Do not, I repeat do not rent here. When I moved in they gave me a rate of $96 and within 3 months…read moremy rent has gone up to $169!!! When I call to discuss my rent rate they say it's due to market rates. Which is crazy because they use low rates to bring customers in and once they are moved in the jack up the cost. I've tried to get ahold of the area manager for over 2 weeks and they are "not available" and let me know they will return my call. And yet, no returned call. I've also submitted an inquiry online and no response to that either. Only reason I haven't moved out is because I don't have the man power to move all my stuff all over but as soon as I do I am leaving this facility and never looking back. Don't do business with this company.

RENTER BEWARE!! We rented multiple units from this location, one outside and four inside the…read more"climate controlled" area. We had the units for two years and we were happy until the latter end of our stay and upon moving out. There were 2 units that we would open and access our items on occasion. The ground floor "climate controlled" unit was adjacent to the company's storage area. We began to notice moths flying around in that unit due to the open area that it shared with the company's storage area. Upon moving out, we discovered a moth infestation that was annoying to say the least. More importantly, the other units that we did not access during the time our items were stored there, 2 out of the 3 were very disappointing. The movers brought to my attention that the outside unit had water intrusion at some point, and you could see the dried water level on our boxes, some furniture, and the wall of this end unit. We had to discard boxes of clothing and furniture that had evidence of mold from the water intrusion. Next, our other ground floor "climate controlled" unit, had a condensation issue that was evident when items were removed. Thankfully, we had placed a tarp down towards the back of the unit where our couches were stored. This was brought to the attention of the woman working the front desk that day. She saw the units and took pictures. We purchased the insurance through the storage company, however we were dismayed to learn that the policy does not cover water damage!! This makes nooooo sense at all! When we were moving our last items from storage, the ceiling in the hallway began to leak a constant stream of water. I took pictures and and a video, and share it with the person at the front desk and via email. They basically said we will look into it, but refused to take responsibility for the water damage in 2 of our units, even after evident that they have a water leak issue. We will NEVER rent from this company again. Most importantly, buy a policy from a reputable company, NOT the company that they recommend. Also, for this facility I would use their term "climate controlled" very loosely. Sometimes we would be there and the A/C units were off, and it was warm in the building. I brought that to their attention as well to no avail. Please use another company if you value the items that you are storing there!

I am continually being mistreated by management at this facility. He will not return emails…read morerequesting assistance nor will he do anything to help when I walk in the office. I tried to link my accounts into the app they make you use but then dont assist any further instead he tells me they don't do that and haven't done it for a year. When using the app it says go into the office to ask for assistance. I called customer service and they said I'd have to go into the office. This is the kind of run around I get just to access my account. Yet he had no issue sending me an email to tell me my card on file expires in a month or my bill is past due by a day or no problem taking money from the card on file when I did not set up autopay (since I still can't even access the account) just so he can charge me an extra $50 for staying 15 minutes past 8pm. I am still having issues with what I was told at sign up 3 months ago and what is actually allowed at this facility. I would avoid this place at all cost! It's going to cost me an extra 1k due to there lack of concern and lies for their customers. I have no idea if the owner is telling management to breach the contract or if management is being petty on their own without the owner knowing since I haven't heard from him yet either. Would love to get this all resolved amicably before I get another month of fees here.

So outrageous and to have all my items destroyed when you state that you keep the units clean. Not happy whatsoever with this service.

Despite this, they claimed I owed money and tried to report it to collections, which impacted my credit. I would strongly advise staying clear of doing business with this company, as it will definitely lead to future issues and concerns. I urge potential customers to be wary of their practices and keep thorough documentation if you choose to rent from them.

Then 3 months later they'll raise the price of your rent to what ever price they want. I tried calling their office to see if the price could be negotiated but they were not willing to work with me. So now I have to move again. Supposedly, this company tends to raise their prices to what ever they want whenever they want. I've heard someone say they started out paying $30 per month only to end up paying over $150 per month in less than a year! I think this company preys on the fact that moving is a stressful thing to do, so they expect people to deal with price increases rather than move. Not me! Luckily I only have a few things to move but I can't imagine how people with a lot more stuff to move are coping right now.
