I came here because of Instagram post about the delicious key lime pie. It opens at 7 AM so it is perfect to have coffee and breakfast while enjoying the sunrise because it's right by the water with a nice pier to view the ocean. It's also only a block away from the Southern Most Point landmark. Beautiful and classy interior. Staff is a very friendly and helpful. The key lime pie looks like a cheesecake. Ok, so let's start with location, location, location! This place is right in the beach at the Reach Resort near Duval Street in Key West. So beautiful spot for just about any occasion. Wait staff is friendly and attentive. I'm going to come clean and tell you that I've only eaten one thing in the menu, but loved it so much that came back a couple of days later to have it again. The panko crusted fish sandwich was outstanding! I know, just a sandwich, but the fish was significant size and perfectly cooked arugula and kimchi aioli which was incredibly tasty. Nice resort locale, that isn't packed, steps away from the crowded Southern Most point Marker in Key West. Just Stroll a block over and walk through the hotel lobby to a great restaurant, just about any time of the day. We stopped for brunch on a Sunday and I recommend Eggs Benedict and the Lobster Mac. The whole menu looked great too. The view was amazing and I cannot emphasize that this was not a crowded spot on a spring break weekend, which is really refreshing. read more

Dined here with my family while vacationing down at the Florida Keys, as I was told this would be an excellent place for seafood. It wasn't too busy around 8pm as people were finishing up dining here. We shared some appetizers and had one entree. We had the octopus, conch fritters, scallops, lobster mac n cheese, and the filet mignon. The lobster mac n cheese was good. The octopus was fine as were the scallops. The conch fritters were mediocre, not a lot of conch and a lot of fritters. The filet mignon, I had to say, was very poor. The beef quality was not the greatest, and I asked for medium, but it was cooked to around medium well to well done. For $65 that was a huge nope in my books. Service was excellent, and honestly if it weren't for 3 of the 5 dishes meeting expectations this would be a 2-star review. Consider this as a weak 3-star review where I can't see myself returning leisurely. read more

Mixed bag on this one. Bar: Both cocktails were super weak for $17 plus tax and tip. And they serve them in a Dixie cup, so there are three sips before you're left with a pile of ice. A complete rip off. And the bar tenders favorite line that we heard over and over was "my least favorite drink to make is a Pina colada" as hotel guest after guest ordered these by the batches and she made a tip on each. Also took longer to get service than it took to drink it. 0/5, negative if I could. Breakfast: A bit pricey with most mains costing around $23 for eggs and toast. But boy were they good and filling. Also tried the oatmeal, which was average. The breakfast burrito looked amazing so the table got several to-go orders of that one. Service was much better for breakfast and friendly. The views are very nice of the Atlantic Ocean. This is a good option for breakfast if you are staying at the Reach, but wouldn't recommend coming here otherwise. They also offer lunch and dinner, but after the cocktail experience we skipped the place until our final "checkout" meal. read more

