When moving my things over there I had underestimated how much room I needed and was able to get another unit without a problem. The grounds keeper helped me one night as it was getting dark I didn't realize there was a bulb out overhead. He came up and changed the bulb and showed me how to work the timer so I was able to get a few more things done. Everyone has treated me with respect. I recommend renting here.

I couldn't even get inside to speak with anyone. No signs, no help--just locked up. So I drove to the Columbia location, hoping for better luck. Unfortunately, it was just as bad. I was told the staff couldn't assist me because they were on a Zoom call for a "district meeting." They flat-out said she wouldn't help any new customers until the meeting ended--maybe around 12:30. It was around 11:50 or so. Frustrated, I drove to the Main Street location and finally got the help I needed. Angel was awesome--welcoming, informative, and professional. Funny enough, he mentioned he was on the same Zoom meeting but still managed to assist me without issue. Thank you, Angel, for doing your job and treating me like a customer that matters.
