My storage was broken into July 01 didn't get a call until July 28. All managers Heather Yuri & Martha didn't help resolve or take accountability for my lost. The vp took off the entry locks & the person who broke in did it twice before he was caught by the agent who worked there. If negative stars were a thing, they would earn about 10 thousand as that is the amount in dollars of ruined property their rat infested storage units have caused. And when confronted to the problem, they either ignore it or tell you that they either don't have rats or that they have traps set out. Not once have they offered any refunds or offer to cover the cost of property loss. This place sucks and no one should store anything with them unless you are cool with finding all your stuff chewed up, peed and pooped on and finding the actual rats nesting in your stuff. read more

As many others have stated the rat infestation is beyond anything I've ever seen. I lost over 2/3rds of all my belongings because of it. When brought to the managers attention they denied knowing there was an issue but someone had been putting out rat poison. I had rat pee and poop on top of my appliances and all through my boxes it's beyond disgusting! Think twice before renting here there is no recourse and they offer no sort of compensation even though they know there's a huge problem. If you currently have items there I'd get them out ASAP!! read more

Good storage facility. It is kept up well and seems pretty secure. They tend to raise the rent every 6 months, but sometimes they will cancel the increase, if you call and ask. read more

Melinda store manager very rude. When you talk to her she talks over you. Unbelievable.

Kodie is awesome. She is great with customer service. She takes care of us when we have any needs. My wife and I are very happy. The slight downfall which isn't her fault is a "young lady" that covers for her on her day off is not very customer oriented infact twice there was an occasion where office is locked and it took me looking inside through window to suddenly have her open takes office. All in all go see Jodie and you will be happy at this facility. read more

If I could put 0 stars I would. Ricardo one of the employees there is completely unfit and the company itself is horrible. Literally had our entire life stolen from the storage in the middle of moving and they said they couldn't help us at all. Not even with the video cameras, coincidentally the cameras could see "all the other storage spaces but ours". Just horrible. read more

I had a great experience with them. I needed a place to store a car for only a month that I recently purchased while in Hemet. The girl at office was friendly and professional and gave me a great deal. If they were closer I would have used them longer. read more

If it were possible to give them negative stars, I'd give them a thousand, or more accurately 10 thousand as that only touches part of the damage done to my belongings that the rat infested storage unit has caused. We would have never even have known about the rats if not for them raising the rent over $100 more than we were originally paying. We decided to take our belongings to a much nicer and less expensive facility. Upon opening our unit, we find most of our antique books, stuffed animals, vintage records, expensive clothing and our shelves completely eaten, pooped and peed on. Also, while one of our movers were picking up a box, a giant rat jumped out at him and he found a box of my comic books have been shredded and turned into bedding for 4 baby rats. I have pictures of everything but when brought to the attention of the manager, I get told that there is no such rat problem. So I showed her the box of babies. To which her reply was we can't throw them in the trash because they would just cause a bigger problem later, take them to a pet store so they can feed the snakes. So, on top of being lied to about the rats, their solution was for me to take the rats to a pet store and let them feed them to the snakes. I was mortified. No solution has been made, yet. This facility is awesome. They go above and beyond to help you, i have been with them for a long time and they are always taking care of any needs we have. They do whatever they can and if you bring a concern to them no matter how small it may be, they adress and take care of it immediately. Management and staff are great customer service oriented and we have had 0 problems with them. Definetly will stay with them as long as we need a storage facility no matter if we have to drive farther. read more
