Seems like everybody came here for the lobster pizza so my wife and I had to give it a try. I thought the crust was delicious and the toppings were very flavorful. I feel like the toppings kinda overpowered the lobster but other then that it was a good pizza. We got their tuna poke cups in the tostones and overall it was good my only complaint is that the guacamole/avocado spread didn't seem to be homemade. Drinks were a little on the sweet side. Great view of the ocean while you had your meal too. I would give the lobster pizza a 4 star. read more

We were looking for something quick and easy after a long day walking the town. What a great spot. Right on the water. It's an outdoor cafe with umbrellas. We split the lobster pizza. What a great idea. It was like dipping the lobster in garlic butter and following with a nice pizza dough. They are very generous with the lobster. Well worth the trip. read more

Yes they advertise best Mojitos and Margaritas and you know what..? They're right. They make them how you're supposed to..muddling fruit, mint etc...fresh and delicious. Shame we had the seaweed smell going the first day, but we didn't care. We came back a second day because we craved these drinks to cool off to! Luckily seaweed smell died down. Never experienced that before. It's right by the ocean and next to Southernmost. Nice outside covered over little bar spot on the sidewalk area. You can people watch. There is food also, but honestly we didn't eat there so I don't know how it is. read more

I love this place and have been before for dinner. This time I decided to try it for lunch which was my mistake. The food is still amazing (lobster pizza for the win) but it was way too hot with little air flow during the day. In summary, go at night and save yourself from melting into the pavement. read more

Food was good. What we got. Everyone was done eating before one of our Seven got his meal. Waiter didn't know menu or drinks. Atmosphere fun. Service not good. Only matters when your hungry and one doesn't get to eat. Added a star cause they didn't charge us for the late dish and were very apologetic. read more

I was recommended this place for their lobster pizza and man was it amazing! The only reason I gave this place 4 stars was because we ordered another gluten free pizza and it didn't come out gluten free and someone accidentally ate it (the waitress told us it was gluten free). It was an honest mistake and I can tell they were genuinely sorry because the manager immediately took care of us the rest of the time. We were given a free pina colada key lime pie ( I forgot to take a pic) but omgosh it was amazing so definitely order that! I wasn't a huge fan of the margarita but I'll def go back! read more

My friend and I ordered the Strawberry Salad and the Lobster Pizza. The salad was fresh and flavorful--strawberries, blue cheese crumbles, candied pecans. Be prepared...this salad also comes with a mouth watering honey butter biscuit. Yum The pizza was outstanding. White sauce, lobster & lots of cheese. The crust was perfectly thin and crispy. We were very excited to try out this place based on the high star reviews. We were unable to eat on the deck of the hotel, as many other reviews showed pictures of eating on the lower balcony. Service was fine. Food was fine. We ordered pizza and coconut shrimp. Drinks were fine. This place wasn't terrible, but it is a long shot to say the "best place in key west" . I would 100% disagree. There are much better places to eat in key west- we have been here for a month and have found amazing places to eat. Seaside cafe at the mansion is not on the list of amazing places to eat. It is a glorified food truck that is parked next to the Mansion. On low tide, there is seaweed everywhere all over the tables by the water. read more

One word - amazing! We had margaritas, spring and strawberry salad and four cheese prosciutto pizza. All it was all wonderful. A really nice blend of tastes that all perfectly matched. Tabling watching what others around us were ordering made one thing fore sure, we are eating here again on this trip. The lobster honey biscuits looked ridiculously delicious- which is why that will be lunch tomorrow. Don't miss this place. Quick update, came back for second lunch. Loved this place. Very casual. Roosters and chickens added to the ambiance haha. We sat right by the water at sunset. Branner was our server and he was great. Very personable. We ordered lobster pizza, conch fritters, truffle fries and lobster biscuits. Had a little of everything. My favorite was the pizza. Fries were amazing with a fantastic sauce. Soo good!! This is the FIRST place I would recommend to anyone visiting key west. I was skeptical by the "best pizza and mojitos" signs out front, but they were not lying! One of the best mojitos I have ever had. And, the lobster pizza was AMAZING...with truffle oil and crispy crust, I would go back to key west just to get this pizza. As an added bonus, there are great views right on the water, and they do a great job spacing out the tables so it does not feel crowded at all, despite being in a crowded area of key west. read more

THIS PLACE IS A GEM. We ordered the signature lobster pizza and the lobster biscuits. They definitely did not skimp on the lobster! I loved that they were chunky, because usually places overcharge for a little amount. This palce did not do that, plus It was so tasty and unique. BEAUTIFUL VIEWS of the ocean too. When we were leaving, the owner ran up to us just to introduce himself and ask how our meals was. You could see he was very invested in how his customers felt about his restaurant. He was so sweet and personable, and he gave us some history about the place. If this was closer I would go here all the time. This restaurant is for sure going to be one of my regulars any time I am back. I am telling EVERYONE to CHECK THIS PALCE OUT. You wont regret it! read more

