Wow!! I can't tell you how impressed I am with this company. I lost my only car key and after seeing excellent reviews, I called Secure Locks. Because his employees were taking care of other emergencies, Andrei the owner came out right away. He quickly duplicated my key plus a spare. It had occurred to me before he came out that my son has only one key so I let him know that I'd like a spare for him too. His prices are more than reasonable. Who is amazing and professional? This guy, Andrei. From the first communication, he was timely, professional and to the point. He replied to a general quote request on yelp, and once I followed up directly, was prompt, thorough and professional. He texted his anticipated arrival time and once he arrived, he went straight to work. Andrei is SHARP! I had to have 2 locks rekeyed. He accomplished this in about 45 minutes: 20 minutes each lock, cleared the old passcodes and had them ready for new codes. Politely, he turned away as a I entered the new codes; definitely noted and appreciated. In addition, he repaired and rekeyed the storm door as well, making sure the locking mechanism was intact and effective. Overall, he did a thorough check of all mechanisms, made sure they were functioning effectively, and provided 4 new keys per lock - All in an hour. I could not be more pleased at the service. By the way, if you lose your key fob for your vehicle, by all means call him, he can do those too. Lastly, it bears to mention that he is a member of Associated Locksmiths of America, licensed and insured. Andrei was great! I requested a quote through Yelp and he responded very quickly. In my RFQ I mentioned "new locks" for my doors, but he was quick to tell me that re-keying my existing locks would be cheaper and much quicker - I really appreciate that he readily offered a service that, although less profitable for him, was the most cost-effective and common-sense solution for me. He could have easily never mentioned that possibility and just put brand new locks on my doors. He was able to come out and meet me the same day I made the request, which was incredibly convenient. He showed up on time (even a bit earlier than our scheduled window!), was helpful, communicated well, and accomplished all required work within the hour he estimated. My son lost the only key fob for our Hyundai Santa Fe. I ordered one from eBay and called Andrei to come out and program it. He was very accommodating and came out the very next morning, and showed up promptly at scheduled time. My initial call to this company was returned very promptly. I called a total of 4 companies for estimates for our work. During that call he gave me ideas of costs for the door knobs and locks and deadbolts I needed. We are changing colors from gold to silver and our house is very old.
