Ami helped to coordinate installs was a total Angel because our schedule is Hectic and our project of sorting out multiple old systems, broken sensors and contacts, and a mess left by the old company (nothing was labeled or organized) required multiple visits and at odd times- I really appreciate that the installers were committed to doing everything right even though it took more equipment and time than we originally anticipated. Also love the head engineers that are familiar with lots of systems to help with random WiFi/network errors. The systems themselves are sleek and easy to use with the app. The sensors can be delayed or disabled for certain purposes. I also accidentally set off the alarm silently, they called me and the cops, and were able to call off the cops easily once confirming it was me. Lots of nice safety features to this alarm which Scott tested to make sure they worked as needed :) We compared to another well know local company that seemed a bit outdated (no app access/control) and a giant national company (expensive setup, less local, not as individualized attention). Ultimately chose safe and sound for the excellent customer service and highly recommend!

I deducted a star since I felt the sales rep wasted our time (it was very difficult to try to politely end the video call with him) by trying to tell us that consumer-grade cameras weren't going to meet our needs and he tried to upsell us by showing an unrealistic simulation of how fuzzy the images would look compared to their systems he wanted us to buy. Brian wasn't able to get one of our pre-existing wired professional camera system to work, and he dropped communication and delayed appointments by months several times while this was all happening, but I appreciate that he didn't charge us for this, so I'm just adding this as an FYI.

I had a couple of TV installation needs - one simple and one which was more complex.  A friend recommended a company he used which got good Yelp reviews.  So I was pretty much sold on that one.  But communication was lacking so I submitted a Yelp quote request for other businesses. Greg then reached out to me with specific questions to understand my needs and gave me options I never even considered.  He then asked if his installer Carl could drop by my home to make sure the installation was possible even before giving me a quote. The other businesses just sent me quotes which were vague and some of which were very expensive. Customer service and communication are so important especially for services in your own home.  Greg was involved every step of the way and invested in making sure I was getting what I wanted.  He answered all my questions promptly and in such a friendly manner.  Scheduling the installation appointment was a breeze.  On the day of installation Carl communicated with me about when he would arrive.  Carl was very professional and followed all COVID precautions.  His work was fantastic and I could tell he was experienced and dedicated to doing a good job.  He also installed a heavy wall hanging which I am pretty sure is a "menial task" for this company.  But they were kind enough to go the extra mile. I am very pleased with how everything turned out.  I had confidence in them from the beginning but until the job is complete, you never REALLY know.  Now you know - they are top notch.
