in a voicemail from Isaac, when I returned the dolly they had 8 others in the lobby. I had previously written a very good review for this place based on the fine personal service provided to me by the manager in 2011. I have removed that review and replaced it with this one since things have drastically changed here. I had occasion to do business at this location again last month, and I learned that the previous manager is no longer here. The office and front grounds have had a remodel and look sleek. The new people working here are attractive, youthful and did their job by the book. Very corporate. Robotic. And cold. Unfortunately, the personal service is now gone. When you are in a personal business like storage, the personal touch of a charismatic manager who knows your name and listens when you speak is vital to your business. Someone in upper management of this corporation has made a big mistake in losing touch with personal service here and I'll bet there are more vacancies now than ever before at this location. All the best businesses I can think of have mature, on-the-ball regular folks working the front lines with the customers one on one. These kids working here probably mean well but lack the maturity that comes with age that implies you are doing business with an established and solid place. That implied security is probably very important when customers are shopping for storage... more important than an office remodel and some younger faces. This isn't a Starbucks or a Sunglass Hut in the mall... this is neighborhood storage for my valued items, and I see the wrong image being projected by these recent changes. Unfortunately, the changes to this facility have brought my rating down from "something special" to something you can get at any storage place for less money... flat, corporate trained people with a 10' by 10' space to rent. read more

This place made my short move so easily and painless!! I only rented a unit from here for about 2 months, so I got a good deal for $68/month for a medium sized unit that held most of my things from my small apartment. They were very friendly, reasonably priced, and they give you a free gift when you sign up. The two youngsters that were running this location also helped me with my Uhaul rental and the whole experience was just so inexpensive and convenient. If I ever have to move again or need storage I am definitely coming back here. Also, not all the locations allow Uhaul rentals for old move-ins, this location isn't one of them, you can rent from them for the trucks whenever you want!! Thanks again guys! read more

This is a great location for just about any application. I have had units here since 1990. Since Security Public Storage took over all the property has been renovated. The access system has been updated and security system is state of the art for a public storage facility. Carol & Jackie are great to work with. They have storage units to meet just about any need. This was our first time renting out a storage unit. When we first walked in the staff was VERY helpful. Carol was fantastic and gave us a tour of the facility and explained how everything worked. Going in to set up the rental was easy and we had no problems. They can do auto bill and just charge your credit card every month, which is much easier than remembering to send a check every month. The place is very well maintained, clean and I've had no problems at all. Each time we stop by to pick up or drop off our items, the staff is always very friendly!