As always, I checked out Yelp reviews and once again they did not disappoint. We were looking somewhere close by our hotel and after driving all day turns out this gem of a seafood place was just 3 blocks away. We walked in on a Monday evening with no wait and a Fantastic view of the water. Daniel our waiter was EXTREMELY nice and answered all of our questions. I had the special which was a Mahi and others in my party had the shrimp, the grouper and even a fillet. All was excellent. Since it was our first night in Key West, Daniel treated us to a piece of Key Lime pie. We would have ordered it but our main meals were just so filling. Came here with some friends who were staying in the area on a Sunday afternoon. The place is beautifully decorated but other than that, doesn't offer much. Service was slow with not many patrons in the restaurant. I think overall our brunch took close to three hours by how slow everything came out & how long it took to get the check & pay. Three guys in our party ordered beer bottles, one ordered a beer on tap. Tell me why it took about 30 minutes to get the beer BOTTLES. And then when the server came with the beers he unscrewed them at the table. The beer that was on tap came shortly after those, finally. To eat I ordered a Greek salad and added chicken. The salad arrived and it was upsetting to see the lettuce was not fresh. It had that pink/brown staining on them. The dressing was not good either. Chicken was fine so I ate that mostly. To share we got a slice of key lime pie since it was featured in an article recently stating it was great. Tell me why we all tried it and agreed it tasted nothing like a key lime pie. It wasn't tart at ALL. It basically tasted like a cheesecake. And the strawberry sauce at the bottom was so so sweet as well. Extremely overwhelming, extremely disappointing!!! Beautiful presentation but I would not call this a key lime pie. Our server was MIA most of the time but he finally came around to give us the check. Overall, I would not recommend this place. Went here for brunch with a large group of friends for a friends birthday brunch. It was so incredible. I can not say enough about how great this experience was. First of all, they were so accommodating for a large party. We were seated immediately and all of us wanted unlimited mimosas, which were exactly how mimosas should be served!!! You get the bottle of Prosecco and they gave us three tiny bottles with juice to basically just splash in flavor (because who wants to drown their mimosa in orange juice?). Everyone we were with absolutely loved their food. It arrived fast and was warm. I had the lobster quesadilla which was so tasty! A friend had the smoked salmon tater tots which I would love to try next time I'm in key west. Our server Mike was the absolute BEST. Breakfast here is great and the view is amazing. From a taste standpoint the food is good and I really liked that they gave you rock candy to stir my latte - that was a unique and fun touch. However my husbands breakfast came out 10 minutes before mine because they simply forgot to make mine - if our waiter hadn't checked a few minutes after it came out we'd have been waiting longer. The atmosphere was great; outdoors, great lighting. Steak was cooked perfectly, but I didn't care for the wine reduction sauce could've had a little more crust on it. Probably a little over priced to; $72 for 12oz. But its a beach front restaurant in Key West.... (real estate is expensive) While, not visually appealing that lobster mac & cheese was excellent. (Broil it to give some color). I don't like mac & cheese but this was phenomenal. The amount of truffle oil ; Big chunks of lobster in there which I guess justified the high price. Four Marlins is dog friendly, so we made a reservation to have one of our dinners here while we were vacationing in Key West. The restaurant advertises oceanfront dining, but where we sat, faced the courtyard. Oceanfront would have been nice, but the courtyard was lovely, too. As for everything else... The food was very average. It felt like the restaurant was trying to elevate their dishes, but they just weren't very good. And the portions were small. Thankfully, we weren't feeling particularly hungry after a big lunch. The service wasn't great either. Our server was very nice, but he only appeared to take our orders and then appeared again when our food was served. We didn't see him for a long time after that, which made flagging him down very difficult. It was not like there were many diners in the restaurant, which was strange why he didn't check on us more frequently. The only good thing we ate at Four Marlins was the key lime pie. read more

A solid spot for dinner that isn't overly formal or expensive for what you get. Here's what we had. Easy to get a seat but it looks like you should get a reservation to be sure you can get a spot outside: + Oysters (1/2 dozen): Not sure how legit this was with how they didn't have any small spoons and forks to properly eat these and it came with the crackers that normally are more like served with clam chowder. Questionable experience aside, the oysters were pretty good overall although a bit grainy. This is where I took off a star. + Shrimp grits: This was a great dish with well sized pink shrimp that's a specialty of Key West and the grits were well flavored. + 12oz NY Steak Strip: The fried onions were really good and paired nicely with the beef. I also liked the sweetness of the potato and texture of it. Asparagus was also done nicely. read more

I had the mango rum drink and it was PHENOMENAL, it was $17 but the mango puree in it was so good, such balanced flavors -my waitress was kind and personable The OK -the key lime pie, ok so it was good but so rich with the whipped cream topping, share it with two or three people or take half to go, but it was good. Not so good -the price, I fully understand this is a high end restaurant, but for me no chicken dish should cost more than $36 at the nicest restaurant. I knew that going in though. I just do not think the value was worth it. -the entree, I got the Huli huli chicken. Hawaiian food is my absolute favorite, I was so sad when the chicken was so dry I couldn't finish it. It lacked salt, and not to mention that slow cooked marinated island flavor Hawaiian food is known for, so so disappointing. It came with Mac salad that needed salt as well, and a cold side of grilled pineapple. I wanted this to be phenomenal but sadly it was just not executed properly. We had an amazing anniversary dinner at Four Marlins! I was looking for a beachfront view, and this restaurant has it! The food we tried: Conch and crab fritters--very tasty! Just a bit chewy. Assorted olives--this was a HUGE portion! They were marinated in this lemon and herb oil which was so good. Grouper--so good! The perfect seafood entree. The cocktails were really good and our server was great! I want to say his name was Adam, but I could be wrong. Definitely recommend this place! read more

