Coconut curry with tofu (vegan) - INCREDIBLE, must try
    Meghna N.

Incredible restaurant with great vegan options... they understand what vegan means so yay What I ordered: 1. Coconut curry (added tofu, made vegan) - (5/5). The best dish I ordered. So so delicious. Lots of rice, veggies, curry and tofu. Portion sizes - it looks big, but you need a whole protein for yourself tho lol Veg / Vegetarian / Vegan review NOTE: Ensure you ask them to make it vegan 1-2 more times. One of the orders had yogurt and butter, so I just cancelled the order.

The food was so beyond amazing. This was our favorite bite in Key West by far. Amazing flavors and fish cooked very well.

I promise, you don't want to miss this place. The atmosphere and employees are really fun. It's tucked just off of Duval St out of the crazy noise and people. Our server was also the bar tender. She was loads of fun. We had the fish and chips, the Hawaiian kahula pork, and the Asian/Cajun tofu. The Asian/Cajun tofu is the tastiest entree I've ever had in the Keys! I'm not a vegetarian, but the combination of flavors is so good. If you're vegan or vegetarian, you're in good hands with this menu. If you want a light beer that's local, you can't go wrong with the Crazy Lady.

    Shrimp Taco

Kaya Island eats seems like a great place to watch a sporting event and it doesn't hurt that they got a nice shrimp taco. The blackened shrimp paired with the pineapple salsa is a chefs kiss, they also do not skimp on the shrimp served in your taco. We look forward to trying more menu options. The restaurant does karaoke starting at 8pm and has endless TVS for your viewing needs. The server was very friendly.

    Conch fritters were very good.

I was dying to have good conch fritters and thirsty after walking around all day. It was also cool inside so we stopped by. Glad we did. Our waitress was so kind and brought us a giant pitcher of water which had orange and cucumber in it. So good! My husband (who doesn't like fish) and I really enjoyed the conch fritters. We also enjoyed the tomato and mozzarella stack. It's a huge place. We were in the front inside but there is a place out back outside and karaoke. Would definitely come back to try their drinks and other eats.

This fusion restaurant is located at the heart of the hustle and bustle of Duval street. It is spacious with seven TVs to watch sports. Staff is friendly and engaging. Poke: it has interesting ribbons of pickled carrots. It comes with a good amount of rice. Very tasty. We had to wait a while for the food to come out.

We stopped by for dinner on a recent trip after reading some good reviews. It was a little confusing at first because we walked in on the bar side and the hostess stand was actually through that toward the back. Once back there you see the restaurant is actually pretty large. Unfortunately there was a 2 hour wait so we wound up just grabbing a spot (the last 2) at the bar instead. The bartender was quick with our drinks but the food took quite a long time to come out. We actually almost contemplated canceling one order because we had a timed event afterwards but it worked out. The food was really good. We both really enjoyed our meals. We would come back with a better preparedness of how long it takes (and maybe make a reservation!)

    Bahamian lobster tail

Had a delicious dinner here tonight. I enjoyed Bahamian lobster tail with drawn butter, yellow rice and sautéed squash and zucchini. I loved it. I never finish anything and my plate was clean. My vegetarian son had jackfruit Hawaiian BBQ over rice which he demolished. Our server, Mercedes, was attentive and I think prices were good. I will eat here again the next time im in Key West

Love this place. Started out with a complementary sampling of the Mai Tai. Yummy and sweet. We ordered the poke nachos and the fish bites appetizers. Both were so fresh with excellent toppings and flavors. Waiter was wonderful.

    Key lime pie

This was by far the best meal we have had in Key West! Tucked in right off Duval street with a cute outdoor area but also indoor seating too. William was our server and he was amazing!! He gave the best food recs and was very pleasant. We had the shrimp skewers, the catch of the day and Hawaiian pork! You can tell the food is made fresh and with love. Don't forget to get their homemade key lime pie too. So so good. Will definitely come back here if we find ourselves back in Key West!

