The good about this store is it's clean well lit and merchandise is above par the negative is the store is only open tonight till 9:00 (specially before Christmas) (they keep harping about Covid being the reason-saying no one wants to work) not fooling me! I am having back issues had a hard time getting to the register it was a close call but I.had three minutes another woman was behind me well the man that was at the register I gave him a pair of boots that were in clearance he said they weren't and would not double check for me. NO- I almost left all the other things I had there -- of it wasn't for the woman behind me we wouldn't have been cashed out but the nice sales woman said she would open the drawer! The store was xtrememly hot and I guess I am Spoiled but I do love a shopping cart Didn't get my sister her boots. Cause he didn't feel like looking it up - it really pisses me off cause I know they were less MY FEET HURT SO I DON't wanna rate this experience but if I have to 3 stars is a stretch read more

Sweltering Conditions - No A/C for Weeks I stopped into Macy's at FSK Mall and couldn't believe how hot it was inside. The air conditioning clearly isn't working -- it was uncomfortable just walking around. I saw employees working in short sleeves with fans blowing on them at the registers. One even mentioned it's been like this for quite some time. It's not just unpleasant -- it feels unsafe for both staff and customers in this kind of heat. Disappointed that such a large company hasn't addressed this by now. Do better, Macy's. read more

The store is terrible. They have no shopping cart, bag or anything as if you are going to just not buy anything. The service from staff is so terrible as most are non English speaking with a severe lack of understanding who does what, and ToysRus is a joke. I scanned a toy for my son and the price showed but at checkout, the staff play dumb like it isn't in the system because it's clearance and literally showing on the screen and I just about said "keep everything" and leave. Regular prices are insane. And housewares just need to not be a thing at this place it's so under stocked. Ask staff about "mobile order" and they respond "bottled water" seriously. I wasn't impressed by this location. It just fits the trend that these larger department store anchors are just not cutting it anymore. Maybe I'm still bitter that Macy's gobbled up a lot of what I knew about shopping from my earlier years and then proceeded to dismantle a tons of malls by closing those "under performing" stores. I feel like that happened here. Whatever it was prior to Macy's (and someone correct me if I'm wrong) was switched over and now Macy's is just not doing all that well here. The store feels dated and run down. It does not feel very well lit and the men's section was very lacking in what they had to offer. Surprisingly I found more in the Half-Sears than I did here. Well I had a true love for Macy's my grandmother use to work at Macy's but I'll tell ya I have a rather large family n four kids , I will take my business elsewhere sense they wanna be apart of this political non sense I'm done , lots of places to shop further more this location is lucky to have costumers there's hardly anyone shopping or working here , I dropped $600 in cash last weekend all to be asked for me n my two sons ages 4 n 7 to wear a masks at checkout even tho We respectfully stood our distance with glass in front of us , my boys was sitting on a chair a good 6 feet away not even by checkout , if I didn't have my sons communion in less then a day I would have gladly left the items there n just walked out ,, I will planned ahead next time do my shopping elsewhere read more

I had to walk all over the store to find an open fitting room. The whole place looked like a storm had passed through, and any staff except checkout was nowhere to be found. The one staff person we found was surprised that the fitting rooms were almost all closed. Hire some more people, folks! You are now lower than KMart. read more

Horrible customer service. Went in to return something, the lady at the counter didn't acknowledge me and looked at me like I was returning something foreign (even though it was in the box and had a receipt). Then, I went to buy something about 30 minutes later and didn't have the Macy's card on me; which was my moms but I had the social security number and ID. She then stated that she can't do that and I stated that I wasn't aware because I've done that many times before and no one made it seem like it was a problem. The employee then started going on a rant about how they were doing me favors and I could get employees fired by doing that if their manager finds out. Even though I never knew because it was something the employees did nonchalantly when I said didn't have the card with me. So when I asked if I could bring in the actual Macy's card she told me I could only bring in one if it had my name on it because my mom needs to be present and then when I stated my mom won't be able to come in she asked why she wouldn't be able to come in (which is none of her business). Then, when I stated the health reason she was like "well I don't know maybe if you bring in the card we could do it". I then asked if I could speak to the manager (MOD was DAKOTA) to find out whether that would work or not and Dakota at first stated that I couldn't bring my moms card in because she needed to be physically present and I said okay but I've done those things multiple times before so she should tell her employees so that they're notified of the policy and then also mentioned to her about the employee and how she was being rude while she was "assisting" me and while I was telling Dakota this she seemed to not care and just looked at me blankly. Then, when I restated that I couldn't bring the card in and use it she then changed what she had said and said I could bring in my moms physical card?? Overall, no one seems to know what the policy is, employee and Dakota seemed to not care and not have any customer service skills. Will never shop at this location again. I'm giving 4 stars because of how hot it was in the store and how poorly the clearance section is maintained (what's the point of having size separation when you find a XS in the L section?). However - 5 stars go to Dakota (I hope that's her name) who was working the cash register over in the women's dept this evening. She was SO nice and despite having a line and the phone ringing and a lot of questions being asked from all angles she kept up a positive attitude and made me feel like I matter. Very disappointed in staff. Came in wearing sweatpants and a big tshirt, I'll admit, not the most fancy or put together clothing. Was greeted by a skeptical black lady in the front, wasn't the kindest hellos ever. Went over to the shoes and was given dirty looks by staff, as if I shouldn't be there. The shoe clerk eye balled us, and did not say a single word. Didn't offer for help, didn't ask if I was looking for something, nothing. Somebody should remind their staff not to judge a book by it's cover. While I was not dressed the part, I was prepared to buy designer shoes and jewelry for my sisters wedding I am attending. After my treatment, I decided to do neither. I'll give my money to a kind business. Disgusting, honestly. How do you think these sales people can see my bank account. When I go into your department store with my millionaire mother, flocks of sales people ask us if we need help. read more

