They performed a thorough assessment to identify the issues (unlike the first company that was sent). I had a problem with the pump for my pond. I spoke with Erika at the office and she set me up with an appointment right away. Sean was sent out two days later. He found the problem and replaced some pipes so fast I thought he didn't do anything. However, when he had me come out to look, everything was working perfectly. Paradise pools is amazing. When I first called on them my pool was made a disaster by my pool guy. He would no show and screw up a lot. We had to release him when our pool went from blue and clear to dark and gross looking. Paradise came in and for a fair price they made my pool look like new. They took over weekly duties. The pool has remained perfect ever since. It's like the water came from the Greek Islands it's so blue and perfect. Once when the technician was late, they called right away to let me know (my old service would leave me wondering and hanging for weeks). They are true professionals. They have a full staff of experts for all situations. We had a WiFi pool control installed by them. It was done expertly. The temperature was off a bit and as soon as I called they came and adjusted it so it works perfectly. I swim every day and appreciate them every day. -they left layer pool cement dust on my vehicle. after several days of morning dew the cement activated and stuck to the roof, hood and windshield in the areas moisture mixed with the cement. -An abrasive residue remained on car after repeated washes and hand scrubbing. - the Owner directed me to keep washing it or chase down the subcontractor myself, because he, as the contractor, is not responsible for the actions of the subcontractor. These unprofessional guys that act like they know everything about pools and think they people are stupid are the worst. They are so dishonest. They would say they came and didn't come . Even had to have the manager come see the pool was filthy. I was going to school at the time so maybe they thought no one was home and I was (taking online classes) . They never came for two weeks but when I called they lied and said they had GPS on their cars and drivers which was a lie. They would come sometimes and I can hear them outside my room . 2 guys sat and talked out in my backyard and did not even bring the pool skimmer. They said they came and I said gee that's funny because my gate has been locked , they could have come, ToTAL full of it assholes. A customer that has been loyal to them with very little complaints for the past 4 years. No more! They'll send new people to your home constantly, most, it's clear don't know what they are doing. I bit my tongue all summer, our pool was not sparkly clean like it used to be when we first started service. It looked green consistently and was never fully properly cleaned. Jason G provided my start up service, and was always friendly, helpful in answering my questions, and did an excellent job each week. When I needed maintenance done, Shaun came to install a device to my equipment, and giving it a look over, noticed that the installers had actually made a few mistakes, that had been left, could result in damage to the equipment.
