I walk in and place was dimly lit... its was like 11am one Saturday morning. The store was a hot mess.. no sense of organization. Floors were cluttered and dirty. Who knows when the floor saw a mop. The location was very easy to find, a bit off the beaten path, but such a pretty drive. It is located in a converted house, so make sure you are aware that it is not a store front. First off, they put a rack right outside with great summer options! I had a handful of items before I even went inside! Upon entering, the very nice cashier greeted me and asked if this was my first time here. Since it was, she immediately got up to show me around! Nice touch. On the first floor they have maternity and LOTS of baby clothes/toys/books/baby gear. Before heading upstairs, they have some junior sized dresses, both formalwear as well as regular summer dresses. Upstairs, they have everything else. Boys clothes/shoes (toddler to teens) as well as a huge section for the girls, again from toddler to teen sizes. The shoe selection could have been better, but that's ok. All the clothes were in great condition, great name brands. I always like finding Justice brands, as I never shop in the store because of their outrageous prices. So finding items for a few bucks including some shoes (found a pair of sandals for $7, I know they cost about $30 in the store) was a great find! For my teenager, they had LOTS of shorts, I'll have to go back to have her pick out more, before it gets hotter and they all fly off the shelves. When I was done (believe me, I had to control myself from grabbing more), I got two bags full of stuff and only spent $100! I couldn't have walked out of Justice with two outfits for $100, so this was a huge win for me! So if you like great clothes for a bargain, go check this place out. You won't regret it. Make sure you ask for coupons, I got a 20% off coupon for my next visit, which I will be using to buy my daughter a formal dress for the 8th grade dance. Also, they are having a $50 gift card giveaway for referring a friend.

I saw there was a Francescas in the center across from the office I was working at that day. I knew my wife loved the company so I stopped there. Unfortunately they were not opened yet. As I was walking away the manager opened the door and asked if I wanted to come in. She stated she was done with her opening work and saw me looking in the window and then walking away. I thought perhaps she saw sucker written across my forehead and I would be given the sales pitch of all sales pitches. But that was not the case at all. Quite the opposite. The manager asked if I knew what I was looking for and I of course had no idea. I just mentioned that my wife loved Francescas and I had never been to one. I said "I guess a gift card isn't a good idea is it?" She laughed and gave me a few ideas. I found several things and asked her opinion. She was able to coordinate similar but different items and everything came together. She definitely has the knowledge of her product and has an eye for making "things" work together. I couldn't have figured it out. Besides being very helpful with the selection of items and opening up the store early she wrapped the items up in a gift bag for me. The gifts were a home run with the wife. I really thought I was going to be hounded the entire time I was there since I was the only one there and she opened early for me. That was just not the case. She left me to shop and helped me when asked. I honestly left there feeling that I would have received the same treatment whether I was the first and only customer or one of many. It is a rarity in the world of sales to find the right atmosphere where you don't feel pressure to buy and yet get treated as if you bought the entire store. Because of this, I will only shop at Francescas when I'm in the area. Which is often.

Told my husband we would go to big lots as it expires on July 1st. The first time we went, I didn't find anything to buy. The second time, today, we have a get together at our place tomorrow, so I picked up some stuff. We get to the counter and it's not working. No wifi connection so husband and I both step outside to try and get the code. Ben said there's usually a bar code and usually doesn't take this long. My husband said to just make the purchase, but I came specifically to use the coupon, it would not be right not to use it! So I told Ben to put my stuff aside, and I'll come back when we get it to work as our house has great Wi-Fi and we thought that was the problem. We've been home for hours and it ain't working!! I told Ben to let management know it's really annoying. I said I'd be back once I had the $30 coupon for my $50+ (picked up about $100), but since it's not working & it was just stuff I picked up just to use the coupon, I'll see if I have more of my time to waste today. This is the total opposite of my first experience. I don't know if it's the system or if it's just a way to get customers in. I finally got the bar code when I tried at 9pm this night! We'll see if I have time to pick up again tomorrow. - I picked it up and the code worked, finally!

I didn't realize that I needed the original order information (email, etc.) so I unfortunately had to contact the person who gave me the gift to obtain this information. (Side note, the cell reception is terrible here, making it more difficult to retrieve the info). The staff there were all very friendly and very helpful not only to me but also to the other customers in line that required assistance. They did some paperwork for my bag and provided me with a copy. I received emails showing me updates on my bag (received at warehouse, shipping back to me) and my bag arrived repaired and back home in a short number of weeks. I really appreciate the customer service here! Another side note - I didn't realize that their expensive slide shoes are made of PVC. Pretty disappointing for the name and price.
