Sunny, gave our secretary a quote for a spa cover for $700. I wanted to do a review of the product, but he had no samples. So I asked for the website of the manufacturer. He told me he didn't think the manufacturer had a website but he would call and ask if they did. He told me he called and confirmed there was no website. I became suspicious, because what real business doesn't have a website? Sunny then gave us gave me a brochure for the spa cover. I got the manufacturer's name and looked them up online myself. They do indeed have a website. This is called lying. Their spa covers can be ordered online. He was attempting to charge us a 61% markup. No wonder he didn't want to give me the website. Other issues: My calls always went to an answering machine and we're not returned promptly - sometimes for days. His store was closed on a day I tried to visit durring regular business hours. He is flat out rude on the phone - to the point that I actually asked him if he knew how to talk to a customer. My recommendation is that you look elsewhere.