We were staying at nearby sister property, Casa Marina, and came here for dinner as Casa is undergoing renovations and their only open restaurant had too few options. Ambiance is perfection. Beautiful coastal chic decor, light music at an appropriate volume so you can converse softly amd still listen to each other. Stunning oceanviews from all over the outdoor deck. Service was very cordial -- and could be categorized as excellent if it wouldn't have been so slow. I'm afraid they may be short staffed. So come here in super island speed and you won't leave disappointed. We were happy we were able to charge our entire bill to our room at Casa Marina. But boyyyy, was it a lot. Very, very pricy. FOOD: While my husband believes the dinner was still worth it, specially as his NY strip was cooked to perfection (and his potatoes were super delish and beautifully roasted), I feel my seafood pasta had too little seafood (4 jumbo shrimps, but barely any other fish bites) and not bold enough for being a spicy dish. It was still lovely, but at $52, I wouldn't order it again. The conch and lobster fritters were very delicious, but I feel they were also lacking in seafood for the price. While I'm still glad we came, I'd probably chose a different restaurant on our next trip to Key West. read more

SWEET KEY LIME PIE Nothing better than key lime pie for breakfast. The place was not busy so we got a nice view against the beach. I would go back again just for the view. Everyone working was friendly. It took a surprisingly long time for our piece of pie to come out. The pie was good but too sweet. All we really tasted was sweetened condensed milk. Add some more lime to it and it would be the best pie in Key West. Overall, if anything, just come here to enjoy the view. I will be in the future to try more. read more

Decided to stop here for a quick lunch since it is the sister hotel to the one we are staying at. The food was good. Husband said the sauce served with the wings was really good! I had a Caesar salad and I thought it was well done. The chocolate mouse was my favorite - I would ask for extra raspberries on it because that added so much to it! The view was Beautiful of the water but it is right by the pool so everyone at the pool or on the beach is in your direct line of sight! So far my service with both Hilton hotels curio collection have been below average. Very slow, very inattentive. They have one server for the entire shift it seems. read more

The ambiance is amazing. There is a nice dock to walk out on to see the sunset. We felt that the drinks were not well made so I would recommend sticking with beer, wine or straight liquor. Blown Away. I rarely give 5 stars out but this place es muy perfecto! The moment we met with the hostess and asked for a table with the best view and she looked at us and said "I Got You", it was on! The View, first and foremost, is spectacular. If you are looking for the best Oceanside dining, this is it. You got the beach and a pier as your backdrop and it's the picture perfect spot. Get your cameras and your selfie faces ready cuz you are in for a treat! The Food was amazing! The moment I had a spoonful of their lobster Mac and cheese I was in heaven. If you can literally imagine the perfect blend of lobster and Mac and cheese, this restaurant got that figured out! I think I actually closed my eyes while I had that first bite lol. Next up was the calamari. I've had tons of calamari in my days but once again, whatever blend in sauces and spices that they used on this...delicious! And for our main course, hubby and I shared the yellow snapper fish and chips. It was already de-boned for us which made it super easy to eat. Deliciously fried goodness!!! Seemed like that sucker was caught that same day! The main course came with a side of truffle fries - the perfect pairing. And of course for dessert we had a slice of key lime pie. I am rating Four Marlins 4.5 stars, but rounding up becuase the only issue with the half-star is prices are very high ($30-$50 per entree, $15-$22 per appetizer), But, its a fancy resort in Key West, so its kind of expected. The food is fantastic. I've been here twice now, and loved my meal both times. They change the menu every 6 months, so my food choices last week was very different than what I got a half year ago. But still all delicious. They also make amazing martinis! My favorite dishes are the ahi tuna, and the snapper. The grouper was also amazing. The swordfish special I wasn't as much of a fan, it didn't taste as fresh probably because it's not a local fish. The short rib appetizer was to die for! But last time I went it was no longer on the menu... but look for something similar next time! The service is wonderful, and the views over the Atlantic Ocean is so pretty.
