I stand by everything I stated, multiple reputable companies looked at the excessive sealant used to try and patch up the refurbished unit you tried to pass off as new, there is NO way that was new 5 years ago. This company is the worst. Once they make the sale they don't care at all. Had a hot tub delivered by these crooks and it immediately had multiple problems. Every time I called they would rush me off the phone or tell me to call their "spa division" who would then try to send me back to the store. After lots of chasing them down I got some responses from the spa division but still no response from the store. They seem really unorganized and to get any response I have to just keep calling and hope I get somebody responsive on the phone. To add insult to injury after giving me the hard sell on a salt system everybody I talk to here tells me it's a new system they don't know much about and they can't really answer any specific questions about it. This review is just for the initial build of the pool not the product itself. The project contract was signed end of June 20024. We had some delays due to the city inspection office but overall the project went well. Communication could have been better to keep me informed about the delays with the city but overall things progressed as promised. The project should be completed 4 and a half months after obtaining permits which is just 15 days longer than promised by Greg when I signed the contract. One time I asked them to come back and modify one piece of stone veneer around the spillway and Secard did the job quickly, no questions asked. This is a good family company that will get the job done. They definitely have lots of experience and know what they are doing. read more

I went to Leslie's for help with fittings with my new heater, but they couldn't help me, but they referred me to Sicard pools and spas. when I got there, I was immediately greeted and helped by who I think was the manager, he immediately got me the right fittings within minutes. I have to say that in my opinion, it seems like this pool place is really in it just to get customers in and out and perhaps even scam them. I bought a swim gymm from them and then the charged me $550 for an installation that took their contractor 20 minutes. It took over 3 weeks just for their installation guy to call me back (allegedly he was going to call me within a day or two) It took multiple calls with store clerks to connect. The contractor they sent also had an assistant whom the supervisor was berating in front of me. After the install was completed, I had some questions about the pool and purchasing additional equipment. The manager of Secard said he would "check on some things" and never called me back. Additionally, they sold me a pool cleaning kit and the chemicals in the kit were dried out. I had to drive an hour back to the store to pick a replacement kit up. Not even an apology from them. I got suckered and am going elsewhere for further purchases. They also gave me a pool cleaner kit that was damaged. Beware. read more

Had issues with our pool cartridge filter pump and was worried it was going to cost an arm and a leg to fix it and there was absolutely no way we were going to ride out the summer heat without our pool. Thankfully, Greg came to the rescue and was able to get us a replacement cartridge and filter the same day and for a great price too!! Secard Pools has replied to my review stating that it took them a year to build the pool because the permitting process caused delays. This is simply a lie. Unfortunately, Secard Pools lied to me at the beginning, middle, and end of the project. It took Secard a year to build the pool because they didn't break ground for six months. Then they worked on the pool for a mere 4 hours a day once about every three weeks, on average. I arranged the permit inspections myself because it took Secard too long to do this easy task. Save yourself lots of time and disruption -- find a different pool builder. read more

It was a pleasant surprise to find this place. I was literally just driving by and was surprised to see a pool and spa business. I popped in to check their prices and found some awesome deals. You can customize anything you want and build the perfect spa. I was eyeing the swim spa but slapped myself back to reality. We ordered our spa in August, but because of closures due to COVID, it wasn't delivered until January. The staff was so awesome about keeping me updated on the progress. I absolutely love my new pool and spa. It is gorgeous. What a transformation! My yard went from ugly and disgusting to beautiful and relaxing. I met Greg at the County Fair and liked him immediately. He wasn't a pushy salesman and knew a lot regarding their pools. I wanted one but unfortunately, I had to wait. Two years later, yes two years later I still wanted my pool and called Greg. He had the same number and agreed to meet at the County Fair ( the deals are unbelievable during that time). I left the fair a few hours later a proud owner of a new pool, jacuzzi with a gazebo and bar. The crew broke ground on Oct. 24th 2019 and they were completely finished by Jan. 24th 2020. I've been trying to get help getting my pool serviced or even help on where to start to get it fixed. When I was purchasing my pool I was getting called back within 5min, now that I need help no one returns my emails or calls. I've been trying to get a hold of Greg for a month. The one time I happened to catch him I told him I would send pictures and needed a call back ASAP he said "well I'm busy so I'll call when I can" it's been 2 weeks. The material is cheap, and nothing is covered. Workmanship is covered 1 year. I've had my pool 3yrs I'm already having liner problems and apparently it's nothing they can help with. Yesterday I received a call from Becca she informed me that the technician would be there today between 8-10. Javier arrived on time at 8 and was very informative and explained everything to my wife.
