Unprofessional arrogant condescending dishonest no class. Company I bought the gun from gave them all the wrong address and phone number to reach me. After this I became her enemy. No benefit of the doubt, no phone call. She completely cut me off for a day. Why?? Then she accused me of lying about my address and number. How childish!! Wouldn't take my phone calls (I actually never spoke to them on the phone at all just endless texting and texting and texting and texting.) I think we could've resolved The misunderstanding if only I was given the opportunity to verbally communicate with her. so I thought maybe I'll try a different approach. Find a different ffl and have them just send it to them. They said great! Send us the money for the shipping AND the fees? pay THEM AND the other third-party? Oh Please! How stupid why would I want to do that? not knowing anything about them I thought they might be scammers and for a couple of weeks it seemed like I might not get my gun. She insisted I give her my credit card information and I refused because I didn't know if it was a legitimate business at this point. This is my advice to you... 1 save yourself some grief avoid them completely! If not at the very least employee these guidelines when you're locked in and it's too late to change your mind. 2 if you want to actually speak to someone on the phone forget about it. Get out your little texting fingers or typing he prepared sore problems. 3 be very patient. Don't go making any inquiries about your purchase. Wait until they're good and ready to reach out to you. Even if it you don't hear from them for weeks. You don't want to make her mad. 4 don't expect to be treated with any respect or anything like that after you have placed your order with them. Look, with all the good reviews they appear to have I don't expect you to listen to me. there are places closer to me (in pasadena) where i can get firearms DROS'ed and transferred to, but 2a zone has the best prices (as well as a lower sales tax), so i go there. besides transfers, they sell firearms and accessories at very competitive prices. although 2a zone isn't a traditional gun store - in the sense that you can walk in and check out what they have for sale - you can check what they have in stock at their website (2azone.com), and if they don't have what you're looking for, you can always give them a call and ask if it can be special ordered. perhaps the best thing about 2a zone is their customer service - which is very convenient, friendly and reliable. no attitudes to suffer through (-cough- turners -cough-), which is a BIG plus. read more

if 10 stars are available, i would have rated 2A Zone 10 stars. Double the highest rating because you get double the service they provide in terms of service and pricing. Way too better than other FFL. The price is the price with no surprises. The service is way too much better, fast, quick, precised as in .. you go in, DROS, and wait for your pickup date.
