I've yo-yoed with my weight for many years. Although, in fairness i haven't regained all the weight since my first big diet 30 years ago. But with weight loss and style changes it was time to get my wardrobe updated. Our representative was amazing. I am very happy to say the experience was the best i've ever had. Sweltering Conditions - No A/C for Weeks…read more I stopped into Macy's at FSK Mall and couldn't believe how hot it was inside. The air conditioning clearly isn't working -- it was uncomfortable just walking around. I saw employees working in short sleeves with fans blowing on them at the registers. One even mentioned it's been like this for quite some time. It's not just unpleasant -- it feels unsafe for both staff and customers in this kind of heat. Disappointed that such a large company hasn't addressed this by now. Do better, Macy's.
