I hired Yauri to do my pool after my father hired him to do his pool in Whittier. Better price than my previous pool man. He serviced the pool once and looked great. Then didn't hear from him for over a week and had to reach out to him as my pool was turning green. He explained something came up. I said ok, he came later that evening and added chemicals in the pool, which he said all the debris at the bottom of the pool would be vacuumed up another day. Two weeks passed and nothing. No communication, no service, and not only mine but my father's too. My father reached out, no response. I messaged him, no response. We have both yet to hear from him. I even requested he returned the key to my gate and still no response. What's more, it looks like he has blocked my number. Never notified us of quitting, no explanation, just gohsted. My dad was always our pool guy and he did a good job. Our pool was always clean all yr around but he passed away a couple yrs ago so my mom and I have been trying our best to do it ourselves. Then we recently starting seeing bubbles in the pool then it started turning green. It was very dark green. We couldn't even see the bottom or the sides. We didnt know what to do bcuz we knew we couldn't fix it ourself. Something was wrong with the filter/pump. We started looking for a pool guy, someone who could fix this for us. We have an in ground vinyl pool. There are not many places that service vinyl pools because they are maintenance is a little different than plaster pools. I decided on Primos Pool Care. I chose him because I liked the fact that they were family owned and he provided the type of service we were looking for and he was familiar with vinyl pools. He was very helpful. He fixed the issues with the pump and he got our pool back to normal. It looks crystal clear now. During the process he kept following up with us to make sure things were going well. He kept coming back to do what was needed like cleaning the filters, doing the backwash, putting all the needed chemicals. We feel he was very fair with the price to get it all fixed.