Excellent Caprese sandwich! It was so fresh and the bread was soft and baked in the oven and came out perfect. I loved that that sandwich came with a tangy balsamic vinegar dressing. It also included the side salad. The Mikes Hot Honey pizza was tasty and spicy. On our way out, we met Mike the owner. He was friendly and great to talk too. Pretty decent spot to stop after seeing the Southern Most Point in the continental US. We grabbed three pizzas and the conch fritters for our group. Not a fan of the fritters but that is my personal taste; others in the group enjoyed them. We ordered the lobster pizza, spicy meat pizza and the street corn pizza. Our favorite of the bunch was actually the street corn pizza by a lot! I would recommend it over the lobster pizza. The lobster pizza was interesting and seems like an odd mix. Really enjoyed my visit here. Staff was very accommodating to our group. We had 8 on a busy night and was able to get us all together. Now to the food. Tried the conch fritters and they were amazing. We tried both the lobster pizza and the hot honey. Both were outstanding but the hot honey gets my vote over the lobster. Being able to sit on the beach as the sunsets and dine makes it all compete. It's a must dine destination while in Key West. Don't miss it. read more

The Seaside Cafe at Mansion is a family-owned and operated Island eatery just a few steps from the warm waters of the Atlantic Ocean. A new addition to the Key West landscape, but already well known for island classics such as their Mansion Mojitos, Honey-Butter Lobster Biscuits, and stunning artisan wood-fired pizzas. He looked straight in my eyes as he named each delight, With a confidence both curious and wonderfully bright. My dessert was a huge phallus, impressive and grand, With two giant balls resting beneath it in hand. It was covered in "splooge sauce," a curious sweet stream, A dessert of such drama it belonged in a dream! I truly enjoyed this place and would gladly return If I lived nearby, where the sweet candles burn. They are masters of dessert, of flavor and flair-- A deliciously mischievous treasure tucked away there.

But it's not too much or too little. The seating is comfortable and private. Our server was very nice, he checked in at all the right times and was sweet. We only ordered one dessert and it got there promptly. Everything on the menu looked excellent and delicious. We settled on the cookie nookie cake, it was super fresh with many contrasting flavors that made every bite a pleasure. Overall had an amazing time and recommend this place for anything from a late night dessert or a full dessert meal. If we're ever around again, we are definitely going back and trying a lot more than just one dessert.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Seaside Café in Key West with my fiancée and mother, and it was an unforgettable experience. If I could give this place 10 stars, I absolutely would! The margarita was perfectly crafted, a refreshing blend that set the tone for the meal. But the true highlight was their famous lobster pizza, which was nothing short of spectacular. The succulent, tender lobster atop the pizza was cooked to perfection and left us all wanting more. Without a doubt, it's the best pizza I've ever had. Someone needs to get Dave Portnoy down to Key West to try this masterpiece! The food was undeniably amazing, but what truly sets Seaside Café apart is the exceptional hospitality. The servers were attentive and friendly, ensuring that every aspect of our meal was enjoyable. The owner, Michael, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and valued. I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Seaside Cafe at the Mansion in Key West for the second time and it was an absolute delight! You really can't beat the views and location that this restaurant offers. I highly recommend going around sunset if you want to see a breathtaking view while enjoying your dinner. The service was great and our server was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. As for the food, it was absolutely delicious. We weren't starving so we opted to share a pizza with half lobster and half corn. I got a frozen key lime pie drink as well and it was fantastic. I added a floater and it definitely packed a punch! I would highly recommend the Seaside Cafe at the Mansion to anyone visiting Key West. The atmosphere, service, and food are all top-notch and it's clear that a lot of care and attention goes into every aspect of the dining experience. I can't wait to come back and try some of their other items! read more

Seaside Cafe was absolutely fantastic! During our vacation in the area, we chose it for my mom's birthday dinner, and the outdoor seating by the ocean couldn't have been more perfect. The food was simply amazing. My family of 5 indulged in their coconut shrimp, ahi salad, mushroom truffle pizza, and lobster pizza, all of which were incredibly delicious. And we finished with no leftovers!! It was that good! The staff were attentive and sweet, making sure our experience was memorable from start to finish. Their hospitality truly added to the charm of the place. I already know I'll be craving Seaside Cafe long after our vacation ends. So if you're in the area, this is a must-visit spot for the food with a stunning view. Highly recommended! read more

We saw this restaurant advertised in a local magazine. They boast they have the best lobster pizza. They also advertised they have gluten free pizza. So we ordered a gluten free lobster pizza. It is amazing! So good. I thought lobster pizza didn't sound good but since we were in key West I decided to try it. My husband doesn't really care for gluten free anything and he really liked this pizza. The staff are exceptional and so is the environment. I highly recommend this pizza. read more

Seaside cafe was the highlight of my day's during a recent trip. Luke and Mack make you feel welcomed and both have personalities that make you feel like you have known them for years. The best spot to view the sunset in my opinion too. I enjoyed Seaside so much that I am planning another trip to the island in January. read more

The hostess and waitress were very young and probably pretty new, average service as well. Overall there are tons of much better options in Key West. Skip this one. Thank me later.

It is obviously a bit warm inside near the open garage style doors that overlook the water, but they have a large industrial fan that helps to keep the breeze going. Overall: A Great overlook of the water and solid bar spot!
