For those of you that have had to purchase one of these, you know they can be costly to purchase and have installed. I was so fortunate when I went to Leslie's for assistance and happy the utmost pleasure of meeting store manager, Jennifer. She walked me thru everything, selected the most cost effective machine that was compatible with my current pump, and most importantly treated and with the kindness that you would receive from a family member! Jennifer is a wealth of knowledge outside of having a heart of gold! Now this is where I had the best experience and this will surely stay in my heart and head always. Damien, the service tech that came out to my home to check my system to ensure that the right pump was ordered proved to set the record that there are very honest, overwhelmingly kind, knowledgable technicians that are focused providing a positive experience! Mine superseded that! Turns out that I didn't need a pump but a new timer. Damien if you ever read this review, thanks for going above and beyond. You saved me $$$ that I didn't really have and diagnosed my true issue. He came back a week later to fix the problem, and began to throw a tantrum because of the parking situation in our area. He states he can come back next week then flipped like a switch and said that he didn't want to do the job anymore. He then went to his truck for a moment; coming back a few minutes later stating that he will do the work. My wife just said forget it and he left.

At the beginning I thought most of the service provider will be off on the weekend and I have to left a voicemail. Guess what? Mr Walt picked up the phone and went over all the issues we have during the conversation. Surprisingly he took immediate action and came to our house on the same day! He checked the existing equipment and texted me all the details including all the parts we need to replace plus the labor associate with each item. He is very knowledgeable on what he is doing and he came to our house again on the next day to replaced all the broken parts. He took pictures and videos to send over to my cellphone so that I can confirm the pool is working perfectly after his service. Most important part is the price was very reasonable and I didn't even negotiate the invoice. Moreover, he addressed all the potential issues that our pool may have and provide the options to me. Since I will sell the property soon I don't want to spend that much money on "remodel" or "rebuild" the pool as long as it works properly. At the last, this is my first Yelp review I have ever wrote for any type of business in the past 9 years (I came to US in 2007 as FOB) and I feel grateful to share my story and experience with Walt Conklin Pool and Spa service with all other users.
