Very nice store in a great location. Easy to get in to from inside the mall or outside. The store is very open and the shoes are easy to see. They are set up by style which makes shopping easy. The staff here has always been friendly and helpful. The prices are not bad and they often have sales. If you are looking for shoes for any occasion, I highly recommend stopping here. read more

This was my first time visiting this location. I loved the modern twist of the interior. Definitely designed keeping shoe lovers in mind. My first impression wasn't really that great since at first I couldn't find a single person to help. I don't understand this, why can't a business pay attention to a customer who just walks in. Shouldn't they receive the staffs full attention in the first few mins!? Well, once I figured the help wasn't gonna come itself I went to the front cashier and had them page someone. The gentleman who came to help was very helpful. The cashier was very friendly and actually helped me with the size issue. They had half size bigger than my size and the cashier suggested I buy some inserts to make it fit my feet. So I did. Got a $185 shoe for $50+! I like it. Wish there was a person standing by the door to help me as I was walking in for the first time. They would have gotten my 5 stars! read more

I went to return shoes I ordered online and didn't like. Side note: don't waste your time ordering the BCBGeneration Darrons. You'll just feel shitty knowing you can't afford the Valentinos. Unless you can, in which case bully for you. Anyway, I planned to return them but the cashier said she could order different shoes online for me so I wouldn't lose the $10 coupon I used. There was a -$20 difference which was given to me in store credit. At no point did she explain to me that she would have to refund the purchase to a store credit in order to give me the discount. If I'd known, I would've said no thanks and just gotten my refund. I don't understand why she had to do such a convoluted transaction anyway. I had my receipt and returned the shoes literally one day after receiving them, so why did I get a store credit back? I rarely shop at DSW so I'll probably forget I even have it. Tika (the cashier) was very sweet the whole time and I don't think she was purposefully trying to cheat me but I wish she would've told me I wouldn't be receiving my money back. Arrived at 8:23 pm. I noticed two employees were leaving as I was getting my return out of my car and didn't think anything of it. Supposedly close at 9...not the case. I didn't realize they were locking the store up for the night and they were the only 2 employees left until I walked up to a locked door. Aside from DSW online not acknowledging one of my orders was shipped and delivered so I had to call customer service to see how to return, this left a bad taste in my mouth. read more

It's DSW (Designer Shoe Warehouse) - need we really say more? It's designer shoes at discount prices. I've been shopping at various DSW stores in different states for much longer than to which I will admit. Always fabulous finds, always great prices. I admit I like this store less than Dulles but only due to the limited selection. Everything else is on par. Like the Dulles branch, they don't offer the luxury brands (Prada, Jimmy Choo, Manolo) here. If they did, I'd change my review to five stars!! Still, I'm a HUGE fan and will continue my monthly visits here. BTW, right now boots are on sale. I just scored two fantastic pairs at forty percent off!!! Get yourself shoe shopping!!! read more

Super friendly and helpful staff. Everyone had a smile on their face and was genuine towards me. Store was very neat and clean. Not as many trendy styles of dress shoes as I would like. Saw a pair of shoes online that I liked and stopped by the store to see if they carried it. They don't carry Betsey Johnson in the store ever (good to know) and offered to order them for me, yay! When I got home and checked the mail I saw that I had a coupon that starts tomorrow. I called the store and they said they would price adjust! Great customer service! Saved me the hassle of cancelling an order and waiting a day to re order and use my coupon. read more

Sales associates are friendly and helpful. I tried on numerous boots but couldn't decide because I need a wide width and the store only carries medium width. KAREN was extremely helpful in searching her tablet online and showed me several options I hadn't considered. Ultimately, I will order wide width online but I like to look in the store first.
