The good about this store is it's clean well lit and merchandise is above par the negative is the…read morestore is only open tonight till 9:00 (specially before Christmas) (they keep harping about Covid being the reason-saying no one wants to work) not fooling me! I am having back issues had a hard time getting to the register it was a close call but I.had three minutes another woman was behind me well the man that was at the register I gave him a pair of boots that were in clearance he said they weren't and would not double check for me. NO- I almost left all the other things I had there -- of it wasn't for the woman behind me we wouldn't have been cashed out but the nice sales woman said she would open the drawer! The store was xtrememly hot and I guess I am Spoiled but I do love a shopping cart Didn't get my sister her boots. Cause he didn't feel like looking it up - it really pisses me off cause I know they were less MY FEET HURT SO I DON't wanna rate this experience but if I have to 3 stars is a stretch

Sweltering Conditions - No A/C for Weeks…read more I stopped into Macy's at FSK Mall and couldn't believe how hot it was inside. The air conditioning clearly isn't working -- it was uncomfortable just walking around. I saw employees working in short sleeves with fans blowing on them at the registers. One even mentioned it's been like this for quite some time. It's not just unpleasant -- it feels unsafe for both staff and customers in this kind of heat. Disappointed that such a large company hasn't addressed this by now. Do better, Macy's.

Off the bat, I knew this experience was going to go wrong. I was coming to return an outfit that…read moredidn't fit me, and just wanted my money back because of it. There was two hispanic ladies at the front, one was wearing glasses and she took my bag when i asked for the return. There was a previous return before me and since I work at retail, I know that return can affect your overall sales for the day. The lady with curly hair tells the lady in glasses in spanish "i hate mondays, it's always returns after returns" So I knew somehow she was going to find an excuse for not to give me my money back. She takes my receipt and looks at my clothes and goes "sorry I cannot make this return for you because there's no tags" (The tags were in the bag, again I bought the wrong sizing since I bought these when the store was 10 minutes before closing) I told her that I had placed the tags in the bag. And without asking me what was wrong with the product or why I was even returning it, she quickly assumed that it was already used and that therefore she could not make this return for me. She threw my things in the bag and didn't even ask me anything else. I will never come back to this location, and if you can DO NOT buy if you are in a rush. This place has terrible customer service Monday afternoons. I had all the information needed to complete this return, and yet still got horribly serviced.

I was told I could not make an Apple payment in one purchase, I had to spilt them up. When I did so…read more, I was charged three times to my credit even when I asked for the purchase to be voided because it was getting overly complicated. I ended up charging it to my debit card only to back debit (return) the items and still not see the funds back into my account. Something is very fishy about this store as I now have four charges for one purchase processed through on Two different cards and I apparently have to wait 3-5 business days to receive any sort of credit back
