His tone, demeanor, and facial expressions came across as irritated and confrontational, which made the interaction very uncomfortable. As a long-time, loyal customer who has consistently supported and recommended Premier to family members and neighbors here at GP, I found the experience extremely disappointing. I simply requested additional attention to an area where I was still having problems, and the response I received felt dismissive and unnecessarily argumentative. Finally called another pest control company to come out and that technician confirmed that the house has not been maintained. When I called customer service and told them I'm not paying their $140 bill they sent me, they still try to insist that they have been here. They say they will get back to me, and nothing for weeks. Then someone named Hassan calls today to see why I'm canceling and trying to keep us as customers. Unbelievable. They won't let you cancel without harassing you with calls and emails. Zero stars.