Macy's corporate should put this location out of its misery. Limited inventory and cheap brands. The worst part of the shopping experience is the disorganized racks of clothing in the women's department. Row after row of random clothes-- you have to pick through them. And these aren't sale items; this is the full-price section. Totally disorganized and very hard to put an outfit together as a result. Even if you find something you like, chances of them having it in your size are slim. This location reminds me of an outlet store and does not live up to the Macy's brand. read more

I set up an early makeup appointment in June for my graduation. I tried to set up an appointment with MAC and the manager told me that the schedule wasn't up yet but that I should call in the next week but she assured me someone would be able to help me. I went back to the store and tried to make an appointment but apparently, nobody was working a morning shift at 10 am. Ok I thought, I ended up making an appointment with Clinique and they assured me someone would be there for me at 10 am. I was on a tight schedule because my graduation was in DC! I was there as soon as the doors opened and lo and behold nobody was there to do my makeup. I couldn't remember the name of who had been assigned to my makeup appointment but is that really my fault? It was already 10:20 and I understand that the makeup would take around an hour but I really didn't want to be late for my high school graduation and I was freaking out. Basically, nobody wanted to help me at Clinique. I was going to be a paying customer and buy clinique's products after my makeup was done but how could I, if they just sat there saying "hmmm where is this girl?" (referring I assume to the lady who was supposed to do my makeup). Can't any of the other brands help me I asked? They said no at first but I ended up going to Lancome and another lady ended up helping me. She told me Lancome isn't really authorized to do makeup without appointments since they specialize in more facial care but she did a full face of makeup for me. I am extremely grateful to Gladys because Clinique was rude, unprofessional and lazy. They are the counter that specializes in makeup appointments and nobody wanted to help. I should have spoken up for myself more because what they did was embarrassing. I counted on them for my appointment and Clinique left me hanging, I highly recommend not going to their counter. Lancome stepped up when Clinique couldn't or wouldn't. read more

This Macy's is very small, and doesn't have a lot in stock, every time I wanted a certain pair of shoes, sunglasses or purses they didn't have it and I had to order it online. The staff is very friendly and helpful. read more

I ordered an item online which was shipped to the store (paid with gift card). I never got around to picking the item up. A couple months later I checked the balance to the GC and noticed the money was never credited. When I contacted Macy's they said it was 'returned' but I wasn't refunded. Seems pretty shady that an item is returned and 2 months later the customer still hasn't been credited. They said they would credit me but I might have to call them back if I don't receive an email confirming the credit. RIDICULOUS! read more

I usually just stop in for a quick makeup purchase or a specific dress for an occasion, and I don't need much help. Well, I was shopping today with my husband for men's shoes, and the experience was awful. The gentleman in the deserted shoe department called from across the room to ask us we needed help. We responded with a question which he walked away from. We left. 3 stars to balance out past experience, but don't shop in the men's shoe department. read more

We came in a bought a nice Ralph Lauren blazer. We found the perfect blazer in the perfect size. Salesman said that the sale had not started yet, but if we pay them for the blazer, we can come back and pick it up the following day. I sent my son in to pick up the blazer the following day and they gave him a different jacket and substituted a different size. When I complained they said "the one we bought has been sold to someone else". ...and that we would have to return the wrong jacket and they will mail us the correct size. What a mess. We needed the blazer for an event and some sales person took my blazer out ot the "sold" area and sold it to someone else (commission) and replaced it with a different jacket. read more
