Today, I venture out in the rain to claim the unit I was assured was reserved. I was met with some chick who was clearly high and had to ask me if I already had a unit after I stated I was a new customer. She told me the elevators are broken so they aren't renting anything on the second floor. Lol. Straight up liars.

When moving my things over there I had underestimated how much room I needed and was able to get another unit without a problem. The grounds keeper helped me one night as it was getting dark I didn't realize there was a bulb out overhead. He came up and changed the bulb and showed me how to work the timer so I was able to get a few more things done. Everyone has treated me with respect. I recommend renting here.
