She walked me thru everything, selected the most cost effective machine that was compatible with my current pump, and most importantly treated and with the kindness that you would receive from a family member! He got upset because we did not have enough water pressure coming out of our hose and he became upset that he did not have enough room to work on the back of the unit. He came back a week later to fix the problem, and began to throw a tantrum because of the parking situation in our area. He states he can come back next week then flipped like a switch and said that he didn't want to do the job anymore. He then went to his truck for a moment; coming back a few minutes later stating that he will do the work. My wife just said forget it and he left.