Drink #1 for the day- mai tai

Liked it so much we visited twice! First visit was for lunch and fish tacos. Tried both the blackened and the fried fish tacos along with a side of french fries. Loved the fries- double fried thick crunchy batter & a lot of flavor. Fish tacos were decent. Bartender was friendly & attentive. First cocktail (mai tai) was alright, but my espresso martini was soooo delicious I had a second! 2nd visit we popped in one evening to check out the karoake room- that was a ton of fun! The MC did a great job entertaining and keeping the songs flowing, and there was a great mix of laughs & good vocals. Bathrooms on both visits were gross, so unfortunately can't give this place a 5 star. But otherwise super glad we visited twice!

Kaya Island Eats was part of our walking food tour, and unfortunately by the time we stopped to try their signature rice and fish dish, I was already too full to really enjoy it or try the rice. Since it was served family-style, everyone in the group shared a small portion. Based on everyone's reactions, the dish was definitely a hit. The outdoor seating arrangement made the place feel friendly and inviting. It gives off a laid-back island vibe, almost like being somewhere in the Bahamas. Given the opportunity, I would definitely come back to try more of their dishes -- and especially their desserts. I'd recommend this place, especially since it came highly praised by our tour guide.

We were sat outside in the back corner of the restaurant. It was cute and quiet. The service was as good as it could be given that we waited over an hour for our entrees. The server said she was doing everything she could so it's not her fault. She was visibly wiping her nose with her hand which I thought was pretty unsanitary but it was hella busy and she was the only server working the outside. The food was decent we got the bang bang chicken, coconut shrimp and tuna nachos fairly quickly. We waited over an hour for our entrees which were pretty mid considering the wait. The server did give us free popcorn as well while we waited. I had the pesto Rasta pasta with shrimp which was pretty good aside from the cinnamony after taste. My brother got the big burger and said it was dry and not very good. I appreciate that there was a magician going around doing tricks tho. Overall, the food was decent but it is not worth the wait.

Food: There were six of us, and we ordered a mix of different items. Everything was very good, super fresh, and each dish looked like it was prepared with care. Of everything we tried, the Pork Belly and Grouper Cheeks buns were outstanding. Each featured slightly different pickled vegetables and sauces, which made them especially memorable. The Tempura Shrimp was delicate, with just the right amount of light, crisp coating. The accompanying squid salad was crunchy and fresh. The three ramen dishes were good overall, although one person felt the broth wasn't as rich or complex as expected. Service: When we arrived, we weren't entirely sure about the process. The lone server, who I believe was also the owner, explained that we could take the large table and then brought menus and water. He had a serious, efficient demeanor and stayed focused on his work, with minimal small talk. As the restaurant filled up, it was impressive to watch him manage all the tables on his own. Most of the cooking took place in the back kitchen, but some finishing touches were done behind the counter, adding to the experience. Atmosphere: The space is small and well organized, with front windows that bring in plenty of natural light. It has a unique character without feeling overdesigned, creating a relaxed and comfortable environment. There are tables for groups of various sizes, as well as counter seating for individuals. Definitely a place we would return to and recommend to friends.

The food and drinks are consistently amazing. I've been coming here since they first opened (I believe back in 2014), and I'll keep coming back. Their menu is packed with bold, flavorful dishes, an impressive cocktail selection, and honestly, they were one of the places that got me through COVID! From the pizzas to the entrées, everything is outstanding. I celebrated my birthday here just last week, and as always, it was excellent. The churrasco is consistently tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. The mushroom risotto is rich, creamy, and bursting with earthy mushroom goodness. For dessert, we shared the warm banana bread with salted caramel ice cream, and wow... I still can't stop thinking about it. Whether it's happy hour, lunch, dinner, or a special occasion, Finka never ever ever disappoints. After all these years, it's still one of my favorite spots in Miami, and I recommend it to everyone looking for a memorable lunch, dinner or happy hour, do it right and come to Finka.

Food is great of course they are the descendants of the.Isla Canaria's family. The pork chunks were amazing perfect soft good rice and beans and great maduros. Try the arroz con pollo balls appetizer. It was amazing and they have chicken inside a work of art. Love the Peruvian rice very delicious. Only thing is, we asked for a couple of drinks at the bar when we started and they didn't have any and they didn't have lomo salteado probably because of all the business they've had because of the World Cup. One thing when you come drink here make sure you look at the menu cause the drinks at bar and prices. I ordered a regular well drink and I got a $20 premium drink because they have the same name just different types. This has happened to me before here because I always like to order my drinks first, my bad other than that the place is very nice. Food is good and service is good.
