When you get a bill from Blue Pacific, there is a note to give them a review on Yelp to get a $10 discount on your next bill. I was happy to do that. There were some minor issues with the pool pump shuting off due to sucking air. Danny bypassed the innitial runup to clear air each time the pump starts ( a protection for the pump). Anyway, We just replastered our pool. Danny know we were in the process of having this done. I called Danny to let him know when it would probably be filled and ready for startup. This includes chemicals and sweeping the plaster twice a day for two weeks. Instead of letting me know there would be no problem, he would be there to take care of everything, he told me that he had a lot going on and didn't know if he could fit me in. Now any pool service knows how critical sweeping the pool twice a day for two weeks and getting the chemicals corrected is. I am DEEPLY DISAPOINTED!!! Not sure why, but I have found that finding a GOOD, dependable pool guy has been like looking for a needle in a haystack. You know it's there but it feels impossible to sort through the mess. Over the years we've gone through a few pool guys and although the service overall was okay I always found myself discontent with one thing or another. Well lo and behold I have found my man! We recently did a major overhaul of our backyard and with it came a newly refurbished pool with newer, more advanced equipment (Hayward brand) that is not the most intuitive to figure out. We hired a pool company right after construction was finished and although they were nice people their guy did not know how to operate the system thus, unintentionally changing the programming on the motherboard making the system confused and pretty much inoperative. It was the most frustrating thing that I would use my phone app to try to turn on my pool heat pump only to have it turn on the spa, etc. After feeling major defeat and frustration I called Danny and asked for his help. He came out and not only did he clean my pool beautifully but he took the time to research and understand our Hayward system and got everything working in perfect order. Super impressed in his work ethic and super happy he services my area. He has been reliable, gives me updates when needed, and overall just shows his desire to be good at his job and stand out from the rest. Hire him.
