Great place to enjoy your dinner, people watch, and have yummy drinks! Service was quick and food came out fairly quickly. Everyone is helping each other out so you're taken care of at all times.

We were staying at Pier House and this is their restaurant. This was the ONLY redeeming part of the Pier House 'resort'. Their breakfasts were very good - a limited menu but generous portions and they offered gluten-free bread for toast or French Toast. Everything was always very fresh and their fried potatoes were excellent! We had our Anniversary dinner here and it was good, not great. The fish was cooked perfectly but the couscous was very bland. We did get a complimentary piece of key-lime pie for dessert in celebration which was a very nice touch. My husband who is gluten-free was offered warmed gluten-free bread which was appreciated. Very nice waterfront dining for breakfast. One downside is the wait staff isn't consistent - lots of new hires that weren't really familiar with the menu.

Beautiful place at the beach! Impeccable service! Incredible food! A must try if at the Pier House! Beck, our server was impeccable!!

Right on the ocean edge you can't beat the view. Watching the sailboats head out for a sunset cruise was awesome. Our server Jorge had good recommendations and was very knowledgeable of the food. I ordered the curry snapper and hubs got the scallop linguine. Both were good, not blow you away good. Nice for a fancy restaurant by the water.

We dodged the brunt of T.S. Debby and wanted a good waterfront dining experience. Our overall expectation was blown away by a culinary force greater than the 40 mph gusts going on. The transparent roll down awning handled the wind and maintained our view. The server Cristin was practically telepathic and made the craft cocktails herself of rum and goodness. My lady and I split scallops appetizer, coconut snapper and sundried tomatoes gnocchi. The scallops were buttery with/polenta just right; snapper delicious, the punch in the mouth, surprise delight; the gnocchi! Last but certainly not least, the best key lime pie I've had ever and I've had plenty. Apparently the sous chef takes pride in hand making the is pie with toasty whipped fluffiness atop. No boats were on the water due to storm. Romantic, quiet. Thanks!

One Duval made my son's birthday so special. They went out of their way to surprise him. In a world where he is not always included, you made him feel so. The food was fantastic - all the times I've been to the Pier House, I don't think I've ever eaten here - and I should have!! Thank you all for a great time and for caring about a kid's birthday!!

We came for dinner on our first night in Key West. It was dark when we got there, so there wasn't much of a view to admire; but, I'd imagine it's very nice during the day. For appetizers, we ordered a caprese salad and conch chowder. The caprese salad was the favorite and was well plated. The conch chowder was ok... Kind of bland. For the main course, we ordered a spinach and goat cheese salad, good, but nothing super special; lobster mac & cheese which my friend really enjoyed; and a chicken dish (I can't remember the name) which my friend said was good, but not phenomenal. I'm glad to have visited and tried it out, but I likely would not visit again because there are so many other options to try and I wasn't wowed!

So tasty! And a wonderful view. Came with a bachelorette party and we had a great time. The ahi tuna was spectacular.

We weren't staying here but decided to pop in for breakfast. It's so pretty dining outside on the water, and the food was good too. I had the buttermilk pancakes and a side of apple wood smoked bacon. It was pretty standard for what it was but no complaints at all. My sister had the French toast and said it was one of the best she's had! She also has the hash browns and i tried some, also standard but good. Prices aren't unreasonable and staff was nice as well.

We sat outside and the ambiance was amazing. Waiter was very, very good. Food was incredible...I had the Yellowtail Snapper. Best thing I've ever eaten! Husband had the Grouper, fresh caught also. We both had an exceptional experience.

We went here our first night because it was right next to our hotel. You have to walk through the Pier 1 resort to find it. It was beautiful. The restaurant really doesn't have a view other than the garden , but still very pretty. Has a very modern upscale ambience. Once we were seated, I made only noticed the beautiful silver napkin rings glasses and pendant lighting which was very pretty. Soothing Music with a romantic atmosphere. We ordered wine, and then had crab cake appetizer, which was very fresh and tasty. My husband ordered a pork chop which had a really good Bourbon sauce. He said the pork chop it's just average. I had the seafood linguine which I thought was outstanding. Not a place to bring children.

THE VIEW! Let's start with that. You're on the water and can either watch the sun set or just have a peaceful evening meal by candlelight once it goes down. This was the best atmosphere or any restaurant we went to in our 5 days on the island. Food wise - we were also very satisfied. The bread was relatively average but the Butternut Squash Ravioli melted in my mouth with an array of flavors and my wife enjoyed the New York Strip with port wine drizzle. Both were well done and left us satisfied. The service could have been a little more attentive, and it can be hard to find as it's located in the Pier House resort, but those 2 things don't knock this from being a 5 star experience!

I was a little bummed we didn't get to see the view, but the ambiance inside is lovely too. Their menus light up which was so helpful in a dark restaurant. Our server was super helpful and made some great recommendations. We tried a few different small plates to share and enjoyed a few cocktails. Absolutely love the desserts here. The bread pudding and key lime pie were to die for! Price wise this was a bit expensive but we paid comparable for less nice places in key west so I would say this is 100% worth a stop.

It was a beautiful evening, and we were seated with a lovely view of the waterfront. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience, and we were happy we chose this restaurant. Food: I always enjoy when a restaurant offers a creative and inventive cocktail menu. I won't go into detail on each one, but they were all very good, especially the Spiced Old Fashioned. At our server's suggestion, we ordered a couple of plates of the Grilled Ciabatta Bread. The bread was nicely grilled, and the roasted garlic manchego butter made it especially delicious. I normally try not to fill up on bread, but this was absolutely worth it. We ordered an eclectic mix of small and large plates. Some of the standout dishes included the Lobster Mac and Cheese, Swordfish, and Crab Cake. The Brussels sprouts took top honors, perfectly roasted without being greasy, full of flavor, and complemented by a generous amount of bacon. The one disappointment was the Pork Shank Osso Buco. While it was tender, it was only warm and a bit underseasoned. It was good, but not great, especially for someone who enjoys pork shank dishes. We saved room for dessert, and they were all crowd pleasers. My personal favorite was the Cuban Bread Pudding. The Chocolate Pistachio Crème Brûlée was also unique and delicious. Service: We had reservations for 7:30 and were seated promptly. The hostess and our server did a great job of making us feel welcome. The entire two-hour meal was well paced, and we always felt attended to. I was especially impressed with the backlit menu portfolios. They made it easy to read in the evening without guests needing to use their phone flashlights, which was a thoughtful and effective use of technology. Since we were celebrating a birthday, they placed a sign on the table acknowledging the occasion, which was a nice touch. It would have been even better if one of the desserts had included a lit candle. Atmosphere: The setting is beautiful. We were seated in a smaller dining room with several other tables. When we first arrived, there was a larger, very boisterous group nearby, and it made it difficult to hear our server. Fortunately, they left about 30 minutes into our meal, and the atmosphere became much more relaxed and enjoyable. Our waterfront view added to the experience. This was a very special evening. It was also the most expensive meal we had in Key West, so it was reasonable to have high expectations. With a few improvements, it could have been a five-star experience. Definitely a place we would return to.
