I don't even know how to start this. I was having problems with the vacuum on our swimming pool pump. I sent a message to Ervand who responded very quickly. He stopped by and took a look at the pool pump and recommended that I need 3 valves. He temporarily fixed the pump so I can use it to vacuum the pool. He even went out of his way to try and find the parts that I needed. He said I can do it myself for cheaper and told me where to look, the honesty of this man was incredible. I have had Kobel Pool Service for the last 6 mos. and I am totally happy with his services. I highly recommend his services to anyone who is looking for professional work. I had a problem with my pool pump and was calling other services to troubleshoot my problem. They would only say it needed to be replaced. Kobel Pool Service did repair the pump at a very reasonable price and has been working fine since then. He did tell me they normally don't repair pumps and their was no guarantee how long it will last. That was 6 mos. ago and it has been working fine. The other service repairs I was calling were more interested in selling me a new expensive pump. I would rather have someone be honest and up front with me than to try and sell me something I don't want. Also Kobel Pool Service response time is amazing. He came out the same day. Every problem I have had he has repaired quickly and professionally. We moved into a house with old pool equipment. So things started to fail. We had a old pool heater that was a big monster and had a hard time repairing due to old parts not available. Kobel Pool Service replaced it with a small modern energy efficient one that works great. Started using Kobel pool service a few months back after our old services were not getting done and communication was poor and boy what a blessing. These guys are ultra professional, recommend a lot of things to make the pool look nice BUT not something that will be taking our money just to put in their pockets. Honest snd reliable and the pool has never looked nicer. They even told us how the previous pool guys mistreated the pool last year when it was re-plastered and how certain stains NOW cannot be removed. But somehow we can't see them anymore. Ervand from Kobel installed a new variable speed pump for my pool and did a great job. This is the 2nd or 3rd time I've called him for my pool repairs and every time, I'm totally happy with his work. He's super honest and never tries to sell you something you don't need. I wanted to re-plumb the piping to possibly reduce the pressure in my filter and he actually told me that I didn't need it, as the filter was already operating at the right level. Who does that? Amazing Service and Support.. My Hayward DE 3600 Filter Clamp busted and my Filter required a new clamp. With my luck Hayward discontinued the needed filter clamp. Spent a couple of days on ebay/amazon looking for the part to no avail. Recently purchased a house with a pool and thought I can go to local hardware store and load up on supplies and with YouTube by my side I can service my pool. Boy was I wrong about that. The pool went south with my confidence in maintaining it pretty quickly. I decided to call Kobel for immediate help. And I gotta say next to marrying my wife this was the best decision of my life.
